A Bluewater Bay Collection Page 107

by Witt, L. A.

If he was worried about guys rejecting him because he was obviously not twenty-five anymore, though, he didn’t need to be. Whenever he moved, heads turned. Some of these guys were probably barely old enough to drink, and I swore I could hear their mouths watering when they stared at him.

  I chuckled behind my drink.

If you boys only knew, you’d be doing more than drooling.

Before the first song was halfway over, Aaron locked on to someone, and the guy—a shirtless redhead with freckles across his nose—moved toward him like he was caught in a tractor beam.

Know the feeling, my friend. Know the feeling.

I shifted a little, my pants getting uncomfortably tight as I watched the two of them come together on the dance floor. Aaron’s hands slid down over the guy’s cute, tight ass, and I squirmed. My mouth watered. Was this the guy we’d be taking to bed? Oh yes, please. Yes, yes, please.

Aaron loosened his embrace and made a spinning gesture. The guy turned around, and in a beat or two, Aaron was up against him, arm around him and lips against his neck. He kissed the side of the guy’s neck and slid a hand down those smooth, naked abs in the same moment he whispered something in his ear. The responses—eyes closing, lips parting, a hand reaching back to cradle Aaron’s neck—made my skin tingle.

Their lips met, and my knees shook. I couldn’t help licking my own lips.

Fuck it—if this guy’s a bust, let’s just get out of here so we can fuck.

I turned away for a second to take a drink and cool myself down. After a deep swallow, I faced the dance floor again. To my surprise, Aaron was on his way back, empty-handed.

“What happened?” I asked when he was close enough.

“Not into threesomes.” Aaron shrugged. “Said he only likes sex if he’s the center of attention.”

  “Fair enough, I guess.”

“Yep.” He rested his elbows on the table and took a swig from his glass. “Well, I tried. Your turn.”

Excitement swelled in my chest, not to mention below my belt. Yep. My turn.

Since the room was already hot as hell and shirts seemed to be optional here, I peeled mine off and left it at the table.

It took almost an entire song before someone noticed I was even there. Talk about worth the wait, though. He was gorgeous. Taller than me—probably six three or four—with shoulders for days. His skintight white shirt revealed the most amazing six-pack I’d ever seen in person, and I couldn’t resist putting my hands on it. I’d never have abs like that, and his made me feel somewhat inadequate, but the thought of licking those muscles later or coming on them was enough to un-bruise my ego.

We danced, and whoa did we dance close. Enough that I could feel all the other places God had blessed him besides those perfect abs. And the way he moved those hips? Christ, as I tried to move with him, I was sure I was going to dislocate something. Eh, worth it. If he could move like this on the dance floor, then he would unleash hell once he took his pants off.

Oh, please tell me he’s a top. If he fucks like he dances, I want to be the ass he’s drilling tonight.

The song changed. As it did, his grasp on my hips loosened, and my heart sank. Damn it. He winked and backed off a bit and then started to drift toward someone else. In my more insecure days, I might’ve taken that as a donkey kick to the ego, but tonight, I was okay with it. A little disappointed I wouldn’t get to lick Aaron’s cum off those abs, but I knew I was getting laid one way or the other, and if I didn’t meet some stranger for a threesome, I was guaranteed to be in bed with the hottest man in the room.

He disappeared into the crowd, but I wasn’t ready to give up yet. I’d made a connection with one person. It was okay that it hadn’t panned out. There were other guys here, and if I could do it once, I could—

Out of nowhere, a hand snaked around my waist and onto my chest, and another hand came around and slid down to the front of my pants.

I moaned, but the music probably hid it from anyone except me. Lips on my neck, hands on my torso, breath on my skin—oh, fuck yes. I leaned against him. He pushed back, and his thick erection pressed against my ass, and God, I wanted it in my ass.

Soft lips teased my earlobe. “What do you say we get out of here?”

