Grant bent low and scooped her up as though she weighed nothing. “Did you get your fill?”

“Nope. But it’s okay.” She brushed her fingertips along his chin. “It won’t be the last time I’ll see you as wolves.”

“No, it won’t be.” He strode toward the back door.

“Where are you taking me?” She’d expected him to take her upstairs to the bedroom.

  “Outside.”

“We want you out in the open.” Ryan hurried ahead of them, opening the door.

  “In the sunlight,” added Thomas.

“Aren’t you worried someone might see us?” Although she’d asked the question, she wasn’t bothered by the idea. Strange, considering she wouldn’t have stripped naked in the unforgiving light of the sun before meeting them.

“It wouldn’t be the first time lovers had gotten caught doing it outside.” Grant strode across the lawn then placed her gently on the lush grass under one of the larger trees.

The sensation of a cold nose jerked her attention away from the men. Laughing, she twisted around and petted the large chocolate Labrador retriever. “Who are you?”

  “That’s Bosco.”

She scratched his ears, earning a doggy groan of pleasure. “Is he yours?”

“Ours,” corrected Thomas. “Although it’s more the other way round. We’re his.”

“Go on, boy.” Ryan pushed Bosco away. “This isn’t play time.” He grinned at her. “At least not for him.”

They fell on her, each taking an article of clothing and peeling it off her. Shoes were gone seconds before her jeans were pulled from her. Her shirt was left in shreds as Grant tore it away in one swift move.

She was left breathless by their attack. A kiss from Grant, albeit brief, left her filled with need and lust. Heat swamped her, spreading outward from her core to light a fire in every part of her.

Grant pulled her on top of him, settling her against his crotch as his cock demanded entrance. He plunged into her pussy, driving in so hard that he lifted her into the air. His hands cupped her breasts as his mouth plundered first one nipple then the other. She mewled, giving herself to him completely.

  “Baby, this way.”

She turned to Ryan and took in the cock he offered. His flavors mixed with Grant’s as she whipped her tongue around and along his length. Hollowing her cheeks, she tugged on his cock, knowing it was impossible yet wanting to pull every inch of him farther and farther inside.

Thomas knelt beside them, his hands playing over her butt cheeks. “That’s it. Damn, but you’re a sight to watch.” He squeezed and pinched her then bent low enough to add nibbles to her stinging flesh.

She rode Grant, the urgency building inside her pushing her to a frenzy. Rocking back and forth, she began to move her hips in a circular motion, driving his cock into her pussy harder and harder. Her moans flowed over Ryan’s cock as she held on to Grant with one hand and cupped Ryan’s balls with the other.

Sensations washed through her, tangling her mind until she couldn’t think straight. All she could do was react, her own primal instinct taking over. She was an animal, too, even if she couldn’t yet change her body to match her primal urges.

“Don’t be greedy, man,” complained Thomas. He stood beside them, clutching her by the hair and urging her away from Ryan. She turned Ryan’s shaft free then opened wide for Thomas’s cock.

Ryan backed away, taking over where she’d let off, his hand working his saliva-slickened shaft. “Fine with me. I’m ready for her ass.” Falling to the ground behind her, Ryan straddled Grant’s legs and urged her body forward. Grant lay back, giving her room to stretch and offer her ass to Ryan. His fingers dug into her butt cheeks as she stretched to keep Thomas’s cock in her mouth.

“Easy. Just keep on doing what you’re doing.”

Fingers probed the tight ring of her ass, pressuring them to make way for his cock. He nibbled along her shoulders, murmuring words of encouragement and love.

She freed Thomas long enough to speak. “Now, Ryan. I need to feel you inside me now.”

He gave her what she wanted, pushing in gently first then, with a good shove, going deeper into her dark hole. Ryan wrapped his arm around her waist and slammed his cock inside her again. His thighs and balls slapped against her, adding an extra tingle of excitement.

  Three cocks inside me.

  She smiled around Thomas’s cock.

They’re perfect for me in every way.

