When he finally lifted his head to look down at her, she was gazing up with lust darkened eyes.
"You're an ass,” she murmured huskily. “But you kiss okay."
He laughed and lowered her back to her feet, holding her in his arms as she steadied herself on wobbly knees.
"Let's go up to the house and I'll show you something else I do okay," he grinned wickedly.
"Legal work?" She teased. "Yawn. But I'll come along anyway, just in case you decide to apologize. I’d hate to miss that."
Her captured her rosy cheeks with his palms and brushed another kiss to her lips.
"I'm sorry," he told her. "Will you give me another chance?"
She smiled and simply continued walking towards his home, forcing him to follow if he wanted an answer.
"Alright," she told him as he managed to catch up to her. "One more chance. It is Christmas, you know. Even Scrooge got a second chance."
They walked together in silence before he reached out to hold her hand.
"The rumors are true," he snickered softly, as if just remembering the punchline to a good joke.
"What rumors?"
"Redheads can be scary when they're mad."
She punched him in the arm but Matt just laughed.

Fourteen for 2014
I took a necessary medical leave during the last half of 2012 and all of 2013. For that reason, the titles I’d planned to publish ended up getting pushed back and pushed back until here I am in 2014 with fans sending me daily messages asking when they’ll see the next Seduction series book or the inside to covers I’ve leaked onto Facebook.
As a special kind of thank you to everyone that has stayed with me during my long hiatus, I made a challenging New Year’s resolution. My goal is to publish fourteen titles in 2014. That is more than a title each month!
The entire kitty coven series was inspired by one of my daughters, who has always been an avid cat lover. I originally planned to only write one book – The Bare Witch Project – and dedicate it to her. But as the characters began to develop, I realized that there was a lot more story that needed to be told.
I hope you enjoyed it and will check back for the rest of the series, which should be published within the next couple of months.
