Writing Our Love Page 14

by Sammi Cee

“Coop, sweets, you need to talk to him. The decision was made that any of us can love on each other anytime we want, as long as if when all of us are home, we’re all invited.” I giggle since I added that part. I may not want to join in, but damn, I never want to miss a chance to watch my two delicious men together if I can. “There was no reason not to ask if he wanted you to wash his back, the only—”

Before I can finish my thought, I hear Eli. “I did… um… want you to wash my back, that is.” When I turn my head to look at him in the doorway, he’s freshly dressed with wet hair and his face is that delightful shade of pink it turns every time something new happens between any of us. The first time I found him home resting on the couch before Coop got home, when I came in and laid on top of him and planted a deep, loving kiss on him, he turned so red I was worried he was going to pass out.

“Come here, lovey.” I move my hands from Coop’s face and move one arm around his waist, leaving a gap for Eli to move in and fill so that we can stand with all our arms wrapped around each other. “Okay, go on.”

Both my boys look down at me. “Well, apparently you two need me to help you figure this out. So, while I’m standing here, go ahead.”

Eli cocks his head. “Go ahead, what?”

“Go ahead and kiss each other hello, lovey.”

Sounding confused, Coop says, “We did when he got home.”

“And by that, I’m assuming you mean when Eli got home you kissed him on the forehead, and he said he needed to shower, then you left him to go on his merry way.” I shake my head. “Go on, give him a proper kiss hello.”

Eli gives Coop a shy smile as Coop leans in toward his lips. Gah! I don’t know if I’ll ever get enough of watching them kiss close up. Where Coop tends to ravage my mouth, his kisses with Eli are gentler, but more demanding. And seeing the flicks of their tongue from so close up feels so intimate.

As their kiss deepens, I wonder what it’s going to take for them to communicate with each other about each other as well as they work together when it’s regarding me. I’ve noticed they both always greet me before each other, obviously having decided to them it was important to do that for me. It’s really not, but I do appreciate how hard they’ve gone out of their way to make sure I never feel left out.

  Coop

Vaguely, I’m aware of Shay moving away from us as my arm slips from around her waist. Instead of pulling back to find her, I reach up to grab the back of Eli’s head and deepen the kiss. He leaves so early in the morning that I don’t always get to see him before he goes. This morning, Shay and I spent some nice quality time together before she left for her house to write. Then she wasn’t actually gone that long since she wanted to get home and prepare for tonight. And her being with me is enough, but for some reason, I really missed Eli today.

I’m not sure if it’s because Shay and I get time together, and I’ve come home on more than one occasion in the past couple of weeks to find them snuggled on the couch or passed out in bed, but Eli and I haven’t shared that degree of quality time, yet. It’s that closeness I’m longing to experience with him. Pulling back so his lips are barely on mine, Eli murmurs, “What’re you thinking about?”

“This, wanting more of this between us.” I seal my lips back to his and stroke my tongue deeper into his mouth.

“What the ever-loving fuck am I missing? Damn! No wonder we haven’t seen you guys in a couple weeks! Shayna-girl, is this okay with you, because if it’s not, I’ll kick their asses right now! Well, I’ll do something right now; I’m not actually sure I could hurt either one of them. But I promise you, you’re my girl, and I’ll protect your honor. Wow! That was hot though!”

I’d jerk away from Eli as soon as we heard Bobby. Shay’s standing behind him now bent over at the waist laughing so hard I’m scared she’s gonna hyper-ventilate. Sean looks mildly amused, but poor Eli’s mortified. I pull him so he’s right next to me, and he buries his face into my neck while I rub his lower-back soothingly.

“Sean, don’t you have any control of your boyfriend?”

“Sure, I do, Coop. But what fun is that? I’m pretty interested to hear answers to all those questions myself.”

