  At that moment, something happened that turned my mood around. It was like some divine force lit a candle for me in the ugly dark, and at once I felt at peace. I felt the Itch and had a wonderful, wonderful idea.

  What a project Audra Fay would make.

  “You see..?” she said. “We belong together. We’re soulmates! We … we … why are you looking at me like that?”

  It was a nice day after all.
