Notes: 99 copies of the original Evilive were sold in 33 bundled editions that included three copies of the EP with alternate cover images of Danzig, Jerry, and Doyle. In 1983 the EP was licensed by Aggressive Rock Productions for release in West Germany; the company pressed at least 12,000 black vinyl copies and repressed it twice more through 1988. Caroline Records issued an expanded version of Evilive on cassette October 15, 1987, adding “Nike-a-Go-Go” and “Hatebreeders” from the Ritz performance and “Devil’s Whorehouse,” “Horror Hotel,” and “Ghoul’s Night Out” from the On Broadway performance. Several versions of the expanded Evilive were also issued on 2,000 copies of green vinyl and an unknown quantities of black vinyl between 1987 and 1997. A CD version was also released in March of 1997.