Scowling, I say, “What you’re missing is that Shay, Eli, and I have all decided to date. The—”

“Wait!” Bobby cuts me off. “One thing at a time. That wasn’t nearly enough detail for me. Do you mean that you’re both dating Shayna-girl? No. That wouldn’t make sense, you were definitely just trying to choke Eli out with your tongue. Okay, so they’re both dating you? Or are all three of you, y’know, getting it on together? I mean, I’m not into women at all, but even I know the three of you together is hot!” He waggles his eyebrows at me.

“Sean! For fuck’s sake, please control your man.”

Shay’s still laughing, but she’s at least standing enough to wrap her arms around Bobby’s shoulders, giving him a kiss on the cheek. “I love you, Bobby. So much.”

Growling, I roll my eyes at her. “Not helping, precious.”

She shrugs, so I continue, “Anyway, as I was saying, we haven’t been around because Eli’s had to work a lot of hours, and we’ve wanted to all be home to spend time together as much as possible. Yes, all three of us are together. And no, Bobby. Please don’t hurt yourself trying to pretend that you could fight me or Eli. We wouldn’t want to embarrass you.”

“Hey,” Bobby whines with a pout.

“Be nice to my man, Coop. I know how to fight dirty, and I remember your weaknesses,” Sean teases.

Thankfully, it seems Sean is on to something because suddenly Eli’s spinning out of me to look at Sean. His face is still a little flushed, but his eyes are sparkling. Before I can get too excited about it, he asks, “Weaknesses, you say? And what are these weaknesses? Do tell.”

They all bust out laughing, and Bobby flashes me his boyish grin while winking at me. Eli looks so happy, his nerves gone, and out of the corner of my eye, I see Shay beaming at us.

This is why I wanted to have Bobby and Sean over. It’s working out just as I hoped. Deciding to play the whole thing up, I threaten Sean, “Remember buddy, I know your weaknesses, too. Like we used to say in high school, tit for tat.”

An outraged Bobby plants his hands on his hips, cocks his head, and demands of Sean, “Why in the world were you talking about tits?”

The joking continues right through dinner time. Easy conversation and fun banter, just as it always is with them. I’m so happy Sean and Bobby are my family. If no one else accepts us, I know we have them, just as they’ll always have us.

Finally, once we’re all snuggled in our hoodies, under blankets in front of the fire outside, Sean hits the heart of the matter. The real reason we asked them over. “Have you guys shared this new relationship with anyone else?”

With Shay sitting curled up in between me and Eli, I feel her stiffen. “Not yet,” I say.

Bobby adds, “But precious’s daughter will be home soon. We think she should tell her before she comes home.”

Shay looks between us before looking at Sean and asking, “How do you think I should tell her? Coop and Bobby have both shared a little about what you went through, so I thought maybe you’d have some wisdom for me.” Sean had come out in high school to the school, however, he hid it from his family for a long time. It had devastated his siblings that he didn’t think he could be honest with them, and as the youngest in the family, it had caused him to separate from his family unnecessarily for many years.

In a moment of somberness we rarely saw from Bobby, he reached over to grab his boyfriend’s hand tightly.

“Be honest. Even if she doesn’t take it well, the only way for any relationship to move forward is with honesty.”

  Eli

While I finish cleaning up the kitchen, Coop is making sure the fire is out and taking Bear out one last time, and Shay has retreated to the bathroom to take a nice hot bath and heat back up from being outside. It’s always so fun being
around Bobby and Sean. Bobby’s exuberance about life in general makes them great company. And though Sean is quiet, I can see how they’ve managed to make it work. They balance each other nicely.

One of the funniest parts of tonight was when Bobby called Coop out for calling his precious-girl, Shay. But we’ve both been doing that, swapping out the names we have for her. And the exaggerated awwwww from both Sean and Bobby when they heard Coop call me baby, was actually what I was thinking at the time. He still doesn’t do it often, but man, I sure do love it when he does.