Aaron’s smoky voice nearly knocked my knees out from under me. I turned around in his arms, and he grinned. Without a word, I pulled him into a kiss. Our feet stopped moving. All over the dance floor, men were dancing, but we were gone. In our own world. Coming to a halt while everything else spun and blurred around us.

Someone bumped into us, nearly knocking us off-balance, and we separated.

“Let’s go.” Aaron took my hand. “I think we need to get out of here.”

I nodded, licking my lips for one more taste of his kiss.

Without another word, we got the hell out of there. And, damn it, we’d brought my car, which meant I was driving. Did I still remember how? Hopefully. Not that Aaron couldn’t drive my car, but he’d had one more drink than I’d had.

As soon as we were in the car, I lunged across the console and kissed him again. I’d figure out if I could still drive in a minute. Right now, I was in a quiet enclosed space with Aaron, and needed one more taste. Just . . . just one more.

“What can I say?” he panted between kisses. “Don’t want to share you tonight.” His possessiveness turned me on something fierce. I gripped the back of his neck and kissed him harder.

“We should definitely get out of here,” I said.

“Good idea.” He kissed me again. “In a minute.”

“Mm-hmm. In a . . .” I couldn’t stop kissing him. Much more of this, we were going to wind up fucking right here in this parking lot. My car did have a pretty spacious backseat, but I wanted him in bed. The sex that was about to happen required room to move.

He put a hand on my chest and pulled back, breathing hard and holding my gaze with dilated eyes. “Let’s go.”

I nodded. Hand shaking, I started the car. To my great surprise—and relief—I did still remember how to drive, and as soon as we were on the highway, I gunned the engine. Speed limits were optional right then. “How far are we from home?”

“Too far.” He squeezed my leg. “We should find a motel.”

My heart raced. If memory served, this was a long stretch of highway with a whole lot of nothing for miles. There were, however, a lot of turnoffs for gated service roads. During hunting season, there were always cars and trucks parked outside the gates.

  Good enough.

One came up quickly, and I hit the brakes hard enough to send us both jolting forward.

Aaron braced against the glove box. “What the—”

“Stopping here.” I nosed the car onto the gravel and then back behind some trees. “I doubt anybody’s going to come by anytime soon.” I threw the car into park. “And I don’t give a damn if they do.” Before I’d even shut off the engine or killed the lights, I lunged across the console and kissed him. He didn’t miss a beat. A handful of shirt, a handful of hair—he wasn’t letting go for anything.

  Anything except . . .

  “Backseat,” he panted. “More room.”

“Good idea.” I finally shut off the car and the lights, and we both scrambled out of the car. I gave the highway a glance; we weren’t completely hidden, but I doubted many people would happen by. If they saw us, they’d probably assume we were hunters or campers. Horny hunters or campers.

I went in first and pulled him down with me. Oh yes, this was what I’d needed—Aaron’s body over the top of mine, his hips between my thighs and his tongue inside my mouth.

“Good thing I brought condoms,” he said, pressing our erections together. “’Cause I’m not going anywhere till I’ve fucked you.”

I almost came. The gravelly, growled words and the desperation behind them were the hottest damn thing I’d ever heard.

“How do you want me?” I asked. “There isn’t much room.”

  Aaron shivered hard an
d bit my shoulder. “Don’t need much. Just need—”

One of us kissed the other. I didn’t even know who. We were talking, then we were kissing, and if he didn’t get a condom on in the next few seconds, I—

I shoved him back. “Condom. Now.”

He held up his hand with the rubber and a single-use lube packet between his fingers. “One step ahead of you.”

  When had he—

  Oh, who cared?

“Get those pants off.” He sat back as much as the space allowed. The backseat wasn’t the best piece of real estate in the world, but it was the only place that would allow me to get fucked anytime soon, so it was fine by me.

All he had to do was unbuckle, unzip, and push his jeans and underwear down far enough to free his dick. I had to get mine all the way off unless we were going to do this doggy style, and I considered it more than once as I struggled to toe off my shoes and then shimmy out of my jeans.

