The Love Bitten Series: Volume 1 Page 16

by Fiona Davenport

Her eyes went wide as they roamed over my chest, and her pink tongue darted out to wet her bottom lip. I groaned but stifled the need to grind down onto her pussy. Her skirt was voluminous, and it took a little effort to get it unzipped and drawn down her legs. Once it was gone, she was laid out before me in nothing but a pair of silky, nude panties, and—fuck—thigh highs that ended with lace wrapped around her thighs, and sexy black heels.

I left my pants on for the moment, knowing I’d lose my shit and be inside her in seconds once I released my cock. Getting onto my stomach, I settled between her thighs and ran my nose up her center, inhaling her apples and musk scent. The fabric was soaked, so my tongue left no evidence when it followed the path of my nose. “You smell so fucking good, angel.” I could have simply pulled the gusset of her underwear to the side, but I was desperate to have her center naked and completely bared to me.

With one fast tug, I ripped her panties from her body and wasted no time opening my mouth over her juicy pussy and sucking hard.

“Stephan!” Bronwyn screamed as her hips bucked up and her thighs attempted to close and force me away. No way in fuck was that happening. Her taste was bursting on my tongue, and my hunger was raw and intense, my pelvis grinding into the mattress to keep some control.

“Mine,” I grunted as I placed my forearms on her thighs to keep them open and spread her folds with my thumbs. She was swollen, pink and wet, glistening with nectar. I lapped at her arousal, drinking from her like a man getting his first taste of food after years of starvation.

Bronwyn’s hands delved into my hair, and she pushed and pulled, both trying to move me closer and shove me away. “It’s too much! Yes! Don’t stop! Stephan!”

I doubled my efforts and quickly sent her soaring on a fierce orgasm that ripped an ear-splitting scream from her lips.

Her pussy was gushing, and while I wanted to lick up every drop, I knew the slickness would help with the pain of breaching her virginity. My cock was leaking steadily, painfully hard, and pulsing with every beat of my heart. If I didn’t get inside her, I was going to lose my fucking mind.

I scrambled off the bed and hastily removed the rest of my clothes. My big, thick cock stood and bobbed against my stomach. Bronwyn’s gaze dropped to it, and her eyes went wide and as round as saucers. “I don’t think you’re going to fit,” she murmured in a trembling voice.

“Your pussy was made to take me, angel,” I said in a low, seductive tone as I climbed back onto the bed. “Do you trust me?” It was asking a lot, considering we’d only just met, so it filled me with joy and satisfaction when she nodded without hesitation. “Thank you.” I rested over her, keeping some of my weight on my elbows so I wouldn’t crush her. With unrestrained passion, I kissed her, and she returned it with equal fervor.

“I need you so fucking much,” I rasped. “Mine.”

“Yours,” she agreed in a whisper that I felt in my soul.

My cock was nestled in the apex of her thighs, and I rocked against her, readying her for my invasion. When she was again writhing with need, I lined up my shaft with her slick channel and began to work the tip inside. “Oh, fuck!” I hissed. “You’re so damn tight.”

On the outskirts of my sanity, I barely registered the ringing of a bell, but I ignored it, losing myself in the snug heat enclosed around the tip of my dick.

  BANG!

  BANG!

  BANG!

Bronwyn froze, and I cursed a blue streak as I recognized the sound of someone knocking on my door and incessantly ringing the doorbell.

I dropped my chin to my chest as I opened my mind, then sighed when I knew I couldn’t ignore the visitors. My brothers were at the door, and they were worried because I hadn’t shown up at the party and had closed my mind to them. But it was my parents who had me easing out of my consort’s pussy and staring at the shiny tip of my cock with longing.

“I’m sorry, angel,” I groaned as I rested my forehead in the valley between her breasts. “It’s my family. If it were just my meddling brothers, I would ignore them. But my parents are with them.”

With another long, irritated sigh, I moved off Bronwyn to stand beside the bed and held out my hand to her. “Let’s get you something to wear, angel.”

