“No, but for all we know he was saying she cheated on him, or that she wasn’t a good kisser.”

“You know damn well how people talk in those groups. They’re vicious. She didn’t care what they said. She focused on what she wanted, and let them say whatever they were going to say.”

“Yeah, well. I’m telling you she’s going to cut us loose just as soon as we’re done here. We won’t hear or see her once the ink is dry on that final check. You’ll see.” Deacon slammed back the rest of the beer and tossed the bottle in the recycle bin. This time he walked out of the kitchen instead of grabbing another one.

“Do you care about her?” Jethro asked from the doorway.

“Yeah. Fuck me, I think I love her.”

“Me, too. We’re not going to give up on her, Deacon.”

“Won’t have to. She’s giving up on us.”

Jethro walked into the living room and plopped down in the other recliner. “All I’m saying is give her some time and space to figure it out in her head. Don’t pressure her, but don’t shut down on her like you did today. That confused the hell out of her.”

“You know me, Jethro. I’m either hot or cold. I don’t do lukewarm,” Deacon said.

“Try. Smile at her instead of scowling at her like you did this afternoon. She deserves that much, don’t you think?” Jethro asked.

“Yeah, but it’s easier said than done, man. I want to grab her and carry her up to that apartment we built for her and fuck some sense into her. I want her to scream our names as she comes for the fifth fucking time. I want to hold her while she sleeps and dreams of us.”

“And we will. But it won’t happen until we finish her shop. That means we have to work fast before she has time to talk herself out of trying it with us,” Jethro said.

“I’m not sure we can finish it that fast. She’s already looking for a way out. I could see it in her eyes when she pulled onto the street.”

“So, when she visits, we reinforce our good intentions by smiling at her, touching her when we can, and listening to what she has to say.”

“She acts like no one ever listens to her but us,” Deacon muttered.

“Exactly. I think the fact that we see her as a person and not some ditzy woman really means a lot to her. We play on that and let it keep us in her thoughts in a good way. No pressuring her, Deacon.”

Deacon spread his arms out. “I’m not. I’m going to be struggling just to smile at her right now. All I can think about is that she’s going to run as soon as we close the project down.”

“Give her some credit, Deacon. She’ll at least talk to us about it. Even if she doesn’t want to give a threesome a go, she’ll at least talk to us about it. She’s solid like that.”

“I hope you’re right. It’ll piss me off if she walks away and never speaks to us again after we laid it all out for her.” Deacon folded his arms behind his head and leaned the chair back. “I don’t bare my fucking soul to just anyone.”

“I think she gets that about you, Deacon. She won’t betray that.”

“How long you think it’s going to take to finish the downstairs if we work long hours on it?”

“Working the entire crew? Three weeks tops. That is if the damn supplies come in on time.”

Deacon winced. “I don’t want to ever use this supplier again. They screwed up the countertops, the paint in the office, and the fucking wainscoting in the dining room. Plus, we had to wait an extra week for the right boards for the shelving on the second floor.”

“I agree. We’ll go back to Harvey’s group. They might be a bit higher in pricing, but we never have to worry if it will be right or not.”

Jethro watched as Deacon closed his eyes. Neither of them had turned the TV on. He doubted there would be anything on that would settle his mind anyway. All he could think about was the worry on Rissa’s face when they’d told her that they both wanted her as their woman.

  * * * *

Rissa paced the length of her living room as she thought back over what the guys had dropped on her that afternoon. Yeah, she’d already decided that she wanted to see if they could possibly have some fun together, and yeah, she’d contemplated a ménage relationship, but that was all she’d done. Contemplated. She’d never really given long-term a thought. Really? Long-term? Forever?

I can’t even begin to think how that would work. Wouldn’t one of them get jealous of the other one if it were going to be more than a couple of months?

And they were talking about years, a lifetime. Did anyone actually do that?

She didn’t know anyone who had. Well, there was Adria who’d lived with Ben and his wife, Carol or Karen or something. They’d shared Ben between them. Funny she hadn’t thought about them since they’d moved to Austin a few years back. So, yeah, maybe something like that could work.

Rissa shook her head. Was she really thinking about trying it? Well, hell yeah, for a few weeks or maybe a few months, but could she handle a long-term tenure of two men underfoot all the time?

They talked about two men to make sure I was safe and happy. If one isn’t around, then the other one would be. I like that idea, but I don’t see how that could work.

Well, she’d have her business to run, and they had theirs to run. They wouldn’t be underfoot all that much anyway. She wouldn’t give up her store for anyone. It meant too much to her. She’d planned for it for years. Now that she was so close to opening it, Rissa didn’t want anything to prevent it. That meant she wouldn’t allow those two men, no matter how hunky or persuasive, to alter her plans.

Somehow she knew they’d never think of taking away her dream. They were doing everything they could to make it come true down to ensuring that it was safe to work and live there. They’d proved that things would work when she hadn’t been so sure they would. No, they wouldn’t stand in the way of what she wanted like Brad had tried to do.

