Felisha paced back and forth in front of Mark with her hand on her forehead. She knew that Olivia would find out, because Zoe was definitely going to tell her; it was just hearing that she knows had her fucked up. She rushed over to the island countertop where her phone was sitting next to the stove. She didn’t have a signal, so she didn’t get service in that particular spot.
“Damn, I bet she has called me too. I don’t even want to face her right now.” She said, picking up the phone and turning it off just to make sure that none of her calls came through. The thought of it made her cringe inside. “What am I going to do? We need to go through these contracts and figure something out, because she is going to be out for blood.”
“There is no doubt that she’s going to try something slick. That’s why she hasn’t pressed charges, yet. I will have a backup plan though if she does.” He said thinking that he’d have to get just as down and dirty if she wanted to play hardball.

Meanwhile back in Augusta, GA, Olivia and Zoe sat inside of Applebee’s having a drink during Happy Hour. Olivia was upset and definitely hurt. She couldn’t believe how naïve she’d been over the years.
Zoe looked over at her sister, who was sitting across the booth table from her while sipping on her gin and tonic. She took the straw out of her mouth after taking a few more sips from it then started. “Sis, things happen for a reason. No telling how long Mark and Felisha had been messing around. Maybe it was meant for you to meet Zay when you had or this shit would be even harder on you than it is now.”
“That could be true, but it still hurts the same.” Olivia said, looking over at her phone as it rang. It was a call from Felisha’s mom’s house. “I know this bitch ain’t calling me.”
“Who?” Zoe curiously pondered.
“Felisha,” she responded. “Maybe that’s why she didn’t answer her phone. I’m about to answer mine though, and tell her ass just how I feel,” she said.
“Please do,” Zoe stated with an attitude.
“Yeah,” Olivia quickly answered waiting to get on her ass.
“Tee-tee,” Lil Romeo called out.
Olivia’s whole facial expression changed. “Heyyyy,” she said with a much lighter tone in her voice.
“Who is that?” Zoe whispered across the table, already feeling about three sheets in the wind.
“Lil Romeo, what are doing calling me from your Nana’s house? Where is your mom?”
“She’s gone on a business trip, so I have to stay with Nana till she come back.”
“Oh so she’s gone, huh?”
“Yes ma’am, but I want to stay with you. I had a bad dream, tee-tee. I thought you was hurt.”
Olivia’s eyes filled in the corners as she fought back the tears. She did love this little boy like he was her own. “Aww, tee-tee is just fine.”
“Can you come get me?” he softly asked.
“Well, uh… Look boo, tee-tee thinks it’s best for you stay there with your Nana, but I’ll bring you some goodies if that’s okay.”
Lil Romeo was quiet for a moment before saying something. “Tee-tee, you mad at me?”
Olivia frowned then softly said, “Noooo, tee-tee could never be mad with you. I love you, okay.”
Lil Romeo smiled. “I love you, too.” He responded. “You coming?”
“Yes, I’m coming with those goodies. I’ll be over later today.”
“Okay tee-tee,” Lil Romeo responded. “Bye.”
“Bye boo,” Olivia said as they ended their call. She looked over towards Zoe. The situation was definitely complicated at best. There was no way she could turn her back on a child that had nothing to do with any of this, but there was no way she could ever be civil with his mom again, either. She sat there sipping on her top shelf margarita while contemplating how this ugly situation was going to turn out for all of them. At that point, there was no way of knowing.
Chapter 10
It was now early Sunday morning and Zay lay in bed ready to get the hell out of that hospital room. He’d been feeling tense and anxious since he’d been there. His doctor had already given him the green light so at some point, he’d be leaving that day. He looked around the room at the 'Get Well Soon' balloons, fruits and assorted chocolates sent by just his brother, Olivia, Zoe, and his mom and dad. Mr. and Mrs. Jackson had even sent a card, with a vase of flowers, along with a few balloons.
