I’m 87 years old and George still makes love to me. I have never had to find another man and I love him just the same as when he was alive. I wish sometimes that he could do other things like fix the cupboard or get some shopping in though.
It was queer at first as he never said a word. At first I was frightened but then I realized that it was just George. I could feel him and once it was over he would simply vanish. I made a joke to him once about phantom pregnancies but he just stared at me in silence and kept rutting away.
George still comes to me even though I am an old woman. It makes me happy to think that he sneaks off from heaven just to see his old lady. He loves me for who I am not who I was. I know that when it’s my turn to pass on that he will be there waiting for me and when we are together again we will both be young as we were. If you love someone that much and so strongly then that love will never die and every day I think once I get to heaven we can start all over again but this time we will never be apart.

I have to say that this true story of a couple that are haunted by someone or something keeps you on your toes. Once I read the first page I was hooked and had to finish the book in one night. I must say that reading this alone in bed does make you feel is anyone watching you? This has to be one of the best paranormal books I've read, and I believe to be a true account of a couple’s sad ghostly nightmare.
I loved this book from the start. Really felt for the couple that went through it, would recommend it to everyone.
I found this quite a gripping story all the more credible by the people concerned wanting no publicity. I could not put down the book until I had finished it.
Although it was a brilliant read I really started to feel some compassion for the couple. It was really chilling to know that something so powerful and not living could create so much devastation. I would definitely recommend.
A most compelling and chilling account for sceptics and believers alike of the unfortunate occurrences for a young couple in their first house. An emotional account of what should've been blissful beginnings but turned into a nightmare. A well recommended read!

Very chilling and not to be read before going to bed! You are left to make your own judgement as to whether or not the story is real but it was very convincing
I love the style this book is written in, it gives it a raw edge and realism, like you are in the room with the author, listening with him as the victims recount their experiences I read in the reviews many times that the book was un-putdown able, and it truly is...I intended to spin it out and make it last a few evenings, but have read it in a couple of hours! I am so sorry for the couple, especially John. The way he repeats his concerns and advice for others who may be experiencing similar things is truly touching, and it is obvious that the effects of the house are far reaching, and still affecting him 10 years later. Personally I think this is a true account of a nightmarish experience, but even if it were a spoof I want to congratulate the author, it is superbly written and I would recommend it highly
