Cocoa was astounded by what her mother was saying but she felt like she knew it was coming. It all boiled down to some shit that benefited her. Fucking cunt.

“So what do I do?” She asked solemnly.

“Why, you watch the money of course.” Nadine said.

Cocoa loved the thought of being at financial freedom she just did not like the costs.

“So all of those people in this game…”

“They were minor rifts in the plan so I had you eliminate them.”

“And if I were to get caught?”

“I knew you were too good for that. Now no one suspects you of anything. I took care of it. We own the police.”

“You know what, I will have that drink.” Cocoa said as she sat down at the bar.

  "That's my girl."

Nadine said with deceit in her mind. She walked over to Cocoa now sitting at the bar and starts closely stroking her hair.

Sin made the drink as Cocoa thought carefully about the whole ordeal. She took the drink and downed it as quickly as possible so that it could hit her like a ton of bricks. Finally after gathering herself she stood up and faced her mother.

  “Ok. I will do it.”

Nadine showed her Cheshire cat smile.

“But only under certain conditions. One you can’t fuck with Sin around me.” She said looking down at the diamond feeling certain now that it was the stolen one.

“Secondly, since everything is in my name then I will run the family business, not you. I’m in charge.” ****

Chapter 30 – get it Straight

Nadine circled Cocoa then when she returned to looking her daughter in the face she slapped Cocoa super hard.

“Ha! You little bitch! Think you can come up in here and run some shit. I run this shit! Do you see that sign up there? It says First Lady. Me. I'm the First Lady. You do what the fuck I say in this bitch or you don’t do shit at all, hoe. I don’t need you alive. I’m just trying to be nice because you are my oldest daughter.”

It took a minute for it to register but Cocoa came up with the come back soon after.

“What do you mean oldest daughter? And if you did not need me then why am I even here?”

Sin went in the back room door that he first came out of.

"Ok so maybe I do need you but I will not be disrespected in my own house." Her mother said sternly.

"Don't you mean my own house mother?" Cocoa said rolling her eyes to turn and look at the fire.

Just then Sin returned to the office like room with a little girl about five years old. She was a very pretty little girl with long black ponytails on each side of her head and a beautiful ruffled dress like she was going to her Quinceanera.

“This is your little sister, Star.”

Her mother said kneeling to kiss the little girl. Again another shock. Cocoa kept thinking about how bogus this bitch really was and began to realize that she doesn’t give a fuck about her or what she’s been through. It’s just all about her sick ass and the fucking money.

"Say hi to your beautiful little sister Cocoa. Don't be rude."

Nadine said smiling at her. Was this bitch really that ill? She realized that her mother was absolutely no different from Lucifer himself. Sin took the little girl back into the room and came back to kneel in front of his master, Nadine. He sat there rubbing all over her legs and ass. Cocoa felt huge chunks of vomit rise in her throat.

“Are you in or out, bitch?”

Nadine asked her daughter as she laughed and giggled from being tickled by Sin. She was acting like a high school girl fiddling around with her boyfriend.

Cocoa closed her eyes and thought back to her childhood. She went back to the days where she had to cover up for her mother’s coke habit. The countless nights that she was scared as a little girl home alone while muthafuckas beat on the door for their money. She went back to the foodless days and the dark nights.

She went back and looked around to the childhood that never was and could never be again. Cocoa’s heart wanted to cry but her mind wouldn’t allow her to. Finally she opened her eyes.

She walked around the room in circles trying not to let the anger over take her. It was hard because she hated rejection. All of her life people have been doing her in and taking advantage of her. It wasn't until she saw her little sister and her graveling under her mother fiancé, that she drew the line. Nadine picked up the piece off of the desk.

“Imma ask you again. Are you in….” She cocked the piece, “..or out?”

Cocoa wanted to slap the shit out of her mother and tell her to go to fucking hell.

  “I’m in.”

She said softly with her head held down and eyes closed. Her mother walked over to her and held out her hand to shake it. She was amazed at the level of disrespect this bitch was actually giving her after all these years of torment she went through.

Her mother went and sat in the chair behind the desk then signaled Sin to come over. He crawled on his hands and knees over to her and went in between her legs. He started to lick her pussy right there in front of Cocoa like she wasn’t even there. The rage exploded. She began moaning and laughing having a spirited time. Cocoa leaned back on the bar and covered her eyes with both hands.

“See this is how you tame a nigga, bitch you need to take notes.”

Her mother said laughing and waving the pistol around. As Nadine leaned back in the chair about to pant louder attempting to cum, something in Cocoa’s head simply cracked.

  “Take notes…..he he….take notes.”

As she shook her head her mind went off. It was as if darkness took over her body at that moment. With the quickness, Cocoa had reached for the piece in her boot and walked right up to her mother and posted it to her forehead.

She was breathing heavily and was full of psychotic rage.

“I can’t believe you. After all this time, this is how you treat me? I’ve been through hell and back and you think you helped me? Bitch you ain’t help shit! You stupid bitch! Now what? Say somethin’ now! Open your fucking mouth!”

