In Broad Daylight is a great story and so much deeper than the "run-of-the-mill" stuff that is out there. Older women lead vital lives with fascinating stories; I’m glad to see that sort of character in this book.

If Jane Vollbrecht were a baseball player, her batting average would be close to 1000. Close Enough is another home run for readers. This book is as close to real life as it can get and still be fiction.
