Scott walked into the photo shoot and saw Caprina at her natural best. She was lying on a bed with satin sheets. She was wearing a bra and thong panties with pink high heels, modeling the latest jewelry from Guess. Despite his disdain for the woman, Scott could at least admit Caprina was a great model and knew how to work the camera. At other photo shoots he had been to, the model would take forever just find a good angle. With Caprina, it was natural. She was born to be a model. The only good thing about that bitch.
When Caprina saw Scott enter the shoot, she became more relaxed. She forgot others were in the room and she purposely did seductive poses just for Scott’s attention. Whatever she was doing, it worked: Scott’s eyes never left hers.
The photographer called for a break, and Scott was on his way out the door when Caprina stopped him. “Scotty!” Caprina waved to him. She ran over to him and gave him a hug. “I’m so glad you made it!”
“I just wanted to see how everything was coming,” Scott didn’t hug back, “are there any problems?”
“Nope! None at all!” Caprina beamed. She grabbed him by the hand and led him to the set. “I want you to meet some people. I have new assistants now.”
“Lovely,” Scott deadpanned. He looked around and admired the set. It was set in a bedroom. Caprina didn’t bother to cover up her body when the shoot stopped momentarily. She was a walking sex advertisement. “Ms. Waters, I really need to talk to you about something.”
“Just a second, Scotty. Girls? Oh, girls?” Caprina called out to Dove and Aileen. “Come here, I want you to meet someone.”
“Ms. Waters, I really don’t have time to meet anyone,” Scott mentioned. He looked around and studied the lighting and other interesting things on the set. “I need to discuss business matters with you.”
“This won’t take long!” Caprina smiled as the girls walked over to them. “Scotty, these are my new assistants. Girls, introduce yourselves.”
“I’m Dove, Sir,” the blonde spoke up first.
“I’m Aileen,” the brunette spoke. “Pleasure to meet you, Sir.”
Scott’s head moved slowly back to the ladies before him. It didn’t take him long to figure out what was going on. He noticed Aileen was wearing a very familiar device: her collar.
Look at me as your guardian angel. I’ll always be around.
“Aren’t they so polite?” Caprina smiled. “Now did you want to discuss with me?”
Scott locked eyes with Dove and Aileen. “It can wait,” he spoke to Caprina.
“Well, it’s time for me to go shoot!” She kissed Scott’s cheek. “I’ll talk to you later, Scotty.” She hurried back to the set.
“Yeah, see you later,” Scott waited for Caprina to be out of earshot before he addressed the girls. He chose his next words very carefully. “Is everything being taken care of?”
“Yes, Master.” Dove answered. “Everything is being handled.”
Scott had one last question. “Is there anything I need to do?”
“No,” Aileen smiled. A gleam of light hit the locket and Scott’s initials shined in the light. “Not at all, Master.”

Jerome entered his parents’ house and went to straight to the kitchen. He took out a pitcher of Kool-Aid and poured himself a glass. He quickly downed it before he poured himself another. His confrontation with Scott worked up a thirst inside him and he was parched. Motherfucker’s like Hercules or some shit.
“Hey, ’Rome,” Mariana approached him.
“Hey, Mari,” Jerome knocked back his second glass. “What’s up?”
“Nothing much. Your friends are in the den,” she mentioned.
“Okay, cool.” Jerome nodded as he wiped his brow. “Thanks.”
“No problem,” Mariana leaned over the kitchen counter. “So I heard you ran into someone I know?”
Jerome shook his head. “No, I didn’t.”
“Jerome…” Mariana warned.
“I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.” Jerome replied. “Now excuse me, I’m about to meet up with my friends.” He began to leave.
Mariana grabbed Jerome by his left arm and twisted it. “The fuck, man!” Jerome winced in pain. “Just my fucking luck!”
Mariana twisted Jerome’s arm. “Say Uncle!”
“Uncle!”
