  BUTTERSCOTCH CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

  ½ ounce butterscotch liqueur (Sally used DeKuyper Buttershots Schnapps)

  Brut Champagne (Sally used Korbel Brut)

  Pour a half-ounce of butterscotch liqueur into a champagne flute.

  Fill the flute with Brut Champagne and enjoy!

  Hannah’s Note: Sally made Butterscotch Champagne Cocktails for Doc and Delores’s wedding party because Doc’s family is from Scotland.
