  “Commando, huh?”

“Of course Red, would you expect anything else?”

“Not expect, but I definitely like it.” She says with a satisfied grin.

“Well, let’s see what else you like.”

Before taking my jeans off, I grabbed a condom from my pocket. I opened it with my teeth and rolled it down over my cock.

“You’re tight baby so I’ll go slow at first, but once I get in there this is going to be quick and hard. You okay with that?”

She looked up at me with a hungry smile. “More than okay, I’m ready and waiting.”

I lean over her on the bed, grab her face between my hands and start to kiss her. I lick her bottom lip and she opens up for my tongue. My tongue goes into her mouth and she starts battling it with her own tongue. I slowly move my hand from the side of her face, grab hold of the base of my cock and slowly start to push into her. She’s so tight, but so wet, which is going to help. I slowly push in and out of her, each time on the push in going a little bit deeper until I finally made it all the way in, touching the end of her cervix and my pelvis resting in the cradle of her legs.

“You okay Red?” I ask, holding as still as I can, giving her time to adjust to me.

“I’m good.” She pants, “You’re big, but I’m ready for you. Show me what you got hot shot.”

Shaking my head I started kissing her again and pushing in and out of her. You could hear the slap of our bodies echoing through the room. I told her it was going to be fast and hard, and it was, but we were both going to enjoy it. I pushed into her harder and harder, every time I bottomed out inside of her she made a deep moan. I was getting close and I knew she was getting there, but I didn’t want to go over the edge before her so I started pushing on her clit every time I pushed in to add that little something extra and it seemed to do the trick. She was getting louder with every stroke.

“I need you to get there for me baby. I can’t wait much longer.”

“I’m almost there Joker, keep going, keep going. Harder, give it to me harder!”

With a grunt I pushed as hard as I could with my legs and the bed started moving. I could feel the sides of her pussy start to clamp down on me and I knew it was almost time. With one final push we both fell over the edge, one after the other. I collapsed on top of her and could still feel her walls squeezing me. Taking some calming breaths I leaned up over her and looked down at her face. Her eyes were closed, but she had a smile on her face. I gave her a peck on the lips, pulled out and got up to dispose of the condom.

When I looked down she had her eyes closed, but a small smile on her face. “You still with me baby?”

“I think you may have killed me, but what a way to go Joker.” She sighed with a small stretch of her hands over her head, which made her tits lift up above the sheet, her nipples stiffening in the cool air.

“Don’t go falling asleep on me Red, I’m going to be ready for round two soon.”

She moved up to the head of the bed and pulled the sheet up over covering my glorious view and lay on her side watching me as I went into the en-suite and disposed of the condom. When I came back into the room her eyes were closed and she looked like she was sleeping peacefully.

“Did you fall asleep on me?” I asked with a smug smile.

“No, just resting my eyes. Give me a few minutes and I’ll be ready and willing.” She mumbled softly.

I crawled into the bed behind her and for the very first time in my life I spooned a woman. I have to say, I quite enjoyed it, but I never would have tried it with any woman I’d had in my life before. They were all just club whores and before that women I’d picked up in a bar. Tonight was going to be a night of firsts since I wasn’t planning on leaving until morning.

We fucked twice more that night and both fell into an exhausted sleep. I woke up in the morning to the sounds of dishes clattering in the sink. Getting up I went into the kitchen rubbing my hands over my face trying to wake myself up.

“Jesus woman, do you not know how to sleep in? I wasn’t done with you. I had planned to roll over this morning and go for round four.” I growled at her, not trying to hide my disappointment in not waking up beside her.

“Round four? You’re lucky I was able to get out of bed and walk into the kitchen to start breakfast. I used muscles last night I don’t think I’ve used for years, if ever.” She said with a slight shiver.

“Well, it was the goal to make it so you couldn’t walk this morning.” A smirk slid onto my face at that possibility.

“Sorry Joker, but I have a business to run and as far as I can tell, so do you. We can have some breakfast, I’ll have a shower and you can drop me off at work. Why don’t you go jump in the shower and by the time you get out and are dressed I will have breakfast on the table.”

“I have a better suggestion for you baby, why don’t you turn the stove and coffee off and come join me in the shower?”

“No that’s okay.” She shook her head and backed up toward the stove. “I’m starving. You go have a shower and be quick about it, this won’t take long to cook.”

With a nod I headed back to the bedroom and jumped into a scalding hot shower. I’m not sure what was going through Everly’s head, but when I got out of the shower and had given her some time I was going to get to the bottom of it. I know I enjoyed myself and she seemed to enjoy herself, so I’m not sure what the problem is.

