Consume Me Page 24

by Ryan Michele

Lying in bed each night with him and waking up every day with him is phenomenal. I never knew what I was missing, and now I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Today there is a huge party at the club. Princess, Casey, Ma, and I worked our asses off, getting all the new furniture ordered since the cops busted everything and it wasn’t repairable. Some things we found in storage, but we did more. We worked tirelessly getting it ready and tonight is a party celebrating.

I’ve been talking to Princess and Casey about everything to do with Ravage. While I knew about the women’s place in the club from Tug and books, it was nice to hear how the other ladies handle it. One thing that was brought up during our conversations was their Property of rags.

I was dead set against it. I am no one’s property, ever. Santos and Frank thought I was and I vowed never to allow that again. After several hours of explanation and a pissed off Princess, I got it. I understood it. The Property of rag is special and significant. It is like marriage, biker style. Princess also told me about the time she entered a party without her rag and a brother from another chapter thought she was free game. It scared the ever-loving shit out of me. It is also why, at a party, I stay close to either Tug, Cruz, GT, Casey, or Princess. I know they would never let anything happen to me and thank God, I haven’t been put in that situation.

About a week ago, I had a sit down with Ma. She pulled out pictures of her and my aunt and told me lots of stories. I loved every one of them. Ma also told me that my mom didn’t like Sylvie getting with a biker and that is what led to the rift between them. After hearing that, a rock formed in my gut that my mom wouldn’t be happy for me that I found Tug. But after long thought and talking to Tug, I realized she would be really happy for me. She loved me and would want me to be happy, like I am with Tug.

Ma had tears in her eyes at times when talking about my aunt. I suggested she give her a call and see if she can come to Sumner. Ma and I agreed on that one.

I add mascara to my eyes then a little blush to my cheeks. The woman staring back at me is happy. I’m happy. I never thought it would be possible for me, but it is. Everything in my life is great. Without having my past cloud me, I’ve opened up to so much more.

“Hey, babe. You ready to go?” Tug calls from the doorway of the bathroom. God, he’s hot. Jeans, black t-shirt, leather across his tight chest, and his hair messed up and sexy as hell. And he’s all mine.

I set the brush down. “Yep. Gotta get my shoes on.” I give him a soft peck. His steel arm wraps around me and he crashes his lips to mine. He deepens the kiss, taking every bit of breath out of my lungs.

He pulls away. “Now, that’s how you kiss your man.” He wipes his lips, now covered in my gloss. Sexy. He releases me on wobbly legs.

Damn, man. I sit on the bed, putting on my black, spiked-heels with the gold toe.

“Babe.” I look to my man and everything stops. Tug stands there, holding a leather rag with Ravage’s emblem. On the bottom of it, it reads ‘Property of Tug.’ Holy fucking shit. I gasp in a breath, not realizing I forgot to breathe. “You gonna put it on?”

I stand on shaky legs and move to Tug. True, we live together and are happy, but this is huge. He is making a real commitment to me. Holy shit!

His eyes blaze with fire and love. A lone tear falls from my eye, but I let it go, instead of swiping it away.

“Yeah, baby.” My voice is so much quieter than how elated I am on the inside. Tug holds the leather up and I slip my arms in. It’s heavy on my shoulders, but I love it.

“You are officially, my ol’ lady.”

I wrinkle my nose.“Can’t I be called your woman or something like that?” I joke. Princess, Casey, and I talked about this term too, and I’m okay with it. I just didn’t know when or if it would happen.

“No.” His lips come down on mine, and I lose myself in my man.

Entering the clubhouse with my leather on Blaze, I can’t take the stupid ass smile off my face. Music blares, but all attention is on us. Whoops, hollers, catcalls and congratulations ring through the room. I kiss my girl as she runs off with the other ol’ ladies. I’ve seen her as one for a long damn time now. But I had to wait to get my rag then find out how to get hers. I just got it back early this morning. I was not waiting another moment to put it on her back.

“So, you finally claimed her?” Buzz nudges my shoulder.

“Fuck, man. I claimed her ass a long damn time ago.” I grab a beer, taking a swig.

“I haven’t got any more from the computer. But I’m going back to it after this.” Buzz cracked through the first set of codes and it was quite eye-opening. Basic information on Ravage, T-Darts, Rabbit’s Crew, Ransom, and a shit load of other clubs around the country. There was even information on Santos, that stupid motherfucker. It wasn’t any kind of breakthrough. All basic. But we do have a list now of each member within each organization. That’s a plus. He’s not giving up though and I have every bit of confidence that he’ll get it.

Drinking, dancing, and partying go on well into the night. It’s the most fun I’ve had in a long-ass time.

At the door, a very attractive woman with fiery-red hair and a sexy body stands, looking around. I’ve never seen her here before and she seems to be searching for someone.

Dagger moves to the woman, who is now standing next to the bar where I am sitting. “Hey, beautiful. Where you been all my life?” Dagger coos. Damn brother, get a new line.

“That work with all the ladies?” she asks with a soft smile.

“Only when I want it to.” Dagger places his hand on her hip, a predatory gleam sparking in his eye.

“Maybe you can help me.” The woman’s voice is sweet as honey.

Rhys comes up to the party, his eyes glazed with ferocious lust. Holy shit. Dagger and Rhys are going to go at it over the chick.

“I’ll help you with whatever you need.” Dagger takes a step forward, invading the woman’s space. Rhys steps closer, the woman’s eyes swinging to him. Her whole body trembles. She shakes her head, not in a ‘no’ but trying to clear it, and turns back to Dagger.

“Thanks. But I’m looking for Cameron Wagner.” Dagger’s grip tightens on the woman’s hip and she winces from the touch.

“What do you need him for?” Dagger asks. Rhys has fury pouring off of him.

She looks around. “I’m Tanner. His daughter.”

Hey everyone! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading and loving my Ravage family as much as I do. When I first started, Princess was screaming at me to write her story. I never thought when I started her that you all would love her as much as I did. Then Casey and GT’s heartache and now Tug and Blaze. I wonder who will be next?

Again, thank you because without you, the Ravage family wouldn’t be out there. I love each and every one of you!!!

Please come and stalk me! I love hearing from you. I respond to every message and email. It make take me a while, but I do. The wonderful things you write to me warm my heart!

Ryan Michele has a huge obsession with reading, which only came to life after her best friend said she had to read Twilight. After reading that series, her entire world changed in the blink of an eye. Not only was she sucked into new worlds and all of the wonderful words authors put down on paper, she felt the urge to begin to write down t
he characters that played inside of her head. In doing so, Safe was born. Then Wanting You, Ravage Me, Seduce Me and currently Consume Me and Rattle Me.

When she’s not reading or writing, she spends time taking care of her two children and her husband, enjoying the outdoors and laying in the sun.
