As you look at this picture see your soulmate getting along with your family and friends. See yourself getting along with their family and friends too. What does that feel like to be accepted?
Affirmation
I feel at peace. My relationships are at ease. Love flows between my soulmate, me, and our family and friends.
Journal Exercise
Write about a day with family and friends from both of your perspectives.
Day 14
As you look at this picture, imagine you and your soulmate working together on a project. How does it feel to be partners?
Affirmation
I work together with my soulmate. We each have a voice in our relationship.
Journal Exercise
Write about a project you and your soulmate accomplished together. Did you make something? Did you clean the house? Did you start a business together?
Day 15
As you look at this picture, let go of all expectations of how your soulmate is coming. Just feel them coming. Feel their hand in yours.
Affirmation
I love how it feels to be supported by someone. I love walking through life with my partner.
Journal Exercise
Write whatever comes to your mind. Let go of how or when concerning your relationship. Write a letter from your heart to your soulmate. Tell them it doesn’t matter where they come from.
Day 16
As you look at this picture, imagine going to a concert, church, or a special event together with your soulmate.
Affirmation
I love enjoying life with my soulmate. I love being in unity with them. It feels good to do things together.
Journal Exercise
Write about your time at a concert, church, or a special event with your soulmate. How did it feel? Did your soulmate kiss you? Did they sing with you?
Day 17
As you look at this picture, imagine your soulmate presenting you with a beautiful gift. What did they give you?
Affirmation
I love receiving from my soulmate. It feels so nice to accept help from others. It’s nice to be taken care of.
Journal Exercise
Write about what your soulmate got you. How did it feel? Write a thank you letter to them, and express every emotion you felt.
Day 18
As you look at this picture, what do you feel? Do you feel like smiling? Let joy roll through your entire body. Giggle. Laugh. Have fun with it.
Affirmation
I am joy. I am love. I am peace. I allow myself to feel joyful. I feel like a child again.
Journal Exercise
Write from the perspective of fun, joy, and laughter. Write random words of joy, peace, and love in your journal.
Day 19
As you look at this picture, think about the beauty of your relationship. Imagine a moment of intimacy between you two.
Affirmation
My relationship is beautiful. We are so intimate with one another. We treat each other with love.
Journal Exercise
Write about a beautiful or intimate moment with your soulmate. Write one from your point of view, and write one from their point of view.
Day 20
As you look at this picture, imagine sharing a common interest with your soulmate. Do you both like to read? Do you like to laugh together? Do you like to talk?
Affirmation
I love doing things with my soulmate. I love talking, expressing, and sharing my life with them.
Journal Exercise
Write about something you’re passionate about to your soulmate. Tell them all about one of your hobbies or interests.
Day 21
As you look at this picture, imagine your wedding day with your soulmate. What kind of dress or tux are you wearing? Where is your wedding?
Affirmation
I share my life with my soulmate. I accept their love into my life.
Journal Exercise
Write about your wedding day. Tell your soulmate how excited you are to share your life with them. Write from both of your perspectives.
Day 22
As you look at this picture, imagine a romantic, candlelit night with your soulmate. What did you do? Did you make love? Did you eat a romantic meal?
Affirmation
I am free to be my romantic self. I express love the way I enjoy it. I receive love back.
Journal Exercise
Write about your romantic candlelit night. What did it include? Describe the feeling of your soulmate’s body. Let the emotions of the night flood out, and write about it.
Day 23
As you look at this picture, what does it feel like? Feel the soft fur of your favorite pet. Feel happiness go all the way through you. Keep looking at this picture until you smile.
Affirmation
I love laughing and smiling every day. I live life with joy. I enjoy today.
Journal Exercise
Write about a favorite pet. Tell your soulmate about a pet you love. Feel the love between your pet and you. Let that expression come out on paper.
Day 24
As you look at this picture, imagine your reception. What does the hall look like? What does it smell like? Are you dancing?
Affirmation
I’m so thankful for my soulmate. I love how fun it is to join together in this life.
Journal Exercise
Write about your reception. What happened? Did you dance? What food did you eat? How did it feel to dance with your soulmate?
Day 25
As you look at this picture, let go of old expectations. Live in the moment with your soulmate. If a past memory comes up, gently remind it that it doesn’t serve you anymore. Say goodbye to all of your exes, and see them walking away. Embrace your soulmate.
Affirmation
I let go of the past. I live in the now. I gently let go of anything that doesn’t serve me. I love being with my soulmate in the NOW.
Journal Exercise
Write about any old issues you want to get off your chest. Tell those old experiences goodbye. Write a goodbye letter to your exes. Forgive anyone who’s hurt you.
Extra Journal Exercise
Write a perfect day with your soulmate. As you write it, feel all traces of fear, sadness, and old experiences erased. Write about how fresh your heart feels to love.
Day 26
As you look at this picture imagine a new life. What do you want your life to look like? Picture your house, job, and loving relationship with your soulmate. Take a step forward into that life.
Affirmation
I step into my new life NOW. I love creating my reality. I have all the power over my life. I create a beautiful relationship right now.
Journal Exercise
Write your new life down on paper. Suggestions:
· Write the day you buy a house with your soulmate.
· Describe waking up next to your partner.
· Where do you work?
· What does your house look like?
· What does it feel like?
Write a letter back from your soulmate describing their experience.
Day 27
As you look at this picture, think about your life’s purpose. Imagine your soulmate doing it beside you. What are you doing together?
Affirmation
I am purposeful with my life. I love doing things that make me feel fulfilled. My soulmate and I are purposeful together.
Journal Exercise
Write a purposeful day for you and your soulmate. What are you doing together? How does it make you feel to live life with purpose?
Day 28
As you look at this picture, imagine an adventurous day with your soulmate. What did you do? Did you travel? Climb a mountain? Go exploring?
Affirmation
I love going on adventures with my soulmate. I love feeling good. I love enjoying life.
Journal Exercise
/> Write about your adventure. Where did you go? What did you see?
Day 29
As you look at this picture, imagine complete peace. Think about laying on the grass, feeling the sun, and hearing the sounds of nature. Feel your soulmate’s presence beside you.
Affirmation
I feel at peace. I am at ease. I step into the flow of life. I follow my heart.
Journal Exercise
Write a peaceful scene between you and your soulmate. What makes you feel completely at ease? Do you feel your soulmate’s presence beside you?
Day 30
As you look at this picture, imagine your soulmate being by your side forever. Imagine yourself growing old together, having children (if you prefer), and living a beautiful life.
Affirmation
I live life to the fullest. I ask and receive. I can have what I desire.
Journal Exercise
Write moments about your life with your soulmate.
