Wow. Just wow! How’s that for a review? Author Tamara Ferguson has done an absolutely wonderful job in creating characters that her readers will relate to, care about and continue to think of long after the novella is done, and if that isn’t the hallmark of a great author, I don’t know what is—

Two Hearts Surrendered by Tamara Ferguson was an instant hit with me. I’m a sucker for a good military romance and this one topped the charts. Luke and Kelly shared a bond and strength that allowed them to be a couple that I would love to read more about. A great military drama/romance that makes you want more—

  5★—Rabia Tanveer for Readers’ Favorite

Tamara Ferguson's Two Hearts Surrendered is well-written and engaging. Luke and Kelly are compelling characters whom the reader can't help but cheer for when they meet up and hope that the two, who are so obviously in love, will eventually find a way to make a life together. Her plot is compelling and real, especially those parts concerning the care and rehabilitation of wounded veterans, and her romantic passages are sensitive, caring and tasteful. I enjoyed reading Two Hearts Surrendered, and I highly recommend it—

My favorite story was “Two Hearts Surrendered.”

When Air Force pilot Luke Bryant was 13, he saved the life of six-year-old Kelly Callahan. While home on leave 14 years later, he attends a wedding and runs into a now 20-year-old Kelly. After only hours to get to know each other, his leave is over. They stay in contact promising themselves to each other when suddenly he is sent on a secret mission. After she doesn’t hear from him for months, she learns he was critically hurt and refuses to see her. The magic of this story is how he comes to terms with his injuries so he can share his life with Kelly—

Two Hearts Surrendered was an awesome novella! I had some personal reasons for reading this one; one because I'm from Wisconsin and the other because I am an amputee. I won't give anything away, but suffice it to say that the road for Kelly and Luke is long and painful. Can she be strong when he needs it and can he be strong when she needs it? The answer is found between the pages of a very well written story. I was pleased to see the amputee storyline was well done, empathetic and well researched, which often isn't the case in many of the books I've read. This one story in the box set not to miss! (And was excited to see the shout out to Rice Lake!)—

Two Surrendered Hearts by Tamara Ferguson was emotional, a story of true love meant to be, in this case it started as kids. It shows how you have to sometimes deal with hard things in life in order to get your happily ever after—

  Amazon, Goodreads, B&N reviewer

Two Hearts Surrendered was one of my favorite stories but it truly tugs at the heart. Having been abused by a step parent at an early age, Luke Bryant never felt valued or comfortable turning to others for help. He becomes an honorary member of the Callahan family before he joins the air force. Fourteen years pass before he tells the girl of his dreams how he feels. Three months later, life changes for all. Love needs magic—

All weddings are magical; some just have some real magic added. In Magical Weddings the couples are all finding their happily ever after. I love when the hero and heroine have the moment when they know they can't live without each other. Can a wounded soldier learn to deal with his injuries and claim the girl he has loved nearly all his life? Will their one night of magic be enough for Luke to finally surrender his heart to Kelly?—

  Two Hearts Unspoken

Tamara Ferguson’s contemporary military romance novella, Two Hearts Unspoken, is a moving and beautifully written story about a romance between a wounded veteran and the mother of an autistic son, who have both moved to Crystal Rock for healing and a fresh start. I enjoyed seeing how the two of them felt that instant attraction despite the misgivings and insecurities each of them had, and loved seeing how their relationship grew. While this novella is categorized as a romance, it deals with two important and serious issues, namely the rehabilitation of veterans who bear both physical and mental scars from their tours of duty, and the lack of sufficient vocational opportunities for young people with autism, who all too often are shunted away into institutions instead of being surrounded by family. Two Hearts Unspoken is well-plotted and fits marvelously within the author's Two Hearts Wounded Warrior Romance Series. I had a grand time reading Two Hearts Unspoken and most highly recommend it—

I really enjoyed reading Two Hearts Unspoken. It is an easygoing romance that leaves you with a smile. Ferguson did a great job talking about autism and wounded warriors. She touched on the struggles of what it is like having and dealing with a severely autistic child. Elizabeth was an awesome mom. I wish that everyone could be as understanding and accepting as Zach was. I absolutely loved the character of Zach. In my eyes he was a true hero. I liked that he had low self-esteem due to his injuries because it made him seem morereal to me. I wish that there were more books out there touching on these topics. Overall, I thought this was a great story. Ferguson's characters are loveable. All of them have personalities that cannot be contained to just this one story so I am glad that Ferguson continues their stories in other books—

