Breeze held out a bottle filled with water, which sparkled in the sunlight. The bottle's unique design indicated that it was a splash potion. A splash water bottle.
"Here," she said. "I had some left over gun powder, so I made several of these."
"What are they for?"
"When thrown, they'll create a burst of water. This can put out fires, or harm creatures with a vulnerability to water or affinity to fire. Another thing I've learned from Lola."
"I wasn't even going to ask," I said. "I just assumed."
And I thought: Thanks again, you creative little redstone engineer . . .
DAY 8—SATURDAY—UPDATE I
We stood the edge of a wide cliff overlooking the plains below.
From here, you could see forever: directly ahead, perhaps one thousand blocks away, the emerald greens of the plains met the clay browns of savanna. That's called a boundary, where two biomes merge in a perfectly straight line. Far beyond that, the brown grass turned green again, although a different shade than the plains. Nearly cyan. That biome was mountainous, with the grass turning to foothills rising gradually in steps, leading to vast gray peaks like giant stone diamonds capped with snow. All of this under a cloudless, sapphire sky—a blue so deep and infinite, I felt lost within it whenever I looked straight up.
However, this scene had one minor flaw. A dark spot on what was otherwise a painting of sheer perfection, as though someone had spilled black ink. There it was, far away, nestled in the middle of a million grass blocks. The Tomb of the Forgotten King.
If that place had once been built, by the hands of some human, through some advanced computer interface, on some world known as Earth, you couldn't tell. Even from here it seemed ominous, a dreary slab at odds with the vibrant greens surrounding it, all black obsidian and storm gray bedrock, red torches burning low.
"Looks like we're finally here," Breeze said.
I nodded absently, staring ahead, feeling a sudden chill.
Our current situation was filled with unknowns. We had no idea what kind of traps that tomb contained, how many monsters there were, or how far down it went. Truth be told, I didn't even know what puzzle meant. I was also terrified at the thought of fighting another boss monster.
But Breeze didn't share my sudden lack of confidence. She turned with what could be called a smile. Nodded.
"Let's go."
WIMPY VILLAGER 14: TRASH THE DUNGEON
The 14th book of the Wimpy Villager series will be arriving shortly. I won't give an exact date but in less than one month for sure, because ebooks 13 & 14 will compose the 5th paperback, which is going to be released this year.
And yes, I know. It's been forever. What can I say? It's not like I haven't stopped trying. Since I decided to roll with a publisher, I've been trying to synchronize the release of my paperbacks with the release of my self-published ebooks. Yes, I've managed to keep the digital rights for this ebook and all future ones, so the ebooks won't be taken down and republished! You'll have the option of getting either the improved paperback or the original ebook—in Kindle Unlimited, of course! ^_~
If you have any questions, just email me or message me on Facebook. If you leave a review and want a username of yours to be included in the story, say so in the review. I typically name NPCS, locations, important items, quest events, etc after you guys.
As always, thanks for reading, and for the ones who waited patiently, you won't be waiting that long for WV14.

BONUS ROUND
According to the girl with cat ears, a member of the Lost Legion was seen entering the library in Owl's Reach. Who is this Lost Legion member? Any idea? If you can state the correct answer in a review, your username will automatically be used in the 14th book as an NPC, item or location. Of course, you must include a name in the review that you want me to use.
Put on those wizard's hats enchanted with Thinking V!
DIARY OF AN 8-BIT WARRIOR
Runt has managed to convert his diaries into paper form. To keep the diaries secret, so the minions of Herobrine won't discover them, he renamed these paper books to Diary of an 8-Bit Warrior. They're the same as his original ebook diaries except with better formatting by Breeze, alternate illustrations by Stump, editing by Max, additional technical data from Lola, and high quality paper purchased by Emerald.
