On the other side of London, Count Evdokimoff had also read the same headlines. His reaction was completely different.

‘This is excellent news reporting, Androv,’ he said looking over the paper towards Mikhailovich who was pouring himself a coffee. ‘And I especially like the idea of leaving the bodies close to Jewish establishments, why didn’t I think of that one.’ He grinned. ‘Whose idea was that, you or Gurin?’

‘Actually, neither of us Sir. It is a complete coincidence. We didn’t know about the close proximity of the first two until we read it in the paper, and Putchin dumped the last ones body in the first place that he could find where there were no witnesses.’

‘So he dumped the body behind the Synagogue and didn’t even know?’ Evdokimoff laughed.

‘Yes, exactly.’ replied Mikhailovich, sipping his coffee.

‘Well I like it. In fact, it has given me an idea. Let’s stir up even more trouble for the Jews.’

  ‘What about the sex shows?’

‘I want you to visit Gurin and look around. If you see any potential problems with us staying there, pull them all out.’

‘And the doorman who runs the freak show for the perverts?’

‘Get rid of him quickly before he can cause any more harm, we can’t have the police sniffing around.’
