“I am sure I am not Vince.”

“Oh Misty you don’t give yourself enough credit. Why are you so down on yourself? Haven’t you ever looked at yourself? I mean really looked at yourself?”

“No Vince I haven’t. I never had any need to,” then her eyes became soft as she looked at him. He watched her face as she spoke. “But you Vince,” she took her hands and slid them down his arms then across his chest. Then to his back down to his back side. “You are every girls dream”. And he saw at that moment, she wasn’t scared of him. She pulled him close and kissed him. She whispered in his ear, “Love me.” They knelt down on the bed. He went to move his hands between her thighs and she pulled them away and said. “I said love me”. He wanted to feel her, but she wouldn’t let him. He laid her down his lips found her breast. She was controlling this. Her hands where caressing him. When she was ready she pulled him to her. As he moved over she looked at him. Her hands ran down his back until they reached his buttocks. She gave him a push and said. “Feel me Vince really feel me”. He watched her face as he started to love her. The look she had was amazing. She was controlling his strokes, as he started to move. She was showing him how she wanted to be loved. Her moans where soft, he could feel her softness squeeze him. She was so warn and moist. Her movements were getting stronger and he could feel her getting tighter. Her sounds were getting louder. Her breathing became elevated. He was getting so excited. He had a hard time controlling himself. She felt so good. She started pushing him harder. Then she removed her hands. She was losing control, he could feel it. He reached up and grabbed her breast, she let out a gasps. He bent down and kissed her, her body was quivering. He knew she was ready and he was ready.

He pulled away to watch her face. She was making such sounds. And the way she was moving he couldn’t hold back anymore. He let out a groan and released himself. Her body arched and she gasps. Her heart was pounding so hard, he could feel it. Soon she lay motionless trying to catch her breath as did he. He lay there on top of her looking at her. How could he have ever terrified her? She would have given to him if he wanted. He didn’t have to be so cruel. And this was way much better even better than the first time. What was he trying to prove? That he had control? That he could make women beg for him?

Misty finally opened her eyes and looked at him. “Did I please you Vince?”

He was taken aback by her question. “More then you know Misty. More than you know,” and he kissed her.

She smiled. “I am glad I could please you.”

Vince looked at her. “Misty you were amazing. That first time the rush we had. I didn’t think it could get better than that. But this time it was. Don’t get me wrong Misty every time with you has been extraordinary. But this time was exhilarating.” Vince looked at her.

“That’s because Vince, that first time I wasn’t scared of you.” She paused. “And this time I wasn’t scared of you,” she looked at him.

He move off her. “I don’t want you to be scared of me Misty,” he pulled her close.

“I don’t know how Vince. I don’t know how,” she softy said. Vince was puzzled by some of her actions and the things she said. He didn’t think he scared her that much, why was she acting as if he did? Was she still toying with him?

  CHAPTER 5

Vince had to think of a way to stop Misty from being scared of him. He has done the damage, now he has to undo the damage. Just thinking of the passion she had. She could give him, was making him crazy. She did before and no one could satisfy him like she could. But now he got a taste of what it would be like if she wasn’t scared. He craved even more.

Misty didn’t know what to think. Vince did full fill her needs and she did love him. But yet she was scared of him. Why did he have to be so cruel? Why couldn’t he just treat her with respect? She would have given to him. But he had to toy with her and mess with her mind. Then it went too far. She didn’t know what to expect anymore. She didn’t know when he was going to show up or what he was going to do. She tried everything to keep away from him. But he wouldn’t leave her alone. She knew his pattern and she had to be careful.

This week at work people where sick and Misty got the flu. She was really sick. She told her shop she wasn’t going to work overtime Saturday. She wanted time off to rest.

Vince called and she told him she wasn’t working, because she was sick. She told him another time. But he said he was coming over anyway. And of course Misty was nervous. She was sitting on the couch wrapped up in a blanket when he came over. She had the chills. She took some medicine and was a bit groggy as well. She answered the door and he had that look on his face. And Misty got spooked even more.

“Why didn’t you want me to come over?” he questioned as he pushed his way in.

Misty closed the door. “Because I am sick Vince.”

He spun her around and looked at her. She did look sick but Misty freaked. She dropped the blanket and froze. “Sorry Vince sorry,” she said. She tilted her head to expose her neck, waiting for him to punish her. Vince’s heart dropped when she did this. Even with her being sick, she expected him to take what he wanted. She started to sway, because she was a little dizzy from the medication. He reached out to sturdy her. She started to shake. He pulled her close to hold her and he heard her start to whimper. He was trying to think of all things he used to do to her that terrified her. For some reason he drew a blank.

“I am not going to do anything to you Misty,” he said softly and kissed her head.

He reached down and grabbed the blanket. He covered her back up and walked her to the couch. He sat down with her. He couldn’t believe how badly she was shaking. Did she always shake like this? He never realized it. He was too busy focused on doing other things.

Soon he felt her body relax. He looked at her and she fell asleep. He just sat there thinking of all the terrible things he done to her.

