by Statham, Mayra

“When you cook dinner, do you guys drink?” his voice deep, still a little raspy from sleep.

“Sometimes,” I say, licking my lower lip. I feel one of his hands cup my breast, squeezing slightly, sending shivers of pleasure to my center.

“I’ll pick you up tonight, after they leave…” I barely make out his words, his mouth at my collarbone.

“What?” I ask, slightly confused. The way his mouth and hands make me feel, make my brain go whacky. At that moment, I would agree to give him a kidney, just so he doesn’t stop doing that.

“I want you back here tonight.” His deep voice vibrates against the skin at my chin, moving his mouth slowly to mine. He makes my defenses melt away unlike anyone I had ever met. EVER!

“Okay.” I whisper without thinking, his lips hit mine, smiling, and I close my eyes.

The sensation of his mouth on mine is unbelievable. His mouth is firm, his full lips, and minty breath are sweet as he kisses me. He did it, like he does everything. Confident. Gracefully. His hands on my sides magically bring the shirt I’m wearing up and over my head, in a smooth motion. His mouth goes lower, I gasp the moment he reaches my nipple and brings it into his wet warm mouth. Shivers and goose bumps flow over my needy body. My toes freaking curl. Breathing is almost impossible.

His hands are all over me and mine are all over him. His mouth devours me and goes from one nipple to the other. My body is arching to get as close to him as possible.

He rolls us over, once again showing me how completely in control of the situation he is. Immediately, I straddle him, sliding my body down till I reach his dick.

“Let me get you ready…,” he whispers and I shake my head.

“I am…,” I say but I feel his fingers at my folds, and the vibrations from the groan that escapes his mouth against the skin at my shoulder.

“Angel,” his voice hoarse, “So fucking wet and I haven’t touched you.” His hand moves away and the second it does I sink right down. Gasping at the twinge of pain from his size entering me, but it’s that pain that tethered my pleasure as I sink lower down. He is so deep, I can’t speak. My mouth is open and I bite my lip as I ride him. Lifting and lowering my hips, my hands flat on his chest. My eyes close taking in every ounce of pleasure our connected bodies can give.

“Look at me, Ellie.” Ellie? My eyes opened at the nickname no one has called me in almost two decades, yet coming from his mouth, his voice, it was okay. It was more than okay.

  It was perfect.

  Crack.

Whatever wall he’d made a crack in before kept splintering. Again. Without him even having to try and it didn’t scare me. Looking into the metallic grey pools staring back at me, I know that it is right.

“You are so damn beautiful, angel.” his voice is a little hoarse, his eyes molten.

  “Park…”

“Take me…all the way down. Sit on my dick and play with your pretty tits, angel, for me.” He ask, his gaze so hot I clench my sex and his eyes hood.

Doing as he says, not feeling shy at all, I can’t. Not when the result of sitting on him, is him rolling his hips, hitting a spot so deep inside of me it brought something out in me. He bucks up faster and harder, in turn I bounce faster. Naturally rolling my hips against him each time our synced bodies meet. I roll and pinch my nipples harder and harder, tugging on them slightly as they bounce in front of me.

I’m completely out of control. So completely out of control I hardly recognize myself, but it was a loss of control I liked and for some weird reason I trust him with it. I trust Parker. An almost stranger who for some damn reason, I trust. I feel my orgasm growing and my body tightening.

“Let go, angel. Come for me.” He demands in a voice that’s sexy as hell, as he bucks up. How he knew my body so well so quickly is beyond me, but I’m going with it.

Bringing a hand up to where our bodies are connected, a few strokes to my swollen bud with the pad of his thumb and I can’t breathe. Everything around me is blurring as he works my body. He is filling me so deliciously, so richly that when he jerks his body up one more time, I shatter around him.

My breathe catches in my throat as my orgasm starts. His finger is still at my clit, milking my orgasm, prolonging it in a way only he could do, and it is amazing! He pushed his body up higher as I sink mine down lower and my orgasm keeps going. Wave after wave of intense pleasure, washes over my body. Not as powerful, but still good. Great! Fucking amazing! He made me shatter in such a beautiful way that as I am coming down from my high, his beautiful dick is still in me, working in and out slowly till he stops, pulling my chin down so that I can look at him.