“She feels so fucking good.” Ryan’s tone was filled with awe. He groaned and thrust into her again. “So fucking good. I’m not sure how long I can hold out. Damn, but she’s tight.”

The three of them moved as one, bodies moving forward then backward, making lovely slapping sounds as flesh met flesh. Their bodies cocooned hers, their cocks connecting them, yet the connection would have meant nothing without the emotional bond flowing between them.

“My turn, boys,” ordered Thomas as he eased his cock from her mouth.

Grant, his eyes filled with specks of amber, his jaw set, thrust his cock into her pussy again. “Switch with me, Ryan. I want a go at her ass.”

“In a minute. Shit.” Ryan tensed then fell away, giving into his release. His orgasmic grown morphed into a low howl. His voice trailed off as his release subsided. “Keep at her, guys. I love watching.”

She started to move, but she didn’t have to. Picking her up as easily as he had done before, Grant turned her around then settled her onto the grass next to him. Brushing her hair away from her shoulder, he moved her butt cheeks apart and entered her anus with little other warning.

She cried out, but the sound was lost as Thomas lay beside her, pulled one of her legs over his hips then slipped his cock inside her pussy. His aim was true, as his cock slid over the soft cushion of her pussy. She clung to Thomas, her breasts bouncing each time Grant rammed his cock inside her.

“That’s it, Willa. Fuck them hard.” Ryan leaned against the tree, his hand loosely playing with his cock.

They’d pushed her past her limit, yet she kept going. Each thrust was a promise of a future. Each nibble a pledge to be loyal. Each soft murmur a prayer of thanks. Her climax grew, her pussy tightening, her clit throbbing a steady beat of need.

The climax hit her hard, tearing into her. Vaguely, she was aware that Thomas and Grant had welcomed their own releases. Their holds on her grew tighter, their bodies stiffening in readiness.

As her explosion erupted, she gave in to it, closing her eyes to concentrate on the sensations storming through her. Every bit of her body was on fire. She was burning alive and loving every second of it. Her scream, a cry signaling to the world that she’d found the loves of her life, rent the air. Howls of orgasms joined her.

Their bodies took time to relax, to recoup after the delicious trauma of their climaxes. As the shudders slowed and her heart rate returned to normal, she pushed them away and slipped onto her back.

Smiling, she studied the tree above, watching as the sunlight filtering through it danced on the leaves. A wet nose pressed to her hand jolted her until she realized that Bosco had returned. “Hi, boy.”

“Are you talking to the animal or one of us?” asked Ryan.

“I’m talking to the dog, not the animals.” She glanced at her men, Ryan seated at her feet with his hand on Bosco’s head, Thomas to one side, and Grant on the other. If she could’ve frozen the moment in time, she would have. “I could stay right here all day long.”

“Yeah. Me, too,” added Ryan, who stopped petting Bosco to play with her toes.

“Sounds good, but we have more chores to handle.”

“Damn, Grant, do you always have to be so fucking serious all the time?” Thomas toyed with her hair. “I vote with Willa. We stay here until the bugs start biting.”

“Bugs?” She sat up, glancing around her. “What kind of bugs?”

“Baby, this is the country, remember? We have all kinds of bugs.”

  She was up and on
her feet and gathering her clothes. They hurried to join her, and laughingly, she slapped their hands away so she could get dressed. “Stop it. I need to get back to Henrietta’s place.”

“Why?” Grant picked her up yet again. “Hell, no. Not a chance.”

“Put me down.” She squirmed, but not too much. After all, being carried by Grant wasn’t a bad thing. In fact, it was a very, very good thing.

“I carried you out here, and I’ll carry you back inside.”

Bosco padded ahead of them, leading them to the door.

She was inside on the couch before she knew it. “I really do need to go back to Henrietta’s.”

They crowded around her. Bosco jumped on the couch and settled his large body across her lap. She stroked the big, lovable dog.

“We already decided. You can’t stay there.”

She playfully bopped Thomas on the nose. “It’ll be fine. Moses isn’t going to do anything to me. Not this soon. He’s probably still sulking.”