Probably the most important thing said tonight, and the one thing I haven’t been able to stop pondering since he spoke it, was Bobby’s advice to be honest. There are so many things in my life I need to be honest about. Yeah, I was honest with Coop and Shay about wanting to be with them and how I’d always found Coop attractive. I’d even gone so far that night as to say that they were my family. What I hadn’t told them was how in love with them I am. And based on how tentative Coop still is with me, I’m guessing he doesn’t understand what I’m willing to do, no, what I want to do with him sexually.

  “Eli? Babe, you okay?”

Coop is standing in the doorway, worry lines creasing his brow and a frown on his face. Instead of assuring him I’m fine, I cross the room and step right into his personal space. I get right up next to him with a boldness I’m not actually feeling, but his eyes twinkle when I lean my forehead into his, and I’m glad I pushed through.

“What’s this, baby? Can I help you?” he asks with a lopsided smile.

“Mmhmm…I was thinking we should pick up where we left off when we were interrupted earlier.”

“Oh yeah?” he asks, snaking his tongue out to lick across my lips. I’ve learned recently that happy Coop is playful, so I decide to play along.

“Mmm…maybe not. If you’re not interested, I’ll just go snuggle up to Shay.” I turn, but before I can make it out of the kitchen, my front is pressed against the counter with Coop pressed up right behind me. Upon feeling the solid length of his hard cock pressed into my ass, my jeans instantly become uncomfortably tight. Without saying a word, Coop is whipping my shirt over my head and sucking on my neck behind my ear. His obsession with marking Shay and me would be concerning if I didn’t find it such a turn on. The guys at work have been teasing me, asking me what kind of vampire chick I’m dating, and even though I’m scared for them to know it’s a man marking me up, I’m happy to feel so owned.

With a deep pull of air into my lungs, I ground my ass back into Coop and go for honesty. “Coop, I want you.”

“What do you want, baby? Tell me.”

Tilting my head to the left, I see Shay has entered the kitchen with us. She’s wearing a barely there little see through bathrobe with her hair hanging wet around her face. She licks her lips, and says, “Tell him, lovey. Tell him what you want.”

As Shay’s eyes travel between us, and Coop’s hands move to rub over my nipples, I groan out, “I want to feel you in me, Coop.”

With a groan of his own, Coop tears at the buttons and zipper of my jeans, jerking them down with my boxers and leaving me naked before I can register what’s happening. His hands spreading my butt cheeks startles me, but the feel of his tongue on my hole is exactly what I’ve been desiring. The other night, as Shay sucked me off, I had watched Coop lick and suck her ass, and I’d known that was what I wanted. But seeing it is nothing compared to feeling it. As his tongue makes long strokes followed by little plunges, I grip the counter to not fall over. His hands are a solid strength around my thighs, and I know he’d never let me fall, but it feels as if my body will drift away any second.

Squinting my eyes open, I beg, “Shay, come here, please. Come kiss me.”

“Not tonight, lovey. Tonight I’m going to watch you and experience the pleasure you got from watching me.” I start to shake my head no when she ramps up my hunger even higher. “And then when you guys are all done, I’m gonna do what you did, lovey. Just like you jerked yourself off to the vision of me coming, I’m gonna lay back next to you and Coop on the bed, and while you regain your strength, I’m gonna take care of myself. Will you like watching me do that, Eli?”

Her words have Coop and I groaning in unison. The vibrations from his mouth with the feel of his tongue have me reaching down to stroke my cock. As soon as I have myself in hand, Coop stands up and commands, “Bedroom. Now. Both of you.”

  Diary Excerpt

I don’t know why I’m so hesitant to write about this, even to myself, but I am. My mmf is almost done. A couple chapters left, and I’ll be ready to share it with my writing group for their opinions and critiques. I can’t believe how it’s writing itself, but I guess it makes sense with where my life is right now. And whew, the sex scenes really wrote themselves, too.