After a five minute shower I jumped out, got dressed and headed back to the kitchen to the smell of sizzling bacon.

“Smells good Red. Can I do anything to help?”

“Nope, just have a seat and I’ll dish us up some breakfast.” She answers without turning to look at me.

I sat down and she put a plate with eggs, bacon and toast on it in front of me and my stomach growled. We definitely worked off all of our food last night and I was starving. Instead of joining me she stood at the kitchen sink and was washing dishes. I put my fork down, stood up and came up behind her wrapping my arms around her waist. I felt her tense up. “Red come join me. Our breakfast is getting cold.”

“If I don’t clean this pan it will be ruined,” she said with a shake of her head.

I squeezed her a bit tighter, “I’ll buy you a new pan, come on and have your breakfast. I don’t want to eat alone.”

“Just go eat your breakfast I’ll be there in a minute.” She instructed while trying to push me back away from her.

With a sigh I unwrapped my arms from around her and sat back down. I picked up my fork and started eating while watching her clean. Once I was almost finished I decided to see if I could figure out what was going on in her head. “Did I do something to piss you off Red?”

“No, not at all, I just know what this is and I don’t want to treat it like anything else.” She was scrubbing harder now, but still not looking at me.

I paused, my fork halfway to my mouth, and questioned, “What this is? What does that mean?”

“I know that now since you’ve slept with me you’ll lose interest and move on and I don’t want to get emotionally involved. I’m not someone who usually has a one night stand, but I just couldn’t help myself with you. I’m new to this.”

I dropped my fork and stood back up walking over to her at the sink. I turned her around and she stood facing me with her head down, hands all soapy and holding the pan. Putting my hand underneath her chin I pulled her eyes up to mine. “Look at me Red. What are you talking about?”

“I know you aren’t the type of guy who gets involved and I don’t want you to feel that you need to treat me differently just because we’re neighbours.” She spoke so quickly I almost didn’t understand what she said, but I got the gist of it.

“Oh Red, but you are different. Since the first moment I heard you laugh with Brenna in your bakery and my jeans got tight I knew you would be different. I’m not saying I want to get married and have babies with you, we’re just getting to know each other, but let’s take this one day at a time a
nd see where it goes. Now come on, put the pan back in the sink, dry your hands and come eat your delicious breakfast that is now ice cold.” I held her eyes while she decided.

With a slow breath, she turned around and did what I said. We ate our breakfast in silence, but she had a smile on her face and that’s what counted.

  Chapter 7 – Everly

After finishing breakfast we needed to rush to get to the bakery for me to open. I texted Jenn when I got up and told her I’d be in to open up. Thankfully, she had everything ready to go this morning and all I would need to do is throw some muffins in the oven and get everything ready for the second round of baking. The ride over on the back of Joker’s bike was as big a thrill as before. Unfortunately, it was too short. I will have to get him to give me a longer ride again, it is turning into one of my favourite pastimes.

Joker dropped me off and pulled away from the curb only after I was safely in the bakery with the door locked behind me. We don’t open for another hour. When I got to the back to turn on the oven, I noticed that something didn’t seem right, like something was out of place, but I couldn’t figure out what. I turned the industrial ovens on and made my way to my office to drop my purse off and get back to the kitchen. When I opened the door and turned the light on I couldn’t believe my eyes. My office looked like it had been ransacked. There were papers all over the place, my desk drawers were open and when I looked above my desk “DIE BITCH” was painted on the wall in red spray paint.

I frantically searched through my purse to find my phone and dialed 911.

“911 how may I direct your call?”

“I need the police please, someone has broken into my bakery.” My voice was shaky and I took a deep breath trying to calm myself down.

“What is the address of the bakery please?”

After telling her my address I was told to exit the building and wait for the police to arrive without touching anything I didn’t have to. A police cruiser pulled up less than 10 minutes later with their lights and sirens going. When they saw me sitting on the sidewalk they got out and approached me cautiously.

The younger one approached me cautiously and asked, “Ma’am are you all right?”

“Yes, I’m okay thanks. This is my bakery and when I went in to get ready to open up this morning my office was a mess and there was a message spray painted on the wall.” I gave an involuntary shudder.

“Okay, we will call in for another car, but please wait here while we check to make sure that there is no one in the building.” The officer reassured me and then went inside.

Oh my God, I didn’t even think about anyone still being in the building. I hope that I was alone, I don’t even want to think about what could have happened if I wasn’t.