It was crazy how he’d only come to Augusta to see his woman, but ended up staying longer due to the foolishness that occurred. Just the day before, a couple more detectives came by and asked a few more questions concerning the incident at the club. To their avail it did them no good. Zay didn't want his business in the media or the streets like that so everything was cool for them to just leave things as they were. Plus, it could definitely be used as leverage in hopes that Mark would respectfully bow out of the divorce without putting up a mean fight.
He looked over at Olivia who was sitting in the lounge chair next to him and smiled at her as she flipped through a Sister 2 Sister magazine. She’d been by his side the entire time, making sure that he was good. If she left for more than an hour, she called just to check on him. For the past two nights she’d been right there with him, and he appreciated the way she supported him throughout this whole ordeal.
“Hey baby,” he called out as she sat there pretending to be caught up in the magazine.
“Hm,” she answered only glancing up at him and then back down to the pages of the magazine.
“How are you feeling?”
“I’m good,” she said, still pretending to be engaged.
“You can talk to me, you know that right?” He said, knowing that she had some heavy shit on her mind.
“I know,” she responded.
“Babe,” he called out again to get her attention. “Look at me. Just look at me.” Olivia’s eyes slowly glanced up from the magazine as she looked him directly in the face. “I know you’re hurting.” He said as she dropped her head back down. “But, I’m here for you. You don’t have to pretend like this is not bothering you.”
“I’m not. I don’t care.” Olivia softly lied, still shying away from the truthful eye contact that Zay was giving her.
“I know you and you know that’s not true. You do care. I think that because you care, you’ll feel like I’m going to look at you differently or maybe even have feelings that we’re not meant to be. However, that couldn’t be farther from the truth.” Olivia glanced back up to look at him. Her eyes filled with water, but she batted them to keep the tears from falling. “See babe, this is what makes me love you. You are a very caring person. Just because you’ve not been in love with Mark for years, doesn’t mean that his betrayal hasn’t or isn’t affecting you. Felisha was your best friend. Of course this hurts.” He sat up on the side of the bed as she sat there with her head dropped back down to the magazine. “Come here.”
“Babe,” she whispered.
“Come here,” he said leaning over and grabbing her by the hand. “Put the magazine down and come here.” Olivia slowly got up from her seat and stood in between Zay’s legs. “Cry if you want to. Let it go so you can start to put it behind you. I’m not going to leave you. I promise I’m not.”
Finally, Olivia broke down. “She was my best friend, babe.” She cried. “How could she have a son by my husband? How could I have been so naïve not to see it all?”
Zay allowed her to cry on his shoulder as he rubbed gently in her back. “It happens to the best of us,” Zay whispered thinking back at how Angel played his ass to left and he didn’t have a clue. “But hey, you’re going to be okay. We all go through things. Some worse than others, but I promise you that things will be okay.”
“I’ll just be glad when I get over this betrayal and back to my normal self. These feelings are hindering me from being fully happy. I hate that even now that he’s gone, Mark still controls the way that I feel.”
“You’re in control of your own feelings, babe. Unfor
tunately, he’s the one that’s hurt you, but it doesn’t last forever.” Olivia cried believing every word that he’d just said, but it didn’t make it hurt any less. She looked over on the bed beside him at her cell phone ringing. Quickly she wiped her tears noticing that it was her mom calling. Zay reached beside him and picked up her phone, handing it to her.
Olivia cleared her throat then answered. “Hey mom,” she said with a cheery tone like she’d had the best morning ever.
“Hey sweetie,” Mrs. Jackson said. “How are you feeling?”
“Better,” she lied.
“Well that’s good.” Mrs. Jackson stated. “I was just calling to make sure that we’ll still be meeting this new man in your life later today. Your father is cooking on the grill for the occasion.”
“Dad’s cooking on the grill? Wow, this must be huge.”