Cocoa had gone crazy. Tears were rolling down her face but they weren’t tears of sadness, they were tears from years of pain. Sin tried to wiggle out from under her mother.

“Don’t fucking move. You love her pussy so much bitch sit in it!”

  Then Nadine dared to speak.

“You ungrateful bitch. I made you. I did all of that to make sure you were ready for this game. And from the looks of it you’re ready. You’re muthafuckin ready kid. Now put that fucking shit down, you know you ain't gonna do shit with it so just put it down. Before you piss me off.”

  Nadine ranted on and on,

“I'm the fucking first lady bitch! You can't fuck with me!”

She yelled as she slowly began to aim her piece at Cocoa.

"I wouldn't do that seeing as though I'm two seconds from blowing your FUCKING brains in!" With her other hand she freed Nadine’s hand of the gun then tossed it over on the floor by the door.

“You want it bitch? I dare you to go get it!”

Cocoa’s face was drenched in tears that weren't distracting enough to clear away and then she began to laugh hysterically.

“Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha…..open your mouth hoe. I just got one question for you. Did you ever love me? Your own fucking daughter, bitch did you ever fucking love ME?”

Nadine did as she was told. She felt like Cocoa would never have the balls to shoot her so she was still talking shit through the barrel of the piece. She couldn’t understand what she was saying and pretty much did not care. She cocked the piece.

Her mind reflected back to all of her pain and suffering when she was a child. To her sleepless nights home alone. To the sexual and verbal abuse. To her fiancé turned bitch sex slave. And then she reverted back to the scene at hand and all she heard was her mother’s bitch ass voice trying to talk more shit with her mouth full of barrel.

  “I made
you! You can do anything now because of me! You got heart now bitch because of me!”

Cocoa’s head was spinning as she rubbed her head profusely.

  “Wrong answer.”

PLOW! Cocoa had done it. She had shot her mother in the mouth. So much turmoil had built up inside of her and it felt like she had finally released it. The tears did not stop though. It was hard to make them stop with her mother looking off into space while her brain lied scattered across the room. She felt a bit relieved of the animosity though, until she looked down at Sin curled up on the floor. He was sitting there unafraid and just staring at her in silence. She pointed the piece up at him. “Do you wanna die?” He did not move or respond he just stared at her. “ANSWER ME!” Cocoa screamed in a fit of rage as her hands trembled.

He just sat there while pools of blood spilled out from her mother’s head and oozed onto the floor. There was really nothing he could say or do that would make her change her mind about him. He had disgusted her and betrayed her and as far as she was concerned he was through. She just stood there aiming the piece at him trying to receive an ounce of pity for him. Sin reached up and wiped his mouth as if to wipe the taste of pussy off his lips. When she saw him do that she snapped again.

POW, POW! She had shot him twice in the head. Sin slumped over on the floor. Cocoa lowered her weapon and stepped back against the bar again completely spent by the whole ordeal. Her tears were still continuous and showed no signs of stopping.

A gust of wind came flushing from the main office door and three men came rushing in with pieces ready to spread muthafuckas out. Cocoa raised her gun back up,

“Com’ on sons of bitches let’s dance.”

She said going all in on this shit. Cocoa was ready to go ruthless on their asses. The first man that came in walked slowly up to the desk and saw the two people hunched over dead. He ordered for his men to lower their weapons.

“You’re his daughter aren’t you?” the man said.

Cocoa looked up bewildered then lowered her weapon as well. She thought for sure these niggas were there to kill her.

She shook her head in agreement.

“He told us you would be coming and to look out for you because your mother wasn’t shit. He left memoirs for you in the left bottom drawer of this desk. She could never get it open because I never gave her the key. I served your father for many years and it would be an honor to serve you.”

The man said holding out his hand to her. Cocoa pulled herself together keeping her tears gone long enough to shake his hand.

“We’ll take care of this for you. If you need anything, anything at all don't hesitate to ask.”

The man handed her the key to the desk drawer then took the piece from her hand.

The men began to remove the bodies and clean up the blood in the chair and around the room. The guy continued.

“Okay. Its time to do damage control. You must meet with the mayor and expose your mother. He knows who your dad was so its cool. You need to tell him everything about what she’s done so the manhunt will stop. They don’t know that any of it is you yet. I will set up a meeting with him in an hour.”

Cocoa agreed. She knew she had to put on her business face and make this shit believable. This was big business. She did not know the first thing about talking to the mayor. But she figured if she was bold enough to kill his son then she could definitely do this.

“What’s your name?” She asked the guy.

  “They call me Treach.”

Treach was like a fine wine. She could tell that he was possibly in his mid thirties. But he took damn well care of his body. He was buff and tall with caramel colored skin. She was smitten by his voice the moment he spoke his Barry White enriched words to her. She knew that this would be no time to try and mack but she wasn’t ruling it out for a later date.

