Did you know that Porton Down was where first samples of Ebola virus was sent in 1976, it was at the time of the first confirmation of the disease in Africa! Also never forget that Porton Down have samples of Ebola, the Plague, and anthrax. A good mixture of all diseases out there!
Now we know all about the above and what various samples they hold; but we also know that most of the work Porton Down does is completely Top Secret – in fact 100% top secret with a few bits and pieces out there; they have been put out there, because they would not be serious in the long term!

At the moment after the reception at Whitehall how can we continue to trust everyone totally. The simple answer is we must not trust everyone 100% we know who we can trust and we can continue to trust them, but the others leave well behind!
I really do think there is a firm link running from the inner middle of the Government which ties the Nuclear Site in Cumberland to the Porton Down Site! What the Government is scared about is that knowledge could get out into the public domain!
Well all I will say is that it is already out there in the Public Domain and as been for a number of years! Sometimes I just have a feeling that the Government is not aware of what goes on around Whitehall, which in itself could be extremely dangerous for Parliament!

In fact Professor Hall and I were speaking about this yesterday and again this morning. Professor Hall was saying he thought our Department must have gone on a black list for what ever reason and that was after we had been talking about the length of time it had been from hearing from anyone within MI6 and MI5. Prof. joked you only 'phone when things are desperate for you! then went on to say that it must be very quiet on the Western Front as we have heard nothing at all for months! That is the absolute truth!
Prof. I have just spoken with MI6 and there is certainly something seriously wrong. I have just been told that I should have received a parcel of some sort from them about two weeks ago, and you also should have been receiving paperwork but neither of us have received anything.
I got the impression he thought MI6 had been speaking direct to me on a few occasions. He is 'phoning back or so he said.
Thinking about what he said, do you think someone as managed some how to intercept our patched line, and don't ask me how they could do it, because I have no idea but perhaps if you knew what you were doing, it could be done! But then would that mean that someone within our own Department would have to have carried out those thefts, because I would never believe any of our own team would do that!

Someone else intercepted everything sent to us, be it mail or 'phone calls and then these “people” whoever they are took our places! Now that does make some sort of sense and also confirms why we have not had anything from either MI5 nor MI6 for along time!
How can they do that, because we have had all our normal work flowing in, so how did someone manage to divert only from MI5 and MI6. I will tell you what Prof. It the personnel within MI6 and within MI5 that are stealing all our paperwork and also intercepting our 'phones! That would certainly confirm a lot of what has been taking place!