Soon Vince fell asleep holding her. But he awoke early. He gently lay her down and got up to make himself something to drink. He saw she had tea out. So he put water on for her and made her some. He made himself some coffee and sat down at the table. He just sat there and stared at her. Finally she started to stir. She woke up and saw him sitting there.

She looked a little surprised. “How long you been up?” she asked. She went to get up but she still was dizzy.

“For a while,” he said then continued. “Here I made some tea for you, don’t get up,” and he walked over to her. He handed her tea and sat down next to her.

She tried to smile. “Thanks I must look like a site,” Misty said as she took a sip.

“You look fine.” Vince smiled. Then he looked at her and said. “Did I ever really hurt you Misty?” She almost dropped her cup when he asked. Then she started to shake. He knew the answer to his question right then.

Misty looked down and stuttered, “w-w-why Vince?” she tried to put her cup down. She was shaking so bad she ended up dropping it anyway.

Vince went to reach for it and Misty coward back to the corner of the couch. Vince just sat there. How could he not remember doing all these things? He reached out towards Misty. “Don’t be scared of me please,” Vince said.

Misty slowly went to him and he held her as she shook. “I am sorry if I hurt you Misty. I don’t remember. I never saw any marks on you,” he said and he lifted her chin.

Vince choked when she said. “That’s because you always told me, you had to be careful not to bruise such soft, tender skin,” and she started to cry. Vince wanted to know what else he done to her. But he knew now wasn’t the time. He stayed with her most of the day. She slept most of it. All he did was stare at her, trying to think of the things he done. But nothing came to him. He couldn’t figure out why. He remembers the sexual encounters.

He remembers how he used to make her so excited then leave her. Make her apologize and beg, but why couldn’t he remember anything else?

It took about a week before Misty was feeling better. She hasn’t heard from Vin
ce. And that make her even more nervous. She thought for sure he would show up over the weekend but he never did. A couple more weeks went by and still Vince hasn’t been around. Misty thought he had finally given up and decided to leave her alone. She was relieved but yet heart broken. He did terrify her. But yet for some reason, she loved him and she didn’t know why.

Vince had to do some soul searching. He had to figure out what he wanted. And why he couldn’t remember doing things to Misty. He was at a party one night just watching everyone. He saw a girl and a guy getting into a fight. The guy grabbed the girl by the back of the hair. He pulled her head back so she was looking up at him. Vince stood when he saw this.

The way the girl looked up at him and her neck was exposed. This brought flashes to Vince’s mind. Misty did this every time she thought he was going to punish her. Did he do that to her? Vince started getting chilled. He quickly left the party and went home. He remembers kissing her neck, but was he holding her head back? Why would Misty expose her neck? Was it so he wouldn’t pull her hair and pull her head back? Vince could hardly sleep at the thought. And the image kept playing through his mind.

It’s been a month now and Misty thought for sure Vince was gone out of her life.

Work had slowed down, so she wasn’t working a lot of over time. She was up watching a movie when she heard a knock on the door. When she answered she was shocked. It was Vince. She just stood there not knowing what to think.

  “Can I come in?”

  “Um…sure Vince.” Misty was unsure.

  “You look good,” he smiled.

“Thanks not bad yourself.” She smiled back.

“What are you doing tonight?” he asked

Misty took a deep breathe. “What do you want Vince? I thought since it’s been over a month, you have moved on.” Misty looked at him she got a little nervous.

“I had to do some soul searching Misty. I had to figure out why I scared you so bad. And how I could fix it,” he started walking towards her.

Misty started backing up. “Why Vince why do you keep doing this to me?” she started to tear.

“Misty I don’t want you to be scared of me,” he said. “I love you,” he stood there.

“I am not scared of you Vince. I am terrified of you,” and she closed her eyes tight.

Vince went up to her. He reached for her. When he touched her, he felt her shiver her body stiffens. “Don’t do this Misty please,” he said softly.

“I am sorry Vince sorry,” she cried and tilted her head and exposed her neck.

This upset Vince. He reached around and grabbed her hair to hold her head back. He felt her shake even more. Then he realized what he had just done. He stood there looking at the way he had her. He released her and backed up. “No, no Misty I am sorry so sorry.”

Misty fell to the floor crying. “Leave Vince please just leave me alone,” she cried.

Vince sat down in the chair and just looked at Misty on the floor. Vince’s heart was crushed. He never thought he abused her or anyone else. He was all choked up. After a few minutes of silence and Misty started to calm he spoke. “What have I done to you Misty?” he said looking at her.

Misty looked up at him with a tear stricken face and said. “What haven’t you done to me Vince? That would be easier to answer.” She stood up. “You haven’t left marks that people could see and you haven’t hit me,” she replied.

Vince covered his mouth and just sat there in shock. “How did I not know?” he stared off.

“Because Vince, you were too busy taking your pleasure’s from me. You didn’t care how you got them. All you could see was what you wanted from me. And how I could make you feel,” she cried.

He looked at her. “How did you…” he started.

“I learned not to fight you Vince. I learned not to get you upset. I learned to just let you take what you want.” She stood there and looked at him.

“I don’t know what to say Misty,” he sat in shock.