Aaron was usually so steady, but his hands shook as he rolled on the condom. He was probably better off than I was—I’d have fumbled with the wrapper, never mind putting the stupid thing on. Getting my pants off took all the fine motor skills I had left at my disposal.

“This would be a lot easier—” I grunted and managed to lift my hips enough to shove my jeans past “—if I turned around.”

“I know. I want you on your back, though.” He poured some lube in his hand. “I know it’s cramped in here, but I—”

I kissed him. “Back is good.”

It was definitely cramped. Doggy style would’ve been so much more comfortable, but then I wouldn’t have been able to see him. Good thing neither of us was any taller.

Finally, I was naked from the waist down. Aaron had the condom on and lubed. I lay back, hooked one foot over the passenger seat and one over the top of the backseat. Not the most dignified or even comfortable position, but it was well worth it when he started pushing that thick cock into me.

“Oh Jesus,” I moaned before he’d even breached me, and a second later, he was inside me. The next stroke was deeper, nearly sending me through the sunroof. He wasn’t usually this forceful, and good God, I loved it. I wanted every inch of him in me, and I didn’t care if it hurt. In no time flat, he was pounding me, burying himself to the hilt each time.

“Fuck,” he ground out. “Fuck, this is why . . . had to leave . . . get you out of . . .”

I grabbed the back of his neck, dragged him down, and kissed him, and damn if he didn’t fuck me even harder. So hard I had to brace my other arm against the door to keep from hitting my head, which meant one less hand I could use to touch him. Damn it.

He thrust harder. His groans and mine mingled with the protests coming from the shocks. Anybody walking by this car would have no doubt what was going on in this backseat.

Just don’t tap on the window until after I come, for God’s sake.

Which wouldn’t be much longer. Holy fuck. He was stretching me, hitting all the right spots, and damn if he didn’t look perfect in the harsh, pale glow of the streetlights. Somehow it made him look more desperate. More primal. Almost unhinged with lust.

“Jerk yourself off,” he growled. “Want to . . . want to feel you come.”

Didn’t have to tell me twice. I started pumping my cock, and immediately, I was on the edge. My back arched as much as our close confines allowed, and that rolled my hips to change the angle of his thrusts, and now I was this close to losing it. Gasping for breath, I went to town on myself and was rewarded with a throaty groan as he drove into me like nothing in the world mattered except burying his cock as far in my ass as I could take him.

Aaron threw his head back and cursed. He slammed into me and shuddered so hard, I felt it myself and could’ve sworn I was the one doing the shuddering and—and then I was. Arching. Jerking. Coming. Coming hard. Semen landed on my stomach and coated my hand, and his dick pulsed inside me, and his moans sounded like borderline sobs, and yeah, so did mine.

And then . . . we were still.

Panting. Shaking. His cock still in me and mine still in my hand. His heart was pounding. Mine was too. I was bruised in places, tingling in others, and probably raw where this or that body part had rubbed too enthusiastically against the seats, and I felt fantastic.

Sighing, Aaron pulled out. He sank down onto me, and I wrapped my arms around him. There was probably semen all over both of us, and my neck ached a little from my head being pushed into the door, but who the hell cared?

And we hadn’t gotten that threesome after all, but I was tangled up with Aaron in the backseat, drained and spent, sweaty and breathless.

So yeah. Who the hell cared?

  Chapter 22

  Aaron

Between fucking Shane in the backseat and taking his cock in the shower, I was going to be feeling this tomorrow.

Still hot from the shower, we sprawled on my bed, naked and dazed.

“Once again,” he said, chuckling as he rolled on his side and rested his hand on my chest, “no threesome, but no complaints.”

  “And no hangover this time.”

“Always a bonus.” He kissed my shoulder before flopping onto his back again. “Jesus. Well, I guess we’ll have to go out another night.” He turned his head and flashed a toothy grin. “And if we end up back here like this, well . . .” He shrugged. “Like I said, no complaints.”

Another night. Another attempt at a threesome.

