The screams become louder.

INT. MARY'S HOME
Mary is screaming for help while Nicholas keeps kicking her
in the stomach. She begins to cough up blood.
MARY:
Please stop!
NICHOLAS:
I don't like when you lie to me!
He keeps kicking her and now in the head. Lauren slowly
regains consciousness. She gets up from the floor. Nicholas turns over to see Lauren get up. She runs towards him.
LAUREN:
Dad get away from her please!
Lauren jumps onto his back and tries to choke him. While she is choking him Mary gets up with very little strength barely
breathing trying to run to the front door, she keeps coughing up blood she slowly limps towards the door.
Nicholas throws Lauren off of him and runs and grabs Mary by the hair.
NICHOLAS:
I told you not to-
MARY
Someone please help!
A big rock comes shooting through the window and hits Mary
in the head. She falls to the floor. Peter climbs through
the window and following is Jen. As soon as they get in the doors break open and the police shoot Nicholas in his legs. He falls to the floor.
NICHOLAS:
Fuck!
The police drag him outside and call ambulance.
NICHOLAS:
I didn't kill her!
Jen and Peter stand over Mary's body and Jen leans down.
JEN:
(Screaming) No Mary! No! The rock hit her Peter.

PETER:

Jen continues to cry hard. Lauren gets up from the floor.
LAUREN:
(Crying) Mom no!!!! No please!
They all begin to cry very hard.
INT. REBECCA'S OFFICE
16 years after the incident of Mary and Lauren Hart.
Rebecca's phone rings.
REBECCA:
Hello? Hey how are you Misses
Burns. Actually (brief pause)... it

She looks at a picture of Mary.

Telephone rings again.