My mate popped up in bed and stared at me like I’d sprouted another head. “What?!” she shrieked. “I can’t meet your parents!”

I chuckled and shook my head, reaching for her and grabbing her just before she made it off the other side of the mattress. I dragged her over to me and set her on her feet, wrapping her in my arms. “Of course, you can, angel. They’ll be ecstatic to meet you.”

“No way!” she hissed, her head swinging wildly from side to side. “I can’t meet my—my—um—whatever’s parents smelling like sex and wearing your clothes!”

  Bronwyn

My head was spinning from everything that had happened over the past hour or so, but I was certain about one thing—there was absolutely no way I could meet Stephan’s parents looking like this. Twisting around in his embrace to search the room for someplace to hide while he could get rid of them, I realized French doors led out to a balcony. “Aha! I have the perfect solution.”

“You better not be thinking what I suspect,” he grumbled as he pressed a finger under my chin to turn my head back in his direction.

I widened my eyes and blinked a few times, trying to look as innocent as possible. “If you’re expecting me to suggest that I go sit out on your balcony while you have a nice little visit with your family, then you’d be right.”

“That is not going to happen.” He shook his head, and his hold on me tightened. His hard length pressed against my belly, sending a tingle straight to my core. “There’s no way in hell I’m going to head downstairs and act as if you’re not in our home.”

“But I wouldn’t be in your house,” I argued, pointing my thumb over my shoulder and ignoring him when he muttered something about it being our house. “I’d be outside, which is totally different.”

He cupped my face with his palms. “As much as I want to give you anything you ask of me, I simply cannot agree to this. Not only do I want you by my side but my mother would never forgive me for treating my fated consort as though she isn’t the most important person in my life. Especially so soon after I’ve found you, when you haven’t had time to come to understand what you mean to me yet. Our world is too new to you, but I need you to trust me on this. Please come downstairs with me, Bronwyn.”

“When you put it like that…” I grumbled as butterflies took flight in my belly. It was nearly impossible to decline a request when it was worded so prettily, and I found myself surrendering to the urge to give Stephan what he wanted. “I guess if you have a shirt I could wear that won’t look too horrible with the skirt, then I can go down and meet your parents.”

“Thank you, angel.” He brushed a kiss against my forehead before grabbing my skirt and bra off the floor and tugging me toward a huge walk-in closet that was bigger than the room I was renting. The perfectly ordered rows of clothing—with lots of custom-tailored suits—was another stark reminder of the differences between Stephan and me.

I zipped it up and settled the black material over my legs. Then I thought about the torn scrap of satin on his bedroom floor and sighed, “It’s a good thing this skirt is so long because my panties can never be worn again.”

“Sorry.” Stephan flashed me a sheepish grin, though it was clear he wasn’t really sorry. “I was in a rush to get to your sweet pussy and didn’t want to waste any time pulling them down your legs. I’m not sure if I want to buy you lots of pairs to do it over and over again”—he stroked his hand over my butt and gave one cheek a little pat—“or insist that you go without wearing panties all the time, so I don’t have to wait to get a taste of my new favorite treat.”

My core fluttered at the reminder of how hard I’d come when he had his mouth on me, and I pushed him toward the section with button-down shirts.
“Turning me on when your parents are waiting for us is not the way to get me to go downstairs with you.”

“Another reason to convince them all is well.” He pulled a white shirt from a hanger and handed it to me. “Then everyone will be on their way, and we can get back to what we were doing before they rudely interrupted us.”

As I put on my bra and slid my arms into his shirt, I blamed my sensual fog from earlier for not noticing an important missing step in this whole situation sooner. “Wait a second. How do you know it’s your parents and brothers down there? And why they’re here? You didn’t talk to anyone on your phone, and there are no security monitors up here for a doorbell camera or anything like that.”

He yanked some clothes off more hangers for himself before guiding me back into the bedroom and answering, “There are some natural gifts that come with being a vampire. One of them is the ability to speak telepathically with each other. It’s something you and I will be able to do as well once we’ve bonded fully.”

