Sheer joy made Mac whoop and toss his cap. “My luck’s changing for the better.”
“Our luck, Mac,” she corrected, cupped his face and pressed her soft, sweet lips to his.
He curled his arms around her. Yes, from now on, their luck. Their future was the only thing worth betting it all.