I sat there shaking and sent a text to Brenna to let her know what happened. She came back right away with a message that she was on her way. Not five minutes later the police officers came back out to let me know that there was no one in the building. They were going to have to ask me some questions and the bakery would have to be closed until further notice. They would be going through to collect evidence to help them find the person responsible for the break in.

While answering their questions to the best of my ability, I heard a motorcycle pull up and when I looked up, Joker was off his bike and jogging over to me with a look of anger on his face.

“Red, what’s going on? I heard the sirens and saw them coming down here from the shop and wanted to make sure you’re okay. Why are the police here?” Joker asked, pulling me up to my feet and into his arms.

“When I went in to my office it was ransacked and the words DIE BITCH were spray painted on the wall behind my desk. I don’t know why this would happen Joker, I haven’t pissed off anyone that I can think of.” I was shaking just thinking about it and just being held in his arms was helping to calm me down.

Once I had told Joker what was going on he held me at arm’s length to look my up and down as if reassuring himself that I was okay. Once he seemed convinced it was okay he put his arm around me and just held me there while I finished answering the officer’s questions.

He seemed to be seething. His fists were clenched and he was vibrating, but he was holding it in, I was guessing until the police left us alone. When the officer was finished he gave me his card and walked away.

  “Are you okay Red?”

I snuggled closer into his chest and nodded my head while answering. “I’m okay, just a little shook up. Are you okay? You look like you are going to explode.”

  “Just pissed that this happened.”

I turned in his arms and looked up at his face, patting his chest to try to calm him. “I’m sure it’s nothing, just some random act of violence.”

“Yeah well, until I know for sure I’m going to put a prospect on you to keep you safe and you’ll be with me every night so I can keep you safe too.”

“Really?! You think it’s up to you to tell me what’s going to happen?” I said with a smirk.

He finally looked down at me and saw the look on my face, which made him smile. “Oh please, you love it. Anyway, it’s an excuse to have more nights like last night.”

“Well, if you’re going to be persuasive, how can I say no?” I said while raising my eyebrows up and down at him.

There was a screech of tires and Joker pushed me behind him. When I looked over his shoulder Brenna was slamming out of her car and running over to us. I stepped around Joker and intercepted her. “I’m okay.”

“Oh my God, I was freaking out! Are you sure you’re okay? What’s the damage?” Brenna asked in a panic.

“I’m fine, the damage is minor, it just scared me more than anything, but I’m glad that you guys are here. It makes me feel better.”

Brenna threw herself at me and hugged me like she’d never see me again. She was definitely a hugger and I appreciated that about her. I peeled her off me and we walked over to her car. With the bakery having to be closed for the next few days, at least, I was thankful that I had a nice nest egg so I could pay my employees and all of my bills. As long as we weren’t closed for too long I would be okay. I turned to Joker as we got to the car. “Are you okay with following us? I need to get a sign up on the bakery telling my customers that we are closed for the next few days and then I just want to go home and relax for a bit.”

“Don’t worry about the sign Red. I’ll get a prospect over here to put it up and when you are cleared to open back up we will have your office cleaned up and repainted.”

“Oh no, you don’t need to do that. I can take care of it.”

“I’m sure you can, but I can make life easier for you while you go home and relax. I’ll follow behind you to make sure you’re okay. I’m assuming you’re going to stay with her Brenna?”

Brenna looked at Joker over the top of her car, “Yeah, I’ll be there for the rest of the day.”

Joker nodded at Brenna then turned back to me. “Okay, I’ll follow you home, take care of some business at the shop and come back in time for dinner. I’ll pick something up, text me what you ladies would like.”

“It might be hard to text you since I don’t have your number.”

Joker lifted his right eyebrow and just gave me his sexy little smirk. “Don’t you?”

I looked in my phone and there was a text from Joker waiting on my phone. I don’t know how he did it, but he is definitely full of surprises. We got into the car and started driving to my house. It didn’t take Brenna sixty seconds before she was grilling me about Joker.

“Sooooo, how was it? I’m assuming he didn’t leave last night and come back this morning. So I want details woman!” She was bouncing in her seat like a five year old who just found out they were going to Disneyland.

“I’m surprised you were able to wait that long before you asked me. I expected a bunch of messages on my phone this morning.”

“It was so hard!” Brenna said with a groan. “You have no idea. I really wanted to know, but though
t I’d give you time to call me and now I’m done waiting. So I repeat, how was it?”

I turned my head to look out the side window so Brenna couldn’t see my smile when I answered, “It was fine.”

Brenna quickly looked away from the road in front of her to look at me bug eyed. “Fine?!?!? Are you kidding me right now? You guys had lightning sparking off of you last night. There’s no way in hell that it was just fine. I want more than that!”