“I was waiting for you to tire of me. Kimmy told me your relationships didn’t last long. So I waited. I put up with it. But you weren’t ending it. You started getting more and abusive. I started getting more and more scared. So I thought I would end it by telling you I loved you.” She looked at him. Vince stood and started walking toward her. Misty stiffened and started backing away.

“Please don’t back away Misty,” Vince pleaded. He reached out his arms Misty stopped.

“What do you want from me Vince?”

“Misty that day you told me you loved me. I felt different. It felt different breaking it off with you. The way you looked and sounded it seemed so real.” He looked at her.

Misty just turned her head. “I had to keep telling myself, reminding myself, of all the hurt and pain you caused me Vince,” she looked back at him.

“So somewhere deep inside you really did love me?”

Misty let out a nervous laugh. “Yeah, pretty stupid on my part right?”

Vince started walking up to her again. Misty started backing away again. Next thing she knew her back was again against the wall. She stiffened when she hit it. Vince saw pure terror in her face. He got close. He reached out and touched her face. She closed her eyes tight as she held her breath.

“Please look at me Misty.” This was tearing him apart. He has no Idea what he has put her though. And by the look on her face, he wasn’t sure he wanted to.

Misty slowly opened her eyes. “What are you going to do to me?” she started to gasps.

“All I want is your forgiveness, I want for you not to be scared of me. I want you to love me and I want to love you back.”

“I don’t think that is possible Vince. Not anymore.”

Vince pushed up against her. “And why not?” he questioned. His voice got a little loud. He felt strange what was happening to him?

Misty started to shake. She went to tilt her head and Vince stopped her. “Don’t Misty please don’t,” and he pulled his body away from hers. He himself started to shake.

“That’s why Vince,” she looked at him with tear filled eyes.

Vince knew right then, he wouldn’t be able to control himself around her anymore. He didn’t know why. He didn’t know why he did them things to her. Vince choked. “Your right Misty your right,” he turned he started walking towards the door. He had to figure this out. Get it under control.

“Vince,” Misty called in a soft voice.

  He stopped. “Yes Misty.”

“For what it’s worth, you are incredible. I will always have love for you,” she softly said.

Vince was choked after everything he has done to her and she says that? “The feelings mutual Misty,” and he walked out the door. He stood there with his back against her door. He listened to her as she cried. He closed his eyes his heart was broken. But he knew he had to fix himself, but didn’t know where to start.

  CHAPTER 6

It took a while for both Vince and Misty to get over things. Vince played it cool at parties he didn’t have those urges. He wasn’t interested in anyone. Even though he checked out the room, looking for someone that caught his eye, no one caught it. Misty was still in his heart.

Misty on the other hand started to date. Nothing serious though but she did go out. She wasn’t afraid anymore. She got a little more confidence in herself and felt better about herself. But she did stay away from the parties. If her date wanted to go to one she went home instead. She thought why start complications? She knew Vince would be at parties. That’s where he spent his time. They did see each other on the street now and again. They both felt their hearts beat fast. They would glance at each other real quick and continue on their way.

Vince started feeling pain. He started drinking more to cover it. Things started coming back to him what he used to do to Misty. He wondered if he done them to anyone else.

He contacted a couple of his old flames. They told him he was aggressive at times, but he never hurt them. They said he scared them a ti
me or two. But that was because they had a wandering eye, and he caught them. But other than that everything was great until he broke it off with them. Vince didn’t know why Misty was so different. What was he afraid of? Why did he feel the need to punish her the way he did? He had to figure it out it was driving him insane not knowing. He was dreaming of her all the time. And the urges started coming back. He had to go out and get rid of them. Soon he was back into his old routine.

It was mid-summer and it was time for the summer fairs. Misty was at the fair with a new boyfriend. Vince was there with Kimmy and Mark. Misty didn’t see Vince but Vince saw her. He saw her new boyfriend and he started fuming. Then Vince saw him give her a kiss and he lost it. He started walking towards them. He felt a hand on him pulling him back and Kimmys voice

“Vince what the hell are you doing!” She yelled.

“Hey man I thought you were over her,” Mark just looked at him shocked.

Vince stopped and looked at them. They both were spooked by the look he had on his face. “So did I,” he growled and he pulled away from Mark. He watched Misty and her boyfriend walk away. Vince turned and left. Kimmy had to tell Misty what happened. She had to warn her.

The next day Kimmy went over Misty’s. She told her what had taken place. Misty freaked right out. She was afraid Vince would come after her again. She couldn’t understand. It’s been 6 months. Why did he keep doing this? She looked at Kimmy for answers.

“Why Kimmy why won’t he just stay out of my life!” she cried.

“Maybe you’re the one,” Kimmy looked at her.

“What do you mean I am the one?” Misty replied. Kimmy had her all confused.

“Remember I told you he couldn’t be tamed?” Kimmy said.

  “Yes I remember,” Misty said.

“Well maybe you have and he doesn’t know how to deal with it. He has been acting well shall we say a bit strange,” Kimmy looked at her.

“Kimmy you have no Idea what that man has done to me.” Misty looked at her.