“On all four, baby,” He orders and even though I just came hard, beautiful chills run down my spine, and I get even wetter. Shifting, I grab a pillow and place it below my chest, resting my elbows on the bed, my knees and legs spread for him.

His strong large body between my legs as his cock goes back into me, slowly filling me. In this position, he feels even bigger, thicker, and longer. It is amazing! Sliding all the way in, the sounds of our breathing and moans mixing in the air makes me wetter. His mouth is on my back kissing me, licking me. All the while he continues to work his dick in and out of my body. He moves his body with confidence and grace. Going from hard and fast to slow and steady, driving me crazy, building another orgasm in me

“Fuck,” he growls against the middle of my back, his teeth grazing my heated skin. He starts to pick up the pace.

“Touch yourself.” He orders and I reach down, rubbing my clit doing exactly what he commands.

The way his body works in and out of me, his balls hitting the bottom of my clit and my own fingers, I lose control. My body tightens and I come again. I whimper his name while my body twitches and convulses around his. Tightening around him, he grunts as he goes in once… twice... three times. His hands grab my hips hard and tight, a sharp warm pain at the center of my bare back from his teeth, as he comes. Both of us out of breath, his lips are where he bit, now soothing me with soft licks and gentle kisses.

I let myself fall onto my stomach and he follows. Half of his body on mine, the other nicely tucked into me on the bed, our legs tangled together. We enjoy the calm silence, as our breathing slowly returns back to normal.

His strong arm reaches over my body and takes my hand. We intertwine our fingers with one another. My eyes are on our hands, joined together and the contrast of the paleness of his large strong hand with my smaller tanned one.

“Did I hurt you?” He asks, his voice is slightly worried. He starts to kiss my shoulder, the action in itself so sweet, I breathe in deep to not let it get to me and blink away the stinging in my eyes.

“Not at all...it was...wow!” I say, my voice is slightly breathy. Smiling against my shoulder, butterflies swirl in my stomach.

  “Yeah it was.”

“Mmm! Can I just say I have never in my life thought sex could be like that.” I say smiling. He kisses my shoulder again.

“I didn’t either, angel.” He shares with me and I cuddle my back closer to his front.

“Can I ask you something?” I ask, instantly biting down on my lower lip.

  “Anything.”

“Why did you call me, Ellie?”

His body stiffens slightly, and I wonder if he thinks I’m upset about it.

“It didn’t bother me. I’m just wondering...it’s just everyone calls me Liz.”

“Ellie suits you. It fits better than Liz.” he tells me and my chest warms just as my eyes begin to sting again. Smiling I turn my head slightly, kissing his lips chastely.

  “Really?”

“Yeah...and I like the idea of calling you something different than everyone else. I want to stand out when it comes to you.” He tells me this confidently, no doubt in his mind about what he wants. Yet at his words, it’s as if the air is sucker punched out of me.

  Woosh.

“Oh.” I stupidly answered. We stay silent, his lips peppering small kisses f
rom my shoulder to my neck, his fingers still intertwined with mine.

“My parents used to call me Ellie. No one ever called me Liz till I was in foster care.” I blurt out, not knowing where the hell it had come from, but something about the honest way he was talking to me made me want to bare my soul.

“Oh...If it’s not…,” he starts to say but I shake my head looking down. Finding courage, I look back up at him.

“I like it. I like you, umm calling me Ellie.” I admit, even if it leaves me feeling vulnerable and exposed.

“Okay.” He tells me, his voice slightly gruff, and his body closer to me.

  “Ummm…”

  “Yeah?”

“Can I ask you something else?”

“Anything,” and the tone he uses, I know he means it.

  “Why angel?”

“What?” He asks, something going over his eyes that I can’t read.

“Why do you call me angel?” I repeat and he stays quiet. I move my hand to cup his face and he leans into my touch.

