  ABOUT THE AUTHOR

  Between 1992 and 2011, Michelle Knowlden published 14 stories with Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine that featured hypochondriac detective Micky Cardex and two stories that did not. The 1998 story “No, Thank You, John” was nominated for a Shamus award. Many of these stories have been included in anthologies and translated in multiple languages. She also published a science fiction story for the More Amazing Stories anthology (Tor) published in 1998.

  In December 2013, Michelle published the first novella in a quartet of Abishag mysteries, SINKING SHIPS, on Amazon Digital Services. The second novella INDELIBLE BEATS was published in January 2014, the third short novel RIDDLE IN BONES in April 2014, and the fourth short novel AN EGGSHELL PRESENT in October 2014. In July 2014, she published JACK FELL DOWN, the first in a new mystery novella series.

  Young Adult Science Fiction with Neal Shusterman: An X-Files novel (DARK MATTER) for HarperCollins in 1999 under the name Easton Royce and an e-novella UNSTRUNG in Neal’s Unwind world published by Simon & Schuster July 2012. Two other Unwind collaborated stories will appear in UNBOUND, to be published September 2015.