Mariana let go of her brother’s arm and stood in front of him. “I want you to tell me everything!”
“I saw him earlier,” Jerome mentioned as he massaged his other arm. “He was walking out of the coffee shop and walking to his car. I told him what he did to you was fucked up.”
“And?”
“And he said he didn’t want to do it but he had to,” Jerome confessed, “He said he had to do it to protect you.”
Mariana walked over to the breakfast nook and sat down. What on earth was going on? Her mind was racing a mile a minute and she had to sit down in hopes to reconcile her thoughts. “To protect me? Protect me from what?”
“He wouldn’t say. He just said he didn’t want you to get involved with what was going on, and it was best you were out of the picture for now.” Jerome sat beside his sister. “He said he still loves you and wants you back.”
Mariana didn’t know how to take that news. She was sad, but her heart was filled with anger. Why couldn’t Scott tell her this before? Why did he have to act so coldly to her? All she wanted was to be his wife and have his children. What was going on that he had to break up with her? Mariana had a strong suspicion Caprina was involved in more ways than one. “Is there anything else?”
“You’re not supposed to know I saw him,” Jerome added, “what I just said, you don’t even know about.”
“All right,” she spoke softly, “thanks for letting me know, ’Rome.”
“Hey, you’re my sister, I got your back.” Jerome put his arm around her. “But tonight, you need to get ready for your date.”
“Yeah,” Mariana no longer had a desire to go out with B., “my date.”

Caprina got comfortable in her bubble bath. She lit candles everywhere and put on some soft music to soak her worries away. She had fired Dove and Aileen a few days ago, now that she no longer wanted or required their services. She saw how friendly the two of them were when they met Scott. They were too friendly for Caprina’s taste. She didn’t want Scott to be distracted.
In just a few days, she was going to star in one of the biggest campaigns of her career. Shortly after that, she was going to become the girlfriend of one of the wealthiest men in California. Another wedding was imminent, she could feel it. She’d actually show up to that one.
Getting rid of Mariana had been easier than she expected. She didn’t have to plot too much, and the little girl seemed to give up without a fight. Caprina could not have been happier with the outcome. Everything was going as planned.
Now all she needed was Scott in her grasp. He was single, but wouldn’t be for very long. She would leave him alone for a short while so he could entertain his bed with various flings and forgettable women. But when Scott became bored of that, Caprina would make her move.
She had her show, her new ad, and now, the love of her life. Life could not get any better. If only that damn telephone will stop ringing. Caprina was about to toss her cell phone into the water but picked it up when she noticed it was Gina calling her. “Yes?”
“Caprina! I have been trying to reach you for the past hour! Where were you?” Gina asked.
“Oh, I’ve been busy.” Caprina stated. The truth was she spent the past hour fantasizing about Scott and masturbating.
“Have you been online at all today?”
“You know I don’t pay attention to that,” Caprina bent over and did a line.
“You need to,” Gina huffed. “You’re all over the internet now.”
“For what? Some paparazzo caught me with no panties again? I had a bad hair day?” Caprina laughed.
“There are pictures o
f you doing cocaine, your closet shrine filled with pictures of your old relationship, and some guy just sold his story about how he was your prostitute for hire and you only called him by your ex-fiancée’s name,” Gina calmly replied. “I think you need to get online.”

Sanora stepped out on the balcony of Her mansion. It was already nighttime and She could see the stars appearing in the sky. There was a slight breeze and Her auburn hair softly blew while the moon shined on her face. For several years, She meticulously planned for this moment. She had gone to great lengths and spent quite a bit of money to make sure everything would turn out as planned.
It was a monumental task—destroying Caprina Waters. There were times Sanora wanted to give up and just hire someone to do the job but She kept on. She couldn’t give up after going so far. There was too much at stake and she was in too deep now. Her father would have never given up. Her mother definitely wouldn’t have given up. Destroying Caprina would finally bring closure for Her. It was closure everyone needed.