An image flickered through my mind of Shane dancing with that gorgeous linebacker. Even now, I could still feel the way my gut had clenched. It hadn’t been jealousy. Or maybe it was, but not the angry, what the fuck are you doing kind of jealousy. More like envy. That guy had been touching Shane, and I’d wanted to be there in his place. So when he’d bowed out, I’d stepped in, and I’d instantly forgotten we’d even gone to that club for a threesome to begin with.

And now that I thought about it, I wasn’t so sure I wanted to see if the third time was truly the charm.

  “Aaron?”

I blinked a few times. “Sorry, what?”

He tilted his head. “Something wrong? You kinda went quiet.”

“Oh. Yeah. I guess I was just thinking.” My heart shifted into overdrive. “You know, I . . .”

“Hmm?” Shane’s brow furrowed, and he lifted himself onto his elbow. “What?”

“Well.” I swallowed, pulse pounding as I locked eyes with him. “I’ll be honest—I’m not sure I want to share you.”

  His eyes widened. “What?”

“I’ve done threesomes before. I’ve done all kinds of things. But with you, I just want . . . you.”

  Shane tensed.

I swallowed. “I guess . . . maybe you were right in the beginning. About leaving the door open for this to turn into more. I mean, it’s not that I was jealous or I wanted to keep everyone away from you tonight.” I took a breath and held his gaze. “I couldn’t focus on anyone but you.”

  “You . . .” He blinked.

And then he drew away, and my heart dropped into the pit of my stomach.

  I gulped. “What?”

Shane sat up, but he didn’t look at me. “I thought we were doing this kind of casually. I mean . . .” He brushed a few curls out of his face and laughed dryly. “This is exactly what I wanted to avoid in the beginning, you know? Casual sex never stays that way.”

“You were right.” I sat up too. “But is it a bad thing for it to evolve like this?”

The way he continued to avoid my eyes answered that question a hell of a lot louder than he probably wanted it to.

“Shane, we . . .” I didn’t even know what to say. “Weren’t you the one who wanted to skip the casual sex and get to this part?”

  “Yeah, I . . .” He raked a hand through his hair.

Shock turned to irritation, and irritation led to gritted teeth. “What the hell? In the beginning, you wanted to jump in and call this a relationship. Now that I’m suggesting we call it one after we’ve actually spent some
time together, you don’t want to? What’s changed?”

“It’s not you, Aaron.” He threw up his hands. “I like what we’re doing. The sex is great. You’re great.” He shook his head. “But this is the first time in . . . shit, years, that I’ve been able to go a little crazy. I’m not ready to give that up.”

My mouth went dry. I’d been blindsided by my own feelings for him. This? It didn’t even fit in my head.

Shane sighed. “I . . . Okay, I wanted to keep the door open, yes. But I wasn’t exactly trying to speed things along.” He kept his gaze down for several intensely uncomfortable seconds before he rose and reached for his clothes on the floor. “I think I need to go.”

  “Wait, what?”

He rubbed his eyes, then gestured at my rumpled bed. “This is what I need right now. What we’re doing. I can enjoy being with someone I’m attracted to, and nobody’s getting tangled up in anything complicated.”

“So what you suggested in the beginning. That’s—”

“Look, all I want right now is what we had right up until we started this conversation. I . . .” He met my eyes, and he suddenly looked exhausted, and not in a just been fucked kind of way. “I don’t have it in me for more than that. Not now.”

I swallowed. “Isn’t that my line?”

We stared at each other for a moment.

He broke eye contact and mutely continued getting dressed. Shit. This was really happening. He was really leaving.

And I was just going to let him go?

When he started for the door, I rose. “Shane, wait.”

  He turned around.

“There’s nothing that says we can’t keep doing what we’ve been doing,” I said. “Same as in the beginning.”

  Shane chewed his lip.

“We pulled it off before after we went there too soon.” I forced back my nerves. “Who says we can’t do that now?”

He was quiet for a moment. “I need to go.” He ran an unsteady hand through his hair. “I’ll . . . I need to think. I’ll text you tomorrow.”