Even when she’d talked to her father the day before he’d encouraged her to live there for a few weeks before she tried opening the store to be sure she wanted to stay there. He’d seemed so sure she’d change her mind if she actually lived there first. It had hurt, but she hadn’t really been surprised. Despite appearing to stand behind her decision, he’d obviously been hoping she’d change her mind.

She wasn’t. She would open her store and make it into a popular boutique and make good money. It wasn’t that she needed the income, but she wanted it to be profitable so that people wouldn’t say she was just wasting her money keeping it open.

Rissa thought about how Deacon’s face had gone from being open, showing the emotional side of him she rarely saw, to bland and hard in less than a second. The fact that she’d asked for time and to get the building finalized had upset him. Was he angry with her or just hurt? She couldn’t tell because he’d wiped all emotion from his face. She could see how Jethro had felt. He’d been a little hurt, but seemed to understand that she needed time to think about something that big.

Deacon, not so much. He’d expected her to say yes without so much as a second thought. Well, she wasn’t that kind of girl. She thought over everything she did even if it didn’t seem like she did at times. She’d made some foolish mistakes, but everyone did from time to time. It didn’t mean she was an airhead. Just because she came from money didn’t mean she was clueless about life and how other people lived.

Okay, maybe she didn’t really know how other people lived, but she watched enough TV to know that threesomes weren’t an accepted way of life. Even in the romance novels she’d read, unless they lived in a community made up of like-minded families, it wasn’t easy. What made them think it would be easy? Did they know other people who lived that way?

Rissa would have to ask them those questions after their business was completed. She couldn’t talk to them about it until then. She could think about it though. Heck, she’d probably think about nothing else unless she forced herself to work on the store.

That’s what she needed to concentrate
on. She’d go ahead and place her orders. She’d already been browsing through bra and panty sets as well as negligees at an online dealer and was ready to make her first purchases.

Rissa couldn’t wait to move in that next weekend. She’d already contacted the movers. They would be at her condo on Thursday to pack everything up for her then move her over to her new home on Friday. She didn’t have much to pack since she’d already had her china and such packed when she’d first decided to buy the building.

After making her selections and scheduling the order to arrive the following Thursday, Rissa decided to call it a night. She’d had a lot dumped on her plate that day, and with the upcoming move, she felt like she’d been through a battering ram with her head being the main target.

It didn’t take long for her drift off into dreamland. And there her men were waiting for her.

  * * * *

She knew it was a dream, yet it felt so real. Both men were loving on her at the same time like all the times before. Deacon had scooted down the giant bed to settle his broad shoulders between her legs while Jethro sucked and nipped at her shoulder and neck. It felt so good to feel his mouth on her skin. He lightly bit her shoulder then moved to her neck and chest.

Rissa moaned as he cupped one breast while sucking the nipple of the other one. The feel of his teeth rasping over the tight peak went straight to her pussy. She was sure Deacon could see how wet she was. He could probably smell her arousal from his vantage point between her legs.

He spread them even wider with his hands then nuzzled her inner thighs so that she felt the stubble on his face against her delicate skin. The soft rasp sent shivers like lapping waves all along her body.

  “Deacon,” she whispered.

He only grunted and licked her slit in one long, slow motion. She gasped, jerking at the sudden sensation of his tongue against her there. Her clit ached to feel that tongue there. Evidently, he wasn’t in any hurry to touch her there. Deacon settled in to lapping at her slit, using the flat of his tongue one time, followed by using the tip of it to explore her folds. She groaned, thrashing her head back and forth even as she dug the nails of one hand in the bedding and the others in Jethro’s scalp.

“Whatever you’re doing down there had her wild up here, man. Don’t stop.” Jethro released her nipple just long enough to encourage the other man to continue tormenting her.

“Please. I need you inside me, Deacon.”

He spread her pussy lips and lapped at the center before entering her wet cunt with two fingers and pumping them in and out until she was positive she’d dissolve into pleasure at any second. But Deacon kept varying his actions until she was ready to grab him by both ears and pull his face hard against her pussy. She needed to come.

  Hard.

  Now.

He turned his fingers inside of her, and while gently lathed her clit with his tongue, he rubbed at that special spot no other man had ever been able to find and built her rising pleasure to an all-time high. If she came now, Rissa was sure she’d die a happy death. Her entire body was poised to explode. All it would take was one perfect stroke across her clit and she’d be there.

Deacon knew it since he bypassed that stroke to suck hard on the protruding bundle of nerves, sending her on a rollercoaster ride of sheer ecstasy. She seized as she arched her back and grabbed at anything she could to ground herself in case she flew off.

“Damn, look at her, man. Have you ever seen anything more beautiful?” Jethro asked.

  “Fucking perfect,” Deacon answered.

Rissa couldn’t be bothered with anything they were saying. She was too busy fighting to breathe. Fighting to find her feet. Fighting to hold in all the tiny pieces of herself that were threatening to fly away.

“I want in that tight pussy, man. You okay with her mouth this time?” Deacon asked the other man.