Mrs. Jackson laughed. “You can be quite hilarious, O’. This is huge for all of us. You’re going through a huge transition and you’re going to need all the people that love you by your side completely. I don’t want to push you away. Things are going to get tough with this divorce. It’s not going to be an easy one because you’ve built so much over the years with Mark. Not to mention that you’d built a long term relationship with Felisha that now includes a business venture. You have a lot at stake here sweetie, including your well being when this is all said and done. I just want you to know that I’m fine with you moving on. Hell, I’m glad that you’re moving on. The sooner you can get over Mark, the better. And, the quicker we can get this divorce behind us, the absolute better.”
Olivia smiled inside. It felt good knowing that her family supported her. It definitely meant a lot coming from her mom being that she was always the stricter, mean one.
She walked off from Zay, holding the phone up to her ear while prancing almost in circles. Zay admired the short, yellow, backless, fit & flare dress by Bebe. As she strutted back and forth in the yellow matching Liora strappy wedges, he tilted his head to the side as a sign that she was looking hot as hell. Her sexy body and smooth, chocolate legs always kept him in a trance. Olivia looked back at Zay with a loving smile on her face.
“Mom, I just wanted to say thanks.”
“That’s why I’m here.” Mrs. Jackson responded. “Now, what time should we expect you two to be here?”
Olivia looked over at Zay and pointed down at her watch then whispered. “What time do you think we’ll be heading over there?” Zay smiled with a slight shrug of the shoulders. “Uh mom, I don’t have a specific time, but I’m sure it’ll be later this evening.” She said while hoping to get in a quick make up session with Zay before they went over.
“Okay, that gives your father time to cook and I need to clean up. We’re having a guest.” She sounded really cheerful about their dinner date.
“Mom, you never need to clean up. Your house is so spic and span that if you didn’t lift a finger for two years straight, it still wouldn’t get dirty.”
Mrs. Jackson chuckled with a shake of the head. “You’re so funny, you know that? You just make sure that you show up. Oh and call your sister. I called her this morning and she didn’t answer.”
“Okay mom, I will.” She said.
“Love you.”
“I love you too,” Olivia said and then they ended their call. She walked over to Zay, feeling much better about her situation as she leaned in and kissed his lips. “I love you, too.” She told him.
“Yeah, well why don’t you show me how much.” He teased.
Olivia grinned, showing her beautiful smile. “Oh, I need to show you now, huh? What you’re saying is that actions speak louder than words now, huh?”
Zay laughed at her sense of humor. “I think that’s exactly what I’m saying.”
“Well, say no more.” Olivia said as she tongue kissed him like she meant it then stuck her hand down in his Nike gym shorts; since all he had on was a clean white tee, shorts, and white socks.
“Okay now, what I tell you about starting things?” Well, one thing I know for sure is that we Jackson women never start anything without being able to finish it. Zay smiled just hearing her use her maiden name instead of her married name. This only assured him that she was certainly ready to let go and move on. With one hand in his gym shorts, she rubbed the side of Zay's face with the back of her hand causing him to look away from the TV as the Usual Suspect played in the background. Then she kissed his lips softly again. “I'm so glad you can go home today. I so wanna show you how much I miss you.”
“Me too,” He commented. “I'm tired of this hospital room. It feels like I’ve been lying up in here for a week now. I need to get back in the gym and just work it out. I’ll be back to myself in no time.” As he said that, his stomach growled. Olivia made a sad, puppy dog face as she teased him while still rubbing on his dick inside of his shorts.
“So, what do you have a taste for?” She seductively asked.
“I honestly have a taste for some Jamaican, black pepper shrimp and rice.” He a said then added with a cocky smile, “Oh and some sweet pussy for dessert.”
They both laughed out loud. “Well, I can definitely help you out with that last part.” She teased while slipping her tongue back inside of his mouth like a thermometer checking for his temperature. They kissed passionately for a moment, but she never took her hand off of his dick.
Zay was bricked up by now and his shorts could no longer contain his erected dick. Olivia smiled at his python, feeling ready to indulge in some fun. Within the next minute, Olivia had Zay’s dick in her mouth. She was licking up and down the shaft of thickness while saliva oozed around her fingers and down the back of her hand.