“We can’t know that for certain.” Even Ryan had grown too serious, too fast. “You need to stick around here until things get worked out.”

“You mean until after you and the Rann men figure out how to oust Moses from power?”

“After today, it’s all going to come to a head soon enough.” Grant tried to push Bosco off her and received a light nip for his efforts.

“That-a-boy, Bosco. Don’t let him boss you around.”

“Willa, be reasonable. All we’re asking is for you to lay low for a while. Just hang out here at the house and enjoy getting to know your new home.”

“Thomas, you’re making good points, but I can’t just up and leave without saying anything to Henrietta. Besides, I left my clothes in the dryer. I don’t want her to have to deal with them. I swear. I’ll hurry inside, say good-bye, and get them packed. It’s no big deal.”

“Nope. Not until things calm down.”

“And when is that going to happen, Grant?” She didn’t want to criticize, but if they were going to expect her to hide out, she had to know how long that would last. “All that’s happened so far is a bunch of you talking. When are you and the others going to actually do something?” She cringed as soon as the words were out. Judging by their expressions, she’d hit a nerve.

The three of them stood and moved away. That simple act hurt more than any words could have.

Grant crossed his arms, planting his feet. “Until the moment Moses put his hands on you, we’d hoped to find a peaceful way to get him out of power. If we have enough members—and that’s what all the talking is about—we can do it.”

  “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have criticized you.”

“It’s okay.” Ryan shrugged, his stance relaxed compared to Grant’s. “Because of what went down, something’s bound to break soon. Even the Shadow Ridge Pack is talking about helping us. But they have to be careful, too. No one wants to start a war between the packs.”

“Why don’t the packs join together and form one big pack? If you did, you’d have the numbers to make Moses step down, right?”

Thomas settled beside her again, this time getting Bosco off her. “We’ve thought about it, but those aren’t the only two packs in town.”

“They aren’t? How many more are there?”

“A few. Plus, I’m not sure we could ever join all the packs. It’s a territorial thing. Sure, we’re all a part of Fate, but the packs didn’t start out that way. Like wolves in the wild, each pack had its own area to control. As time went on, as Fate grew into a town, the distance separating each pack’s territory grew smaller. But the instinct to keep to your own pack still survives. It’s a wolf thing.”

“Joining all the packs into one huge one would mean trying to figure out where every member stood. An alpha from another pack might not be considered worthy of an alpha ranking in our pack. Things could get complicated,” added Ryan.

“Then why would the Shadow Ridge Pack care if Moses stays on as leader of the Garrett Pack?”

“When one pack’s leadership becomes as corrupted as ours, the ripple effect hits everyone, human and shifter alike. They’re tired of Moses and his followers treating everyone in town like crap. They’d like to see the Rann men as the main alphas, with one of them as the pack’s new leader, because they can reason with them when conflicts between the packs occur.” Grant rolled his neck around, easing tension. His body lost some of its rigidity. “The pack’s governing style is difficult to explain. It’ll take time for you to understand it. And becoming a werewolf will help.”

“Then change me now so I can understand better.”

Grant didn’t fall for her trick. “Nope. Not doing it. Not until you have the time to recover. If something does happen, we couldn’t help the pack. Once you begin the transformation, we’re not leaving your side. So stop asking.”

“Fine. For now. But, look, I don’t intend to hide out here like some scared little girl. I’m going to Henrietta’s and getting the rest of my things.”

“Damn, but you’re as stubborn as a mule.” Thomas took her hand. “We can’t stop you, but we’re asking you, for our sanity, please don’t go.”

Shit. It would’ve been easier to go against his wishes if he’d tried to order me not to go.

“Why don’t you three come with me? He wouldn’t try anything with you around.”

“Yeah, he would. As long as he has his followers with him.” Grant stalked to the window. “In fact, I’m surprised he hasn’t already shown up. We threatened the main alpha of our pack. A werewolf doesn’t do that without getting slammed back.”

“He has to be planning something.” A growl slid out of Ryan.

“Yeah. Moses is a shit, but he’s not a dumb shit.” Thomas stood and came to Grant’s side. “He’s taking his time.”

