The topography of the Highlands and Perth is as realistic as I can make it. However, I’ve taken liberty with some geographical landmarks such as the River Tairn and Ben Wyllis. They’re not to be found on any map.
The Royal George Hotel, visited by Queen Victoria and her retinue, was actually in Perth.