“Whoa.” My mind was reeling once again, and I must’ve been standing there trying to wrap my head around the idea of being able to use telepathy for a while because Stephan was fully dressed when he started to help me button up the shirt. My smaller frame was dwarfed by the oversized material, and I heaved a deep sigh before undoing the bottom three buttons to tie the material at my waist. After running my fingers through my tangled hair, I set my hand in the crook of Stephan’s elbow. “I guess I’m as ready as I can be.”

His eyes were filled with masculine approval as his gaze swept down the length of my body and back up again. “You’re utterly gorgeous; that’s what you are.”

His compliment gave me a confidence boost, but it was short-lived. As we neared his family—who had let themselves inside and were waiting in the same room where Stephan had torn my shirt, and my buttons were still scattered across the floor—I desperately wanted to turn around and run back upstairs. Not only was it obvious what we’d been doing before they arrived, but they were all dressed impeccably while I was wearing a men’s button-down shirt that was way too big for me and a black skirt that Stephan’s sister-in-law had loaned me. I knew I shouldn’t have let him talk me into coming down here when I looked like a little girl playing dress-up and failing miserably.

“Darn you and your silver tongue.” We shouldn’t have been close enough for the others to hear what I’d mumbled, but Athan’s deep chuckle left me in no doubt that they had. Elbowing Stephan in the side, I hissed, “I think you forgot to mention another vampiric gift.”

“Please don’t blame Stephan,” the woman pleaded with a soft smile as she moved toward us. “I’m certain my son would have explained everything to you much more thoroughly if we hadn’t barged into his home at the worst possible time.”

Being born a vampire apparently had more than its fair share of advantages because nobody would ever guess the woman was old enough to have grown sons. “I’m sure you’re right.”

“Of course, I would have, Mother.” Stephan wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me against his side. “But I barely had any time with my consort after saving her from a group of nightwalkers”—he glared at Athan—“to be able to explain much of anything to her.”

His brother raked his fingers through his hair. “Damn, I knew I should have insisted that Bronwyn accept a ride home.”

“Yes, you should have.” Stephan gave me a squeeze. “I would have been lost forever if anything had happened to her before I arrived.”

“If anyone should be apologizing, it’s me,” I mumbled, heat filling my cheeks. “I’m the one who repeatedly turned down the offer of a ride because I didn’t want to be a bother.”

“Oh, my dear. You’ll never be a bother.” Stephan’s mother moved closer to give us a hug. “Kieran and Athan will be more than happy to do whatever it takes to protect you, just as Stephan is for Thana and Selene.”

“Our mother is correct. If there’s ever anything you need and Stephan isn’t available to help, please call upon Athan or me for help,” Kieran agreed.

Or at least I assumed that was who he was since we hadn’t actually been introduced yet. “Thank you...Kieran?”

“Where are our manners?” Their mother pointed at her chest. “I’m Stephan’s mother, Aria.”

The man she’d been standing next to when we came in—whose bright blue eyes were a perfect match for Stephan’s—stepped forward to shake my hand. “I’m their father, Tristan.”

Athan flashed me a grin. “You already know me.”

“And I’m the eldest brother, Kieran.” He executed a little bow and winked.

Stephan pulled me closer into his side. “I highly doubt you’ll ever need to call upon them since I’ll always be here for you, but my brothers’ offer was sincere.”

“It absolutely was.” Aria clapped her hands and smiled. “Family is everything.”

It was a sweet sentiment, but not one I’d experienced in my own life when family tended to let me down instead of lending a helping hand when needed. Feeling more out of my element, I glanced up at Stephan. Even though we barely knew each other, he somehow seemed to understand what my look meant. “Speaking of family...since it’s you all, I can be blunt. My consort and I need some time alone please.”

“Oh, yes. I guess you’re right.” Aria’s happy expression dimmed a little. “It’s just, we missed so much when your older brothers met their consorts, and I’m so excited to finally not miss out on this momentous occasion in one of our son’s lives.”