“That was the first thing I thought when I saw you at the wedding. That dress, your face. Only thing I could think about was how you looked like an angel to me,” his hands move as he speaks, pulling me close to him, his fingertips at my bare hips. “A bright one.”

“Oh.” I stupidly mumble, “Is there such a thing?”

“I’m looking at one.” He replies smoothly, his hand caressing my face, “Any other questions about things I call you?” He asks, slightly amused, but my heart was racing.

  “Umm… no….just…?”

  “Just what?”

“Don’t call me Lizzy. I hate when people do that.” I say, my voice surprisingly soft, not knowing what it was about Parker that definitely lowered my defenses and not able to keep my walls erect and strong.

“Duly noted, angel,” He said. His voice is serious as if he somehow could understand something about being called Lizzy made me sick to my stomach and not just a pet peeve.

“So umm... what do you want to do today?” I ask and I can feel the smile on his lips on my back. I can only imagine the dirty sexy things going through his mind.

“Let’s go to the beach. Grab some lunch.”

“Could we go to my place so I can get changed?”

  “Of course.”

  “Okay, beach it is.”

  Chapter Seven

“OH.MY.GOD!” Tess says her jaw about to hit the floor and the four of us start to giggle like schoolgirls.

“Wait! So this is the Parker guy you met at the bar at Wind when you went to get a drink?” Carrie asks her blue eyes wide and I nod sipping my margarita.

“Yeah,” I say, trying not to smile but it was a fruitless effort.

“No. That isn’t even all of it. You should see this guy.” Lucy chimes in smiling, obviously slightly tipsy already, “He is seriously beautiful. Like HOT HOT.”

“Are we talking actor/model hot or politician hot?” Carrie asks raising a fair colored eyebrow and I shake my head, biting a smile away.

“BOTH! They would cast his hot perky piece of man ass as a politician… or a superhero in a movie.” Lucy says, clearly tipsy now and we all laugh. She wasn’t lying. If they only knew he really did have superhero like powers between the sheets, they would hate me.

“So not to be a downer but, what about Jake?” Tess asks one of her perfectly tweezed eyebrows raised and I sigh, taking a bigger gulp of my frozen cocktail, letting the cold run down my throat.

“I don’t know.” I say glancing at Lucy. Her fair skin slightly pink, a guilty look in her eyes that she quickly tries to mask.

“I have no idea what he thinks he’s doing showing up after so long.” I tell them.

“What was he like, Lucy?” Carrie asked her face tilted, her blue eyes shining bright with amusement.

“He was okay” she answers quickly, her fair skin a lot brighter and her eyes not really meeting any of ours, “I guess. I mean…”

“How do you know him anyhow?” I ask and I can feel the surprise come off of Carrie and Tess.

“You know him?” Carrie asks, and I notice Tess looking away. Both eyebrows lifted up high a feeling of dread slipping into me.

Lucy is an innocent. She isn’t a blushing virgin, but she’s filled with nothing but good. Not even working for Belle at Shine had changed that from when I had first met her. Her reaction to Jake worries me.

“Yes...umm… He’s a CEO for a financial company. He is overlooking some of Belle’s investments.”

“Do you think he knows about…” Carrie asks and the dread that had been slipping into my veins sinks straight in. I know exactly what Carrie wants to ask, and I have a horrible feeling I already know.

“He said he kept tabs. I didn’t think about it. He might.” I answer. Was that why he had suddenly come sniffing around? Did he think I was up for sale? Shaking the thoughts away I realize that my living room has gone momentarily silent at the idea of someone from our past knowing about the past we avoided talking about.

“I think we need more margaritas and snacks. Tess, please help me.” Carrie says, standing she grabs our now empty pretty bright yellow margarita glasses. I had spent way too much money on them but they were so pretty I hadn’t been able to resist.

Once Tess and Carrie are in my kitchen I look at Lucy.

“I’m sorry I left him there with you last night. I didn’t think he would have known. I’m not sure he…,” I start to tell Lucy, but I stop talking when I look into her eyes.

