Del stepped into the room and Simone closed the door behind them. Del took Simone in her arms and kissed her with a hungry, passionate kiss which startled Simone. “I sure hope it does,” Simone said. “That was most enjoyable.”
“That was just a warm up,” Del promised as she took Simone’s hand and they walked to the dining room.
“A large steak salad for me please,” she said when the waitress arrived to take their orders.
“I think I will have the chicken salad,” Simone said.
When their meals arrived, they ate in relative silence. Simone would look up from her meal to find Del smiling at her and something in the woman’s eyes worried her. Simone just shrugged off the feeling and finished her meal.
Del paid the check and asked, “Are you ready for that walk?”
“That sounds good,” Simone said, as she took the hand Del offered.
They walked down to the beach and Del allowed Simone to lead her to the waterfall. She had followed Simone here before so when they turned down the path, she knew where Simone was leading her. When they reached the fall Del dropped her shoes in the sand and stripped out of her clothes.
“Care to join me?”
Simone smiled and pointed to her arm. “I think I had better sit this one out.”
Simone sat back on the boulder and admired Del’s body as she waded out into the pool and then dived under the water. She really did have a sexy, young body she thought as she watched Del swim under the fall and surface with the water running down her body. When they arrived at Simone’s suite, Del undressed Simone and then herself. They lay on the bed, Simone on her back with Del propped up on an elbow beside her. There was a wicked gleam in Del’s eyes as she teased Simone’s body, but would not bring her the ultimate pleasure.

“Tonight,” Del said as she kissed Simone. “Tonight you will have your fill.”

his wine and go up to the sun deck,” Levi suggested.
“Good idea baby,” Vanessa said, as they took their glasses and the bottle and started for the elevator.
They did not see anyone else on the decks and the music from the afternoon party had faded with the sunset. They climbed the steps to the sun deck and Levi pushed two chairs side by side and elevated the heads. They sat close together as they enjoyed the wine and the cool night breeze.
Levi reached over and held Vanessa’s hand as they gazed up into the night sky and watched the twinkling of the stars above. Every half an hour or so, they would see a bright object shooting across the sky like fireworks as one of the Leonid’s plummeted through the heavens.
“A preview of tomorrow night,” Vanessa said, as she lifted Levi’s hand to her lips and kissed the tips of her fingers.
“Our own fireworks display,” Levi said as she smiled at Vanessa.
“Yes, tonight, just for us.”
When the bottle of wine was empty, Levi’s head was resting on Vanessa’s shoulder.
“We aren’t even moving yet, and I can see why you love it on this ship,” Levi said.
“This is just the night time view. Wait until you witness the beauty of the open sea tomorrow,” Vanessa said. “I hope you will join Killian and I in the control room after we leave the port and are on our way.”
“I would like that,” Levi said. “I love watching the two of you together.”
“Killian has been my best friend for several years,” Vanessa said.
“Were you ever more than friends?” Levi asked.
“No. While we love each other deeply, it has never been a romantic love,” Vanessa said.
“What you said earlier about there being two Captains, will that really happen?” she asked.
“Killian has the required number of sea hours logged. When she passes a few written tests and a performance test, she will be certified as a Captain,” Vanessa explained. “So when I decide to take a vacation or even a sabbatical, the Sappho Cruises can continue uninterrupted.”
“Do you think you would take leave from the ship?” Levi asked.
“I am very overdue for a vacation,” Vanessa said.
“What would you do?” Levi asked curiously.
“I really haven’t thought much about it, to be honest,” Vanessa said.
“What about you, when is the last time you had a real vacation?” Vanessa asked.
“Years ago when Mom was still alive, we went camping in the mountains of North Carolina for two weeks,” Levi said with a sigh.
“I bet it was a great time,” Vanessa said.
“It was the best time of my youth,” Levi said.
“So where would you like to go?” Vanessa asked.
Levi thought for a moment. “I would like to spend a few weeks snowed in inside a cabin in the heart of the Rockies with you.”
“With a bear skin rug in front of the fireplace and a feather bed,” Vanessa asked.
“Ah, yes, I can feel the fire on my toes already,” Levi said.
“Well let’s make it happen then,” Vanessa said.
“Are you serious, Vanessa?”
“Completely, I can think of nowhere else I would like to spend a winter vacation.”
Levi beamed up at Vanessa. “That would be so much fun.”
“Why don’t you spend some time on Liz’s computer when we get back to the resort and see what you can find for us,” Vanessa said.
“I will do just that, my dear Captain,” Levi said.
“What time do you need to be up in the morning?”
“Boarding begins at eight, so Killian and I will walk the ship one last time starting at six,” Vanessa said.
“We must get you off to bed then, My Love, it’s almost midnight,” Levi said.
“I know, but I am so much enjoying the time with you,” Vanessa said.
“We will have much more time together before we reach the resort,” Levi said, as she stood and picked up their glasses.
Vanessa returned the chairs to their original positions and picked up the empty bottle. She reached for Levi’s hand and they returned to the cabin. Levi took the bottle and glasses and placed them on the empty food tray.
“I will take them to the kitchen in the morning,” Vanessa said. “For now, come snuggle me,” she said as she undressed and pulled back the covers on the bed.
Levi stripped out of her clothes and crawled in beside Vanessa’s warm body. “Have I told you lately how much I love being here with you?” she asked.
“Earlier today, but I love to hear it,” Vanessa said.
“I love you and being here with you,” Levi said.
“I love you too and I am extremely happy to have you here with me,” Vanessa said as she kissed Levi’s lips.
Liz and Nat tended bar together until well after the evening rush.
“Are you holding up ok baby?” Liz asked.
“Yes, I am doing fine, Sweetheart, why do you ask?”
“Well, I did keep you up late last night,” Liz said with a grin. “I was going to offer to take over for a few hours and let you catch a nap.”
“That’s not a bad idea,” Nat said with a grin. “I could sleep until ten or so and then come back so you can get some sleep.”
“So why don’t you then.”
“I think I will, my love, are you sure you don’t mind?” Nat asked.
“Not at all sweetie, you and Levi have spoiled me and I am getting a little rusty.”
“I will see you around ten then, My Love,” Nat said, and after a quick kiss left the club.
NeNe saw Nat leave and picked up the telephone to call Liz at the bar. “Is everything ok?” she asked.
Liz chuckled at NeNe. “Yes, everything is fine, NeNe, I just sent Nat off for a nap.”
NeNe giggled. “Ok then, let me know when you are ready to place a dinner order then.”
“Will do,” Liz said as she hung up the telephone.
Del woke Simone by toying with her nipples, watching them grow hard as Simone’s body awoke.

“It is almost seven,” Del said. “Are you ready to shower and eat some dinner before we go to the club?” she asked.
“Do we really need to go to the club tonight?” Simone asked.