“Imma get that hooked up for you ight?” He said smiling at her.

“Yeah and then when I get back maybe you can tell me what the fuck all was going on here. And more about my dad.”

“Sure no problem. Like I said I’ve worked for him all my life.”

“I can’t wait to hear about it.”

“Cool. You might wanna change. You look you’re your mom’s size. You might wanna check out what she’s got. Bedroom’s over there. Just until you get your own shit.”

He smiled at her. She smiled back at him as he walked out to set up the meeting. ****

  Chapter 31- Loose Ends

Cautiously Cocoa walked into the room Treach pointed at. She did not know this place or even if she could truly trust what anyone said so she made sure not to drop her guard until she felt right about all of it. The room was flawlessly huge. There was a huge canopy bed in the middle of it with huge bay windows. Out of the windows was a beautiful balcony. As she looked out over the side of it, being up there made her feel like a modern day Juliet waiting on her Romeo. She walked past the huge bed and over to the closet door. When she slid the doors open, she saw this vast collection of clothes that seemed to go on for days. It looked like a separate bedroom it was so big. But there were clothes and shoes galore. Every brand and color was at her disposal.

In female land, it was a dream come true. She started skimming through the clothes to see which ones she would like the best for tonight. The little number that caught her eye was a very tasteful Marc Jacobs midnight blue skinny dress. She immediately danced up out of the crap she was wearing and slid it on. The perfect pair of Manolo stilettos headed up the dress as she slipped them on. She looked in the mirror that was on the door and saw how wonderful she looked. She took her hair down out of the braid she had it in then just gazed at herself.

Her eyes beheld a woman who looked as if she was fresh out of a high-fashion magazine.

  “WOW!”

Treach said as he walked in the room checking Cocoa out.

“Well I guess I don’t have to ask how do I look?”

They laughed as Treach rounded her and zipped her up in the back.

  “Thanks.” She said turning around.

They gazed into each other’s eyes.

“Boss the car is ready.” A guy came yelling.

“We have to go. The mayor is expecting you.”

She checked her hair once more in the mirror then headed out with Treach. He opened the door for her to get into the back of a black SUV then he got in. They rode two cars deep on the way to see the mayor. There was nothing but the best protection for her when she was going almost anywhere. Even the drivers bust guns when needed to. Everyone had to be gangsta material or they had to find another day job.

Treach brought her up to speed on everything that came with this business. He told her about the perks of having this business and what all it entailed. He drilled her on a few things to see what she already knew then let her know that nothing gets done with out the crew because they always have her back.

“I understand they will have to follow me but I need to get to know them so they can gain my trust.” She replied.

“I can assure you baby that they will never cross you.” He told her.

Then Treach grabbed her hand and slipped the ring off of her finger.

“You won’t be needing this where we’re going.”

Cocoa wasn’t upset by the ring since it had came to her in a bogus ass way.

They arrived at the bank building on Jackson Street downtown. They exited the car and entered the building going straight into the elevator. The elevator doors opened into what appeared to be an empty office space. The crew stood by the entrance while Treach walked in with her. The mayor was sitting by the window behind an old desk waiting for her.

  “Please have a seat.”

Cocoa sat down trying to get a feel for what kind of person the mayor was and also trying to remain calm.

“You have information on my son’s murder?” He asked as his voice crackled a bit.

Treach pulled out a big brown envelop
e from his inside jacket pocket and threw it on the desk. Dust flew up as the mayor reached for it. Cocoa hadn’t planned the envelope and Treach sure forgot to mention it.

“In that envelope you will find pictures and audio tape of ex First Lady Nadine, fraternizing with your son and why. You will also see her at the seen of the crime.”

Cocoa was stunned to hear that. She figured someone was following her all that time but did not know it was Treach and her mom.

“She also killed the Asian guy and his girlfriend the banker because they wouldn’t give her the money from her trust. Here is the diamond.”

Treach threw the diamond ring on the table.

“So now in exchange for this information, we want you to allow the new First Lady to finish off her business with no static from you, the police, or the media. You can take all of the credit for the return of the diamond and say what you will about the dead bodies but leave her name out of this.”

He was really stepping forward representing for her and shit. She was sitting back loving that shit. She had never had a man step in and handle business for her the way he did. It was a turn on and mad sexy.

  “Are you his daughter?”

The mayor looked at her clutching the envelope. With confidence in her voice she responded.

“Yes. I am. Do we have a deal?” The mayor stood up and reached his hand out.

“It would be an honor to work with you.” Cocoa shook his hand and watched as the mayor walked out.

“We will be in touch.” He said as him and his goons boarded the elevator.

“Com’ on let’s go.” Treach ordered to her.

They exited the building and hopped back in the trucks. In the car, Cocoa demanded to know why he did not include her in the meeting.

“What happened back there? I did not get to say too much of shit?”

“I am like your right hand man, lady. Anything you need I will be there no questions asked.”

“Yeah I got that much but I wanna know why you did not let me know that information that you gave the mayor?”
