  Broadway Theaters

There are forty Broadway theaters in New York City. Each theater has more than five hundred seats. Most of them are located near Times Square. This part of Broadway is sometimes called the Great White Way because there are so many bright lights on the giant signs above the theaters.

  The Empire State Building

This giant skyscraper has 103 floors. There are 73 elevators in the building. There are 1,860 steps from the street level to the 102nd floor. From observation decks on the 84th and 102nd floors, visitors can see almost all of Manhattan and beyond! There are so many businesses located in the Empire State Building that it has been given its own zip code—10118.