“Damn babe, this shit feel so good.” Zay whispered with a stimulating moan.
Olivia’s mouth was soft and wet. Not to mention, hot and cool at the same time. She was careful at holding his thick, long dick with both hands as she sucked on it with pure pleasure. Zay was caught up in the moment with his head held back and his hand gripping in Olivia’s shoulder length bob. Just as she’d gone half way down on his dick, trying her best to deep throat as much of it as she could, a knock was heard at the door. Zay quickly pulled Olivia up just as the door began to open.
“Coming in,” a thin freckled face nurse said with an anxious smile on her face. Once she noticed what was going on, she smiled. She couldn’t help but notice the nice size package protruding out of his shorts. “I see someone is ready to go home.” She looked from Zay to Olivia as she shyly attempted to wipe the corner of her mouth. All she could do was muster up a smile, feeling somewhat embarrassed that she’d almost gotten caught with a big, black dick in her mouth. “I’m so sorry to bother y'all.” She said. She was holding on to her clipboard wishing she could be as spontaneous as this. Removing her pink ‘Fight for Breast Cancer’ pen from her shirt pocket, she informed Zay of some wonderful news. “Well guess what?”
Olivia stood there already pretty much knowing what the good news was as she quickly cut in. “I’m gonna run in the bathroom right quick.”
“Hm-mm,” the nurse said still smiling. Olivia headed in the bathroom as the nurse looked at Zay. “Let me check this for you,” she said looking over the monitors, and then removing the IV from Zay’s arm. She wrote something down on her clipboard, and then said, “The way it is looking you will be going home. Here are your two prescriptions from the doctor. Make sure you take the entire bottle of antibiotics and only take the pain pills as needed.”
“I will,” Zay happily said with a smile on his face.
Olivia stepped out of the bathroom after having to splash some cold water on her face after she had to wipe the moisture from between her legs. She walked straight over to Zay.
The nurse smiled at her again before making her exit. “Y’all have a good one.”
“Oh we will.” Zay said causing Olivia to playfully hit him on the arm.
“You too,” she said to the nurse. “So that’s the good news.” She said seductively smil
ing at him.
“The best news I’ve gotten in the past three days.” He said, “Now give me some sugar.” Olivia leaned over and kissed him. “Well bae, we need to get ourselves situated. I’m ready to go home.”
Olivia kneeled down a little so she could help him slip on a pair of his black, Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers. It was the same shoes that he’d worn out that Thursday night. “Good, we have a lot of stuff to do before you head back to Atlanta. First, we’re stopping by my hotel room so that I can give you a little welcome home gift.”
“Oh, was that a sneak peek of it before the nurse walked in?” He teased with a big Colgate smile on his face.
“It sure was.” She softly responded.
“Then what are we waiting for?” He asked hopping down off of the bed.
“Be careful,” Olivia said while picking up her Miss Sicily floral Dolce and Gabbana handbag. The yellow color showing in the floral print definitely set off her ensemble. “You ready?” She questioned.
Zay was moving pretty good to have just gotten shot two nights prior. His muscled physic could be seen through his white tee as he reached for the Dillard’s bag that Dillon had dropped off earlier.
“No, don’t get that. You don’t need to be carrying anything. I got it.” Olivia said, immediately walking over to pick up the Dillard’s bag containing Zay’s clothes that he was going to put on that day.
“Hold up,” he said. “Let me use the bathroom first.”
Olivia stood back and watched him. “Okay, but are you okay?”
“Yes,” he said walking into the bathroom.
“Don’t be moving around so fast now. You still have to take it easy.” She called out over the sound of him peeing.
“I know babe. I got this.”
When Zay stepped out of the bathroom, he couldn't help but to smile at Olivia. She looked stunning standing there. He walked over to her as she faced him. He then put his arms around her waist. “I can’t wait to meet your parents, but I need to grab a little bite to eat on the way to the hotel room.”