“He does, I mean he does know,” her amber looking eyes at mine I can tell she is conflicted about what she wants to say.

“Tell me, whatever it is.” I’m the hard ass and she’s the innocent sweet one, but we’re like sisters. We share a deep friendship and we had never hidden things from one another, not really. I didn’t want to start now, especially not things about Jake.

  “Liz…”

“Luce, you’re like my sister. You can tell me anything.” Her eyes wide at my words, she nods slowly, licking her lips.

“He isn’t that bad. I mean... people do make mistakes... don’t they?” She asks, her eyes filled with worry.

I get the impression she is talking more than just about Jake, I smile and go to sit next to her.

  “Yes... they do.”

“We aren’t saints by any means. I mean you guys have left, but…,” she starts to say, her buzz is clearly wearing off.

“You still work for the Madame of California?” curious about what she is going to say.

“Yes and you do too sometimes,” Lucy responds and I sit up, meeting her stare.

“What?” I whisper, my margarita’s happy buzz is quickly fading away.

“I’m her personal assistant, Liz. I know you tend bar sometimes. Times that coincide with Carrie needing money for the kids she tutors, or when Tess’ mom needs another treatment that their insurance won’t cover!”

“Okay. I get it,” I say biting my lip as I look at her, “I’m not saying anything bad about Jake. The thing is..., I put what happened between us behind me a long time ago, you know that.” I tell her and she tilts her head. Her eyes are warm and sweet.

“Have you? Really?” I can tell she is trying hard not to care about my answer and I realize why.

“You like him.” I say laughing without meaning to.

She scowls and I start to shake my head, “Not that there is anything wrong with that. I mean…”

“I didn’t know he was your ex!” she whispers, sounding a little off kilter, “I had to go pick up some papers for Belle and there he was. He was freaking gorgeous. You never told us he was freaking gorgeous! After that I’ve seen him at a bunch of events, all on the up and up charity events I’ve had to go to with Belle, and we’ve flirted. Shit Liz, I swear I didn’t know. I’m a crappy friend.” She says her eyes glistening with tears, I drape my arm around her shoulder, pulling her in close.

“Hey. Don’t. No tears. First off you aren’t a shit friend.
He’s my past….even if there was no Parker in the picture, you have to believe me Lucy, Jake is my past. I wouldn’t go back there. We aren’t even the same people that we were when we were together anymore. Seriously.”

“He kissed me.” Lucy blurted out with guilt in her eyes, and her cheeks flushed pink.

“Oh…!” Biting my lip not sure what to say, “Well... umm how do you feel about that?” I ask.

“I have no idea. All I know is that I’ve never ever been interested in a guy like this. I mean I've had crushes and what not….but…?”

“Is it different?” I ask, trying not to sound surprised or sarcastic.

“Yes. I’m so sorry. So…so…so…so incredibly sorry!”

“First, don’t finish that sentence, Luce. You follow your heart, no matter what. Just remember, always have two eyes open. He was a user and a liar and he’s cheated before. Not saying that I don’t believe people can change. They can, we did.” I take a deep breath, “Just whatever you do, go into things with your eyes wide open. I would tell you this whether it was Jake or someone else. Follow your heart, because I will always have your back. Okay?”

Wiping her tears away, her eyes wide in surprise, she nods her head. We hug, and I can see that a weight has been lifted off of Lucy’s shoulders.

“Is that what you are doing? With Parker I mean?”

“What do you mean?” I ask her.

“Going into things with two eyes wide open,” she asks and I shake my head.

“Honestly?” I say biting my lip.

  “Yeah.”

“I have no idea what I’m doing with Parker.” I admit and she laughs, which in turn makes me smile.

“No matter what Luce, I have your back. Okay?” I remind her.

“Okay.” she says holding my hand. Out of the four of us, Lucy is the one that I view like a little sister. I know that something bad had happened to her and that is why she’s now Belle’s assistant and has a bodyguard with her almost all the time. It is however, something she is not ready to share. I also know that out of the four of us, she’s the most innocent and trusting.