After a short while, a tall, commanding figure appeared beside Her. “How is everything?”
Sanora slightly nodded. “A few glitches here and there but everything is going as planned.”
“How’s your friend?”
“He’s hanging in there. It’s been a rough ride for him.” Sanora spoke about Scott. “But everything will work out. I believe in happy endings. They’ll be back together soon.”
“And how are you doing?”
Sanora turned towards the figure. “I’m doing just fine.”
“Are you really?”
“Do you doubt me?” Sanora raised an eyebrow.
“No, I’m questioning you.” The man leaned against the balcony wall. “You know the difference.”
“I’m fine,” Sanora let out a sigh. “I’m just anxious to get this over with.”
The man looked over at Sanora. “You know I can always get someone else to do it?”
“I know.”
The man smiled. “But you don’t want that?”
Sanora smiled back. “You know.”
“Okay.” The man lit a cigar and took a puff of it. “I just want to make sure you know what you’re doing.”
“I’m simply taking your advice.” Sanora leaned in towards the man and he wrapped his arms around her. “You remember what you always told me?”
“The stars are aligned with us...” Dimitri began.
“Everything we want,” Sanora’s lips curled up into a smile, “will happen in due time.”

“You sure know how to woo a woman,” Mariana listened to soul music by the Isley Brothers in B.’s convertible.
“You know, it’s nothing, really.” B. nodded his head to “Here We Go Again.” “I like a lot of different kinds of music, but you’re one of a kind, so I had to go a little old-school on you.”
B. reminded Mariana of Scott already. She could recall the numerous times he would play old soul music in his car, office, or at home. Now her potentially new boyfriend was doing the same. She wasn’t sure that was a good thing. “I appreciate the effort.”
“Not a problem, ma. Not a problem.” B. pulled up to EMK again and gave the keys to the valet. “You’ll be with me at the DJ booth tonight, but I’ll keep the drinks and food coming so you won’t be bored. I’ll even let you pick out a couple of tunes.”
“Just a couple, huh?”
“I’m generous.”
Mariana grabbed B.’s hand as they entered the lounge. She briefly scanned for any signs of Scott, but he was nowhere to be found. Maybe he was there and hidden in some corner. No, she would’ve seen him. He had a swagger about him that made him stand out from the crowd. His friends weren’t there, and they wouldn’t be. Jeff would be at home with Bella and his children. Dave and Paul lived in another city twenty miles away.
Scott wasn’t the type to hunt or stalk past loves, given his attitude towards Caprina, and Mariana shouldn’t have expected to run into him at the lounge. She was mad at herself for wanting that, though. She really wanted to see Scott again, even if he was with another woman. She just wanted to know what was going on with him.
Throughout the night, B. spun great music for the crowd, getting them on the floor with some classic soul hits and slowing it down with the quiet storm. He made sure Mariana was comfortable, and she picked out a few songs of her choice. Meanwhile the drinks kept coming and Mariana had completely forgotten where she was and whom she was with. She was all about having a good time.
“B.,” she yelled in his ear, “I’m going to go to the ladies’ room. I’ll be right back!”
“No problem, ma!” B. snuck a kiss on Mariana’s lips and she reciprocated the favor. She wrapped her hands around his head and pulled him in deeper, sucking on his bottom lip as their tongues danced. “I’ll be waiting for you!”
Mariana wiped her lipstick off B.’s lips with her fingers. “Mmm…I hope so, Sugah Bear.”
She carefully eased herself down the stairs and made a beeline to the ladies’ room. She was fortunate there wasn’t a line there and practically empty. She then remembered EMK had several women’s bathrooms throughout the lounge. She got lucky.
Being out on a date was exactly what she needed to get her mind off Scott. She had her graduation coming up in a few weeks and then she was going to start a new job hopefully soon. Everything was perfect. And if she said it enough times, she would believe it.