Last night had been magical. I’m only human so it’s hot watching my men when they stroke their cocks together or suck each other off. That I had seen several times recently. And no one was more shocked than Eli when he’d first realized how much he loves ass play. It didn’t matter if it was Coop’s tongue or his fingers, Eli was always moaning and gasping. But watching Coop enter Eli’s body with his dick for the first time was euphoric. It wasn’t the gentle rock of his hips that Coop gave until he bottomed out or even how hard Coop was able to thrust into Eli’s body that made it such a turn on. It was the trust that Eli had in Coop to love him and not hurt him. It was the tender way Coop stroked Eli’s skin and planted kisses everywhere he could reach. It was how they both looked at me and told me they loved me at the same time right before they came.

But more than that, it was the way they gazed into each other’s eyes.

Coop and Eli are right, I’m being ridiculous. There is no way that my daughter is going to hate me or turn away from me. I just need to call her and tell her before it’s too late. Hell, now is almost too late. She’ll be arriving tomorrow. Nothing like giving her plenty of time to get used to the idea of her mom having two boyfriends who are also together. Although, she has plenty of gay friends so that part shouldn’t bother her too much, right? Unless what’s going to bother her is that it’s two men who are into each other and me. And what if she thinks I’m having some kind of mid-life crisis or she thinks I’m only doing this from being exposed to so many romance authors? Oh my God, what if this does it, and with Eli’s age, she does finally say I’m too old? I mean, she wanted me to set her up with him.

Before I can work up the nerve to get it over with and just call her already, my phone rings. Grateful for the excuse to put off talking to her for even another minute, I grab my cell off my desk and answer it without looking at the caller id. “Hello.”

  “Hey, Mom. You’re home, right?”

Shit. Shit. Shit. I should’ve looked. Now I have to tell her. Really, it’s now or never. “Hi, honey. Yeah, I’m home. What’s up? You all ready to come for Thanksgiving and see me?”

“Well, of course, it’s gonna be nice to see you. You know how much I miss you when I’m at school. But do you mind if I bring someone with me?”

Mom-brain kicks in and I’m ready to jump through the phone. “Someone special? How come you’ve never mentioned him? Will his parents care he’s missing Thanksgiving with them? Tell me all about him.”

“Mom, for fuck’s sake, why do you do this every time I ask if I can bring someone home? Have I ever brought someone special home from school, yet?” she asks, sounding completely annoyed.

  “No, I guess not.”

“So, what in the hell makes you think I’m bringing someone special home this time?” Now she just sounds exasperated with me.

Sheepishly, I say, “I don’t know. My desire to see my daughter happily settled into a loving relationship. Sorry, honey. And watch your language. I’m your mother, how many times do I have to say it?”

Laughing, she replies, “As many times as it takes for you to realize half the reason I ha
ve this mouth is because you’re my mother. Now about me bringing someone for Thanksgiving. It’s fine, right?”

“Of course, it’s fine. The more the merrier. Why wouldn’t it be fine?”

“Well, we’ve never had dinner at your boyfriends’ house before and I know they have other people coming, too, so I didn’t want to just assume.”

“Yeah, that…wait, why did you just say they?”

“Seriously, Mom? Are you kidding me right now? If you didn’t talk about Eli enough when he first got to Coop’s for me to think you had a small crush on him, the fact that you talk about your sweets and your lovey—gross, by the way—like they’re one person would’ve given it away.”

  “Are you mad? Disgusted? Repulsed?”

“Um, no. But right now, I’m pretty annoyed that you could ever think I’d be any of those things. You’re my mother. You’ve sacrificed everything for me to be able to grow up and be the highly adjusted young woman I am.” I hear her snicker before continuing, “If anyone deserves to be happy, it’s you. And if you’re working it so well that you scored yourself two mens, then good for you. I’m not only happy for you, but pretty proud, too.”

With a sigh of relief, my shoulders loosen, and I can’t keep the dopey grin off my face. I really should’ve known she’d react this way. “Okay, now that we have that out of the way. Who is coming home with you? Someone who had nowhere to go, or what?”

“Oh, my girlfriend. We’ve been dating for about two months, but I didn’t want to say anything to you until I knew for sure that we’re serious. We told each other I love you the other day so that seems serious enough to me for my two favorite ladies to meet each other.”