  5★--Jessyca Garcia for Readers' Favorite

Two Hearts Unspoken is a touching, heartwarming love story about acceptance and overcoming one's fears. Tamara Ferguson does a really stellar job of creating two characters with their own internal problems which prevent them from believing in the possibility of love and future happiness. Their instant connection and attraction to one another comes across the pages beautifully, and I found myself completely enamored with their characters and their relationship. I enjoyed the descriptions of the scenery and the setting and location were truly fabulous. As a whole, the book is entertaining and truly touching. A quick read that gives avery satisfying HEA—

The author's characters are well-drawn and believable, and watching as these two grieving souls finally allow themselves to consider a future is heartwarming. I especially enjoyed their outing to the beach at Dragonfly Pointe with young Ben, a disabled boy who was learning to adapt to using his new prosthetics. Two Hearts Undone is a sweet romance and is suitable for young as well as new adults. It's highly recommended –

  5★--Jack Magnus for Readers' Favorite

Two Hearts Undone is romance at its best. Tamara Ferguson has a deft hand when it comes to writing romance. She chooses her words and scenes carefully so that the reader never forgets that romance doesn't always come easy in the real world. Sometimes it may need a little help from a magical setting, a good friend, or an innocent child. What I liked most about Two Hearts Undone was the sensitivity and care with which Tamara Ferguson crafted each scene and interaction as she guided Mel and Steve towards a very satisfying conclusion. Two Hearts Undone is an excellent read, especially if you need to renew your faith in romance –

A heart stopping romance and suspense novel about two individuals who are perfect for each other but their past relationships stand in the way of a lasting intimacy. The character development is excellent. The blending of romance and suspense is quite successful, too, so that it is an effort to put down the book without reading until the last page–

Ferguson captures the hearts of her readers with likable and intelligent characters. Her men are passionate and masculine and her women are feminine, with appealing charm and “smarts.” She paints beautiful outdoor scenes that grip the imagination of the nature lover and enrapture the heart of the romantic, by portraying sensuality with unadulterated “not too much” explicit detail! Although That Unforgettable Kiss is an alluring tale of romantic fate, Ferguson mixes in a bit of suspense, making it an engaging read, smoothly leading you to an ideal end—

5★—Cheryl E. Rodriguez for Readers' Favorite

There’s more to this story than just love. I found myself absorbed by the characters. Kissed by Fate is a story of two people who are determined, stubborn and definitely in love. I really loved the way the story evolved and how the two of them managed to work together as well as resolving some important problems—

  PROLOGUE

His eyes scoped out the beach as he struggled to reach the pathway from the parking lot, steering away from the crowd. Following the trail to the very edge of the sand, Luke stumbled over moss and patchy grass, until he found shelter under a canopy of scrubby pines bordering the park.

He groaned, when he finally dropped down to the sand. His stepdad had really done a number on him this time–the pain was pretty intense. Resting his shoulder gingerly against the trunk of one of the pines, he sighed. It was such a hassle, having to constantly be on his guard–especially when he was always having to come up wit
h excuses for teachers, explaining why he was missing so much school.

Luke grimaced. And hiding the welts and bruises? It was becoming nearly impossible–since a couple of the idiots in his class had decided to say something to his counselor, after seeing Luke without a shirt on in the locker room. Everything was beginning to catch up with him, he realized, as his eyes filled with tears.

But he was way too old to cry, he decided. With a shaking hand, he swiped away his tears.

He got a whiff of the smell of popcorn, as it drifted through the air from the nearby concession stand–and his stomach growled. Damn, that smelled good. Luke took in a deep ragged breath as he focused his attention on the crowded beach. That little Callahan girl was at it again, making the rounds. With her white-blonde hair and deep-blue eyes, she sure was a pretty little thing. And, man, what a personality–he was guessing she was only about six-years old. Even at thirteen, Luke knew he’d been cursed with a bad reputation. And ever since he’d acquired that tat, not to mention the scar that ripped through the side of his face, most little kids, and nearly all of his classmates, seemed to be scared of him–like he was someone out of a horror flick.

But not her. She reminded him a little of his younger sister, Cassie. Just remembering Cassie made him cry a little harder.

For some crazy reason, Luke had always been drawn to this beach. Probably because deep inside he knew—all the stories and superstitions were true—Dragonfly Pointe was magic. It was the only place in this world where he seemed to feel alright. Here, he could forget about the deep, dark problems in his life, and chill out just long enough to recharge before returning home.
