He and Sloan wrapped their legs around each other and rolled to the side, still keeping Jill anchored between them, but so there was now no extra weight on her as they all recovered. This was how Jarrah wanted to be every night and every morning from now on, holding the woman he loved so passionately in his arms. The four of them together facing the future as one.

“I think I’ll wear my good jeans to the barbecue. I really can’t decide if I should wear a dress or not,” sighed Jill staring into her closest for the two hundredth time.

“Angie and Ruth didn’t know what to wear either. Worst case scenario, if most women are in dresses, we can rush back here and change,” said Bethany.

“You’re right. That makes me feel better. A lot of women have found their perfect mates. It’s been a very successful week.”

“I heard they’re going to have one again next year as well. They want all of us women to think about other unmarried women we know who accept shape-shifters who might be interested in coming,” said Bethany.

“Hey, great. Maybe we can ask a few of the people at Carnal Connections to come. There’s Alyce for a start.”

Just then Edward and Robert arrived to collect Bethany and they couldn’t talk anymore. Jill wasn’t ready yet so she hurried into the bathroom to finish her preparations.

Ten minutes later, as Keir, Jarrah, and Sloan walked her to the barbecue area, she was very pleased to see plenty of people in jeans, although a group of women were wearing nice dresses as well. It was the best of both worlds. No one was wrong.

The barbecue had been cooking for hours and smelled wonderful. Jill looked around the gathering, realizing she now knew many of the two hundred people here, and counted some of them as her friends. She knew she’d keep in touch with Angie and Ruth no matter where any of them ended up, and plenty of others she’d already friended on Facebook.

“This has been a really good way to unite the shape-shifter and human communities. There’s a whole bunch of shape-shifters who now know humans and are accepted by them. Even though shape-shifters will likely continue to stay hidden from the outside world for the most part, they now know there’s a core group of people who accept them as they are,” she said.

“Also, we’ve met wolves from other packs around the state and the nearby states as well. It’s brought more unity to the werewolf community. When we have troubles, we’ll be more likely to help each other and stand together, because we know each other, not just by face and name, but genuinely, as people,” added Keir.

Jill nodded. That was another plus. And if, as Bethany had said, there was another DADISP next year, the good effects would continue to grow.

Jill watched the tall, dark-haired, black-eyed man who she’d been told was the son of the Supreme Alpha and an Ambassador for the wolves worldwide. An aura of power surrounded him and at first she’d been surprised he was here. Wouldn’t any female wolf want to mate with the son of the Supreme Alpha of North America? But then again, maybe not. It’d be an unsettled life traveling from place to place all the time dealing with crises, and such a powerful man might be quite difficult to live with. He’d be so used to being in control and having everyone do as he said, likely he would be far too bossy and overbearing. Only the strongest of women would be able to deal with that.

As she watched, he crossed to talk to Josie. Now there was a woman capable of managing even the bossiest of men. No wolf was willing to risk upsetting her. She knew everyone and everything, and even the biggest, toughest wolves, got really worried if she was annoyed with them.

Not him apparently. Jill had no idea what he said to her, but she could almost see the smoke coming from Josie’s ears and the flames from her eyes as she answered him.

“Wow. That’s some chemistry between them,” she said softly to her men.

“Explosive chemistry. Remind me not to be within one hundred miles of them if they ever argue,” said Jarrah.

“Hell, yes.” Jill saw Sloan still watching them thoughtfully.

Keir took her arm and moved them farther away. “Let’s talk about our future. We need to plan our mating ceremonies, then where we’ll live, all the tiny details of our lives. Jill, I want everything to be as you’d wish it to be. Your happiness is the most important thing for us.”

“Our future. I like the sound of that. The four of us a family together,” said Jarrah.

Jill turned and kissed Keir, then Jarrah, and Sloan. As he’d done that first day he pressed his body against hers with a delightful wiggle of his very fine cock. A cock that had been deep inside her not too long ago. “I love you all and whatever you plan will be perfect.”

“Just having you as my woman is more than I ever dreamed of. I will never stop loving you, my precious,” said Sloan.

“You’re perfect and I love you, too.” Jarrah kissed her nose, and then Keir pressed her body to him. “I love you now and will love you for all eternity.”