“I’m better than okay. I can’t wait to feel those delicious lips around my dick.” Jethro sucked on her nipple one last time then knelt over her. “Open up, precious. Suck my cock for me.”

Rissa was more than happy to do that. Her only issue was how to breathe and take his thick dick all at the same time. She drew in a breath through her nose then opened wide as he rubbed the tip of his dick against her lower lip. She reached out with her tongue and drew it across the slit where a bead of pre-cum pearled at the top.

“Fuck yeah, Rissa. I love seeing your pink tongue licking me there,” Jethro said.

She was about to suck him into her mouth when Deacon moved her legs over his arms and rolled her hips up slightly as he fitted the head of his hard cock at her opening. She looked down to see the length of him slowly breach her opening that was slick with her climax. The feel of him filling her coupled with the sight of him pulling back glistening in her juices drew a sharp gasp from her.

“Look at how wet you are for me, babe. You made all the juice just for us. It feels fucking amazing to fuck you like this. You’re all swollen inside from coming on my face. I can still taste you on my tongue.” Deacon’s dirty words sent heat to her cheeks which seemed crazy when she had both men inside of her.

Jethro’s cock filled her mouth as she sucked on it, and Deacon’s dick tunneled in and out of her wet cunt. He moved in slow, measured thrusts as if trying to draw out his pleasure. She wanted him to go faster. Her body was already poised to come again. Something she wouldn’t have believed she could do with intercourse. Normally she only had clitoral orgasms. To have one this way, not even counting that she’d just had one without it, seemed too far-fetched to her.

She’d had two using her hand and her vibrator in the past, but not very often. Having two with a man was unheard of. Normally she didn’t come at all when she’d been with Brad. With Deacon and Jethro, it seemed that she was an entirely different woman. One who could come at the drop of a hat and one who could have multiple climaxes. She wasn’t going to complain.

Unless it was that she was exhausted and needed a break. That she could see happening. Two men would definitely wear a woman out. Deacon continued to thrust in and out of her as she sucked on Jethro’s cock. He threaded his fingers through her hair and tugged on it as he groaned. She loved that she could reduce him to pure need. She raked her teeth lightly over his shaft then reached to fondle his balls with one hand while she grasped the thickness of his dick with the other.

“God. Just like that, hon. I’m going to come. I’m right there, Rissa.”

She growled against his length and was rewarded with his cum down her throat and in her mouth. She swallowed as fast as she could, but some of the white fluid leaked from her mouth. Rissa pulled back to lick it from her lips.

  “Holy fuck. That was hot.”

She had no time to answer him because Deacon started hammering her as if he’d just been waiting for the other man to come. He reached between them and stroked her clit until she came once again with him filling her with his hard cock this time. She squeezed down on him as wave after wave of sensation rolled her under like a riptide. His loud shout as he plummeted over with her was lost amid her explosions of pleasure.

And everything disappeared around her as the alarm jolted her out of the dream.

Why had she set it in the first place?

  Chapter Twelve

Rissa walked around her new home with enough excitement to rival a four-year-old about to sit on Santa’s lap and give the jolly man her Christmas wish. She roamed from one room to the next, touching one thing, moving another until she’d explored every nook and cranny of the enormous apartment. Everything was perfect.

The buzzer at the door startled her. She wasn’t expecting anyone so soon after she’d moved in. In fact, no one even knew she’d moved yet.

Rissa walked over and checked the monitor to find Deacon and Jethro standing just outside her apartment door. She smiled and opened the door.

“Hey, guys. Is everything okay downstairs?”

“Everything’s going according to plan. We wanted to see your new di
gs and make sure everything was like you wanted it. We’re happy to move furniture if you need something moved around,” Jethro said.

“Come in. I appreciate it, but the movers put everything where I wanted it. So far all is well. You did an amazing job, guys. I can’t thank you enough,” she told them.

“Glad it all turned out like you wanted it,” Deacon said.

The man’s face wasn’t as hard as it had been the other day. In fact, he seemed to be making an effort to smile. It fell short, but she appreciated that he was trying. She’d come to the conclusion that he’d been hurt much like Jethro. He didn’t show his emotions the way the other man did. He closed down instead. If she were going to contemplate a relationship with the two men, he’d have to learn to give her at least a hint about what he was feeling, or it would never work.

“Come on. I’ll show you around. It all looks much different with furniture in the rooms.” Rissa was excited to show off her home to the two men.

It was only right that they were the first ones to see it. She waited as they looked around to see what they thought. It mattered to her that they liked it. She knew many of her friends would think it was too earthy, too common, but Rissa didn’t care. She wanted a place that felt like a home and not a place she just entertained in.

She tried to look at it through their eyes. The foyer held a coat closet and a small table with flowers. It opened up into her living area. There were large, soft couches, love seats, and comfy chairs with a fireplace at one end of the room and a large TV on the wall next to it.

That room opened up into the dining room with its more formal table and seating. Next to it was the large eat-in kitchen with all the finest of appliances and a large table where she could sit and eat her solitary meals without standing at the counter or sitting at the massive dining table in the other room.