B. was everything Scott wasn’t. He was fun, personable, and had no hang-ups. She could see them dating and possibly being in a relationship. Mariana then shook her head and stopped herself. She just broke up with Scott. There was no need to get serious with somebody else when her heart still needed mending. What Mariana really needed, was someone to fuck the pain out of her heart. The best way to get over a guy is to fuck somebody else…
She reached for a towel and dried her hands. When she looked up at the mirror again, Mariana startled by a pair of green eyes looking at her from behind. He was business casual with an open collared shirt and slacks. His hair was slicked back and his presence was commanding. Was it really him? Or was it the liquor?
Mariana turned around and stood face to face with her ex. Her breathing was labored and every emotion she had ever felt for the man came flooding back to her. “Scott…” she whispered.
Scott pulled Mariana into a stall and closed the door behind them. He stared into her brown orbs and saw the want, desire, and confusion within them. Her mouth opened slightly, but no sound was coming out. She didn’t know what was going on, but she somehow trusted him.
His mouth assaulted her neck and Mariana moaned at the touch. She forgot how experienced his tongue was and how wet he made her. A free hand pulled down her tank top, exposing her hard nipples while the other tore her panties off. He softly squeezed her breast before he dipped his head down to gently suck on it. He remembered how they tasted, how they felt in his hands. How her whole body was formed and created just for his.
His mouth sucked other nipple while his fingers found her wet slit and she was already hot. He hoisted her against the door and wrapped her legs around his waist. Mariana didn’t say a word but Scott could tell she missed him as much as he missed her. Their lips hungrily found each other, and their tongues waltzed amidst an explosion of love, desire, and ecstasy.
Scott sheathed himself inside her and Mariana cried out in pleasure. “Bite my shoulder, baby,” He instructed and Mariana nodded in acceptance.
She was tighter than Scott remembered and her tunnel gripped him with every stroke. He spoke as he fucked her. “I miss you, baby. I miss you so much. But we can’t see each other until I figure things out. But I wanted to make sure you knew how much you meant to me and I’m going to get you back.” He moved faster inside her, banging Mariana against the door. “Nod if you want us back, baby.”
Mariana violently nodded as she bit harder to muffle her moans. Her body melted into His as He held onto her body
tight. She was about to cum and her pussy clenched tighter around Scott’s cock as she tried to prolong the feeling. She wanted to make love to him forever.
“Say my name,” Scott moaned.
“Scott…” Mariana softly moaned.
“No, the other one,” He instructed.
“Sir…” Mariana dug her fingers into Scott’s back when she finally came, her body spasmed. Mariana opened her eyes and swore she saw stars. She was drunk, her mind was confused, her heart was torn, and she still had no idea what just happened.
Scott continued to thrust inside her. He wanted to make love to her—properly, slowly, and lovingly—but an insatiable and carnal urge took over. He drove into her over and over, filling her completely as she tightly wrapped around his cock.
The passion and love he had for Mariana came out as he spilled himself into her, the intensity hitting him like a Mack truck, her walls milking him. “Oh God, baby. Yes, baby.” He moaned in her ear again and again as he shuddered against her. “I miss you so much, baby. I love you, baby.”
“I love you, too, honey,” she whispered.
Scott pulled out and fixed his clothing and helped Mariana fix hers. He lifted her chin to his gaze and read her eyes. Gone was the confusion; replaced was trust and love. “I’m going to fight to get us back. I just need time.” He kissed one last time, gently sucking on her lips and tongue before he left the stall and out of the bathroom.
Mariana sat back on the toilet and rested her chin on a hand. Did she just let her ex-boyfriend fuck her in the bathroom stall at a nightclub while she was on date with someone else? B. was a nice guy, but he was not Scott. Scott was aggressive, assertive, dominant…her Dom.
She would have to trust Scott and hoped he knew what he was doing. Soon, they’d be connected again forever…in more ways than one.