“Revenge is a dish best served cold.” She shrugged when they turned to stare at her. “What? You haven’t heard that saying before?”

“Sure. And it doesn’t make me feel any better,” added Ryan. “Moses is the type to stab a man in the back.”

“All while taking a video of it,” added Thomas.

She shuddered, realizing how close she’d come to having Moses in her life for good. “Okay. I understand. I’ll stick to home.” She hugged herself then hugged Bosco when he jumped back in her lap, defying Thomas’s order to stay down. “Oh, leave him alone. I need someone to keep me company while you three are out doing whatever you do.”

“They’re called chores, girl. And they need to get done.” Grant stalked to the front door, snatching his cowboy hat off the nearby table. “Lock the door behind us. Got it?”

  “Yes, sir, boss man.”

“You’d better.” He shot her a look then led the way out of the house.

Ryan winked as he pulled the door closed. “Don’t worry about him. His bark is worse than his bite.”

  * * * *

“Bosco, I know I promised, but this is ridiculous.” She stood at the same window where Grant had stood, hoping to see them return. “There’s no real reason that I shouldn’t go to Henrietta’s. Moses is after the guys, not me.” She bent down to give the dog a good pat. “You agree with me, right?”

Sweet brown eyes stared at her. He panted, a doggy grin letting his tongue spill out.

“Yeah, I knew you did.” Getting her purse and her keys, she held him back as he tried to get out the door with her. “Nope. You’d better stay here. It won’t help both of us getting into trouble.”

Bosco let out a whine then plopped down on the floor. The look he gave her unsettled her. What was he thinking? That she was making a mistake? After all, if men could turn into wolves, why couldn’t dogs have human-like thoughts?

“It’s okay. I’ll hurry and get back before they do.” She put a finger to her lips. “Just keep quiet about it and they’ll never have to know.”

  Chapter Six

“I’m so happy for you, Willa.” Henrietta brought her into a bear hug.

  Funny
. A werewolf giving me a bear hug. Shouldn’t it be a wolf hug?

“Thanks. I can’t believe it. I mean, to tell you the truth, I came to Fate because I already knew werewolves existed and I wanted to become one. And to find a mate, too. Now I’ve found three.”

  “You never told me.”

“I didn’t tell anyone. I hope you won’t hold it against me.”

“Of course I won’t.” Henrietta, her curls bouncing around her sweet oval face, helped Willa pile her clothes into her large suitcase. Willa had taken the suitcase into the kitchen to put it on top of the dinette while they pulled clothes out of the nearby dryer.

Henrietta critically eyed the clothes already inside the suitcase. “If you would’ve called me, I could’ve folded and packed these for you.”

“Everything needs to be ironed anyway.” She twirled a shirt around then tossed it on top of the other clothes. “Just think. I’ll be ironing this in my new home with my wonderful mates. I’m crazy, aren’t I? Actually looking forward to doing the ironing?”

“You’re not crazy at all. You’re happy, and I’m happy you’re happy.”

“Great, then everyone’s happy.” Willa laughed and shoved added another shirt to the growing pile.

  “Everyone except Moses.”

“Urgh. Why’d you have to bring him up? So I guess you heard what happened?”

“Of course I did. Stacy’s been on the phone to everyone.”

“Leave it to the Gossip Queen.” Yet if it hadn’t been Stacy, it would’ve been someone else spreading the news.

Henrietta looked around as though fearing they’d be overheard, then kept her voice soft. “That damn Moses isn’t what his father was. Granted, his father wasn’t the nicest man in the world, but he was fair. He would never have treated a woman the way Moses did.”

“I’m taking some of the blame. After all, I kept seeing him even after I realized what a jerk he is. I should’ve made it clear that I wasn’t interested in him as anything more than a friend. Not even as a friend now.”

Henrietta grabbed her arm, surprising her with the intensity of her hold. “Maybe you shouldn’t have done that, but I don’t care what you did. No man should ever put his hands on a woman. He’s lucky someone else stopped him before your men showed up.”