It may well be the Prime Minister's Office, but not the Prime Minister, I asked for a direct connection with the Prime Minister to Professor Hall it was an urgent matter he wished to discuss! If there is a problem with that? No of course not, but Professor Hall spoke with the Prime Minister earlier on this afternoon. Indeed he did not, I am sat in Professor Hall's room and I have been speaking with him for the last 3 hours. No one from Whitehall have spoken direct with me, nor with Professor Hall.
The persons you have spoken to have neither been me, nor Prof. Are you quite clear about that! Well we have spoken to that person twice last week and the week before, oh what a mess! A huge mess and a very serious mess I should think as you will have given out various information which could start World War 3,4,5 and 6! all rolled into one!
How could you do such a thing, surely you can recognise both Professor Hall's voice and mine, yes of course, but we use your private numbers which is supposedly water tight and therefore you tend not to notice the voice on the other end, because with a patched number there can not be anyone else other than who you are 'phoning, well all I can say is that is obviously not true because you have not been speaking direct to either of us, and therefore someone as managed to infiltrate the system, which will lead to dire consequences I would think!
I will inform Professor Hall together with MI6 and MI5 but will not use the patched line again as obviously someone as already wired that so they can listen to everything that is going on! Which certainly explains quite a lot of the mess which they have created, within Whitehall itself and in various Departments such as Porton Down and Salisbury Plain areas!
MI5 and MI6 will have the most serious problems because presumably they have given out, our most serious confidential information that only Professor Hall and I should have received, to some maniac who is pretending to be Professor Hall and again to the person pretending to be Millie! What a bloody mess all way around!
Just what is going on with the Government Offices? It makes me think that we have all been taken for fools. In that someone must be impersonating Professor Hall, and then there must be a female who is impersonating me!
It is vital that all communications via the patched line are stopped at once, but a bit late really! These Spies seem to be aware of what is happening in Whitehall itself, as well as diverting all paperwork which Whitehall sends out to Professor Hall and myself! Together with all our highly confidential cases which we receive direct from the Prime Minister!
It is quite clear in my mind now that, Whitehall including the Prime Minister's Office, MI5 and MI6 together with our own University Department are under siege! We have been completely taken over by Crooks of some sort!
Professor Hall I now firmly believe that Whitehall is once again accepting cash backhanders, I do not believe it is the Mafia this time around. I believe that this time it is much more lethal than anything that happened last time.
The leaks come directly from the Prime Minister's Private Office, because as you know no one could have access to enable them to steal all our information direct! Some has been very carefully spoon fed all the relevant information together with all the different Codes involved, Keys,etc., Bank Accounts, Private Homes,Children's Schools,Family Members – NOTHING is now safe from the enemy, and what is even worse – How do we find out who the blasted enemy actually is!
It could be the Prime Minister himself, it could be the Leader of the Opposition or indeed someone we have not even heard of, but they work within Whitehall, but whatever, because of this mess no one is secure! Nor safe from harm any more!
Some Stranger is out there with all our most confidential information. We need something doing now and not tomorrow! There are a good few lives now at risk because of this leakage, a leakage which can only originate from Whitehall! Which actually means it comes direct from the Private Office of the Prime Minister himself!
Now turn this around, is it that the Prime Minister is being held to ransom by this Crowd, are they blackmailing the Prime Minister or have they kidnapped a member of his family. Or as a member of his family suffered an “accident” which was really a warning for what could happen in the future!
My own feelings regarding this whole saga, is that someone who as infiltrated the Office of the Prime Minister, is now blackmailing certain Officials within Whitehall, including the Private Office of the Prime Minister!
I believe that over the years Whitehall have not been looking after The Sites as well as they should have been. I include in my list the following Bases:
At the very top – is The Prime Minister's Private Office from which everything must flow from; Everything to do with the full list detailed on the next few pages is given by full order of the current Prime Minister of the day! His signature and his alone sign for these Sites.
I personally feel Prof. that Whitehall seems to have been a shade lax in making sure that all Sites have been looked after, which means that not all the Buildings have been kept in good repair, whether it be on an Atom Bomb Site, A Chemical Warfare Establishment, Atomic Weapon research or even submarine bases, everyone of the following Sites should be looked after very thoroughly indeed!
The Sellafield Site – The Management Team as just changed over yet again. The buildings are not in the best condition they could be.
A New Management Team as just been put in place, costing a fair amount of monies! Why they are changing the Management Team who knows, because it is costing slightly more for this team than the previous one! So they have not changed them for less spend!
The Rod's Building and the Cooling Pond for the Rod's could be and probably is lethal!
Radiation leaks are prevalent around this Site and always will be.
The Bins are not in good repair.
This Site is over 50 years old, the Site itself will always be there and leaking away as it does. The Site will always be alive as well! They knew when they came onto the Old Bomb Factory Site that with all the radiation and the radioactivity together with all leaks however small are lethal! That Site will never be cleared of radioactivity – not in a million years!
Now we move onto Porton Down where Chemical-biological-radiological-nuclear matter is attended to. In fact Chemical Warfare, Biological Warfare, Radiological Warfare and Nuclear Warfare, all on one Base!
This place really is a Minefield in more ways than one! It really does need looking after!
The buildings should and must be looked after, otherwise this place will just disintegrate and then all hell will be let loose!
Atomic Weapons Research is carried out at Aldermaston Base, and yet again the once substantial buildings have been allowed to “weather” shall we say. They need a hefty refurbishment!
The Atomic Energy Commission at Harwell could do with a good clean up.
Spruce the base up and make sure the buildings are sound!
Atomic Weapons Bughfield – this is a manufacturing site for Nuclear Warheads for RAF and Trident Submarine bases. Once again the base must be looked after and the buildings kept in good repair!
RAF Thatcham is the UK's National Distribution Agency and as such must be kept in good repair. Again buildings must be made good.
If you go along my lists you will see that all Sites need to be kept on a Grade 1, which means all infrastructure must be kept in good repair and the buildings kept in pristine condition. Machinery kept in Mint condition at all times! Nothing left to chance.
Having checked all the feedback I have been given, I believe that the Prime Minister's Office have not carried out due diligence in this respect. This could mean that far more monies will be needed to look after all these Sites in the very near future!
As you are fully aware no Atomic Site can be left, nor Chemical,Biological,radiological or Nuclear Site – everything must and should be looked at very carefully.
Yet had they continued to look after all the Sites on a yearly basis, then they would
not have the massive problems they seem to have now! These problems they have made themselves, by diverting the monies which were available for the Sites to elsewhere i.e. such as a New Management Team!
I believe the problem of lack of sufficient Money to carry out all these Sites has been allowed to happen because Whitehall have not allocated the monies as it should have done!
Now they will have to face the fact that Whitehall now as to fund the necessary repairs of all the Sites in question.
This is an extremely urgent matter which should start to be looked at Now rather than later, because by leaving it alone for a while it will only get far worse it will just explode into something even more troublesome!
Our Department as certainly been lied to, by that I mean certain people in Whitehall have been more than economical with the truth over a number of years, and now they are going to have to produce more monies within the next few days, otherwise the sky will cave in for them!
I have certainly had enough of all the lies and little concerts they put on when they are telling lies, it is like listening to a Whitehall Farce and you sit there waiting for good old Brian Rix to come on the 'phone! All you get is someone reading from a Crib Sheet just feeding you with more of their lies!
I am going to try and get Professor Hall to agree to a meeting head on with Whitehall and see what falls out of the Muck! I shall ask them to come here and hire a Meeting Room off Campus because I do not want the filth over our Department!
Professor what if I suggested that we hired a Meeting Room off Campus and invited Whitehall to attend, then if we had locked our Department,and the Meeting was held in York or even Harrogate then they would have to sit around the table and I could have a secret recording machine on, and we would also see their faces, whilst they fed us the tripe they usually come out with.
If they come to our Department then they will want to just go and have a look around our downstairs Museum, which I keep locked. They are pen-pushers, they have not got a clue what they are actually looking at.