“At least we aren’t halfway around the world on a top secret mission for the council,” Tristan murmured as he took his wife’s hand to lead her out of the room with Athan and Kieran following closely behind.

As soon as the sound of the front door closing echoed through the house, Stephan turned to me. “Now that they’re gone, where were we at?”

  Stephan

As I pulled Bronwyn into my arms and was about to whisk her back to our bedroom, her stomach growled. I laughed as her cheeks bloomed with a pretty shade of pink. “I’m sorry, angel,” I murmured as I brushed my thumb over the soft blush. “I should have thought to feed you.”

“Aren’t you hungry, too?” she asked curiously. “Didn’t you say you were rushing to the party? Were you going to eat there...?” She trailed off as her eyes rounded with whatever realization had popped into her head. “Wait...were you going to drink from someone at the party?” she nearly shrieked. But it wasn’t horror that I saw in her deep brown eyes. It was jealousy.

I threw my head back and laughed heartily while wrapping her in a big hug. “You’re too fucking adorable. And sexy as fuck when you get possessive.”

“I’m not possessive,” she grumbled into my shirt.

Laughing again, I let up on my hold and kissed her temple. With one finger, I lifted her chin so I could see her beautiful face. “Too cute.” Then I shook my head in answer to her question. “No, angel. Daywalkers despise the taste of blood directly from the source. We usually stick to bagged blood.”

Bronwyn’s nose wrinkled just the tiniest bit, and I bit my lip to hide my smile when I realized she was miffed as she stated, “So my blood is revolting to you?”

I wanted to laugh again, except she seemed genuinely upset by the idea. Dropping my head into the crook of her neck, I inhaled deeply before scraping a fang lightly along her delicate skin and smiling when she shivered. “Your blood is the exception, my sweet mate. My body craves your blood as much as it desires to be buried inside you.”

Her plump lips parted and formed a little O, and I couldn’t resist stealing a kiss. But before it got out of control, I tore my mouth away, took her hand, and led her to the kitchen.

Bronwyn gasped when we entered the large, bright room. It was a chef’s dream kitchen—or so I’d been told by the designer when I’d renovated the house after buying it a few years ago. I didn’t cook much, so it hadn’t been a room I paid much attention to. However, I’d
let the man have free rein over it, and now, seeing the look of wonder and excitement on Bronwyn’s face as she eagerly looked around, I knew I’d made the right decision.

“This kitchen...wow,” she breathed. I guided her to a large island in the middle of the room and helped her into one of the chairs, all the while her eyes bounced around, taking everything in.

“I take it you like to cook?”

She nodded, but her cheeks dusted with pink once again. “Yes, although I’ve had very little experience. My mother and I used to bake together, and I often helped with dinner. After my parents died, I went into foster care and wasn’t allowed in the kitchen in my foster homes. And the shared kitchen at the boarding house is...well, let’s just say, I wouldn’t trust much that was prepared in there.” She let out a little laugh and shifted as though uncomfortable. “I’d be afraid to do anything in here in case I broke something. I’ve never even been inside a kitchen this fancy.”

I frowned and had to stamp down the desire to hunt down every person who’d put the sadness in my mate’s tone and tear their throats out. I made sure my voice was pleasant when I responded, “Well, this is your kitchen now. You can use it anytime you want and make whatever changes that please you.”

Bronwyn’s eyes widened and she glanced around again. “I wouldn’t change a thing. This kitchen was plucked right out of my daydreams.”

I nodded and smiled. “Good”—I winked—”and I promise, I’ll eat anything you make and love it.”

She smiled brightly for a minute, then pursed her lips as she tipped her head to the side in a curious gesture. “You eat real food?”

I laughed and kissed her cheek before strolling over to a tall cabinet with a door made of chestnut, matching the rest of the kitchen. Except it was the door to a large refrigerator instead of a cupboard. “Yes, I live on a diet of both food and blood. It will be the same for you when you’ve made the change.”
