Vicious Knight: A Dark Mafia Romance Page 11

by Amaya Black

“Whew, look at that ass!” Mallory cat called me.

My hands flew to cover my butt, and I shot them both a look.

The thought to kill them both occurred to me.

Seriously, how hard could it be?

My dress was waiting on the bed. It was solid red, with a sweetheart neckline the was covered in sequences. It matched Rina and Mallory’s dresses except for the fact that it was solid. The bottom half was nothing but red tule, that bounced and bobbed around once I slid it up.

  “Ugh,” I grunted.

“What?” Mallory and Rina asked in unison.

“I think I’m gaining weight….when I bought this last week it barely fit. Someone zip me up.”

Mallory came forth to do the deed while Rina took another gulp from the wine bottle and snapped more pictures. I felt the vibrations of the zipper slide from the base of my back and along my spine.

“Damn I should’ve gotten the red one,” Rina finally put the bottle down.

“You look, hot boss,” Mallory said.

I did a little strut and moved around in the mirror. The last thing I needed was the heels that I’d purchased a while back. Reaching into the top of my closet, I pulled down a shoebox and removed the lid. Inside waiting for me were red and black snake Louboutins. They had cost me a pretty penny but the moment I’d seen them, I’d had to have them.

Popping them onto my feet, I felt like a tattooed Cinderella.

“The guys are probably getting pissed we’re taking so long,” I told them.

We finally left my loft and caught a rideshare to Frost. I knew it was dangerous going there. It’d been a week since I’d last seen Lucien. Naturally, his threats of killing Miguel had fallen away due to the fact that Miguel had shown up to work every day since the incident happened.

My mother’s famous words were etched into my brain as traffic darted along outside. “Baby girl, the road to hell is paved with bad intentions.”

I wondered what she would have thought of my involvement with Lucien, to save Albie, who by the way was still alive as well. I guess Lucien had taken what he wanted from me and that had satisfied the debt.

The driver of the rideshare dropped us right in front of Frost. The line was moving fast to get inside and I was grateful. Even though the weather had turned slightly warm there was still a chill. When it was our turn we escaped into the atmosphere.

It didn’t look like its normal self. There were balloon decorations and hearts everywhere. Valentines’ Day had hit Frost in a huge way. I spotted Miguel and the rest of the boys and we went over to greet them.

Ax and AJ each had a girl on their arms, and Brandon was off nearby chatting up some beautiful ladies who had been charmed by him.

Miguel turned and took us in as we approached. He grabbed his chest as if he were having a heart attack and then handed each of us a glass.

“We’ve been waiting on the three of you to show,” Ax spoke.

They proceeded to introduce us to their dates but I didn’t commit their names to memory. What was the use, those two would be with new women tomorrow.

When everyone else went off to either dance or grab more drinks, Miguel and I stayed, sitting on the plush velvet couch. I’d finally waved down a waitress in the packed club and she returned with my drink, vodka on ice with a splash of cranberry.

Maybe I’d hung out with the Vicious Wolf too long; I laughed quietly in my head. Bringing the drink to my lips, I took a sip out of the little black straw. The cool liquid slid up and went down like silk. I felt the heat of Miguel sliding in deep and when I looked over he was starring.

  “Boss,” he said.

“What’s up? And you know you don’t have to call me that outside of working hours, right?”

He grinned sheepishly. The corners of his eyes wrinkled up.

“Have I told you how fucking gorgeous you look tonight?”

His hands began to roam up and down my shoulder. His fingers left a warm trail beneath his fingertips. He was watching where his hands roamed and looked up to meet my surprised eyes.

“You have,” I bit my lip.

  Miguel was sexy.

  Miguel was gorgeous.

I should have been jumping at the thought, instead, I felt the need to flee.

“Does it make you uncomfortable,” his fingers stilled. “Is there someone else?”

The last of the vodka drained from my glass. Mentally, I was cursing the waitress out, and I looked for her for just a split second.

“No I’m not uncomfortable,” I replied.

“I got a room at a Marriott nearby,” he said softly. “I figured I might…”

My eyes grew wide in their sockets.

  “Miguel, I don’t know if that’s a good idea,” I replied. “I’m flattered…but …”

“But what? You think you’re too good for me?”

It was definitely time to scoot back. He had invaded my space and I never should have let him. His eyes seemed to gloss over and I had no idea where the unchecked aggression was coming from but he needed to get himself in check.

“Miguel, I don’t think I’m too good for you. I’m honestly just getting out of a fucked up situation…not that that’s any of your business. I’ll give you a few moments to yourself to get your dignity back, but don’t you ever fucking touch me again.”

My feet carried me as far away from the scene of that debacle as they could. I didn’t stop until I reached the bar and found Rina and Mallory.

“Did the two of you know?”

  “Know what?” Rina asked.

She looked like she was about to pass out.

“That Miguel…has a crush on me? That might sound juvenile but he seemed super into me,” I waved a bartender over.

“We thought the two of you were sleeping together…you’re not?” Mallory frowned.

  “Hell no!”

The bartender popped over and took my drink quick enough. I leaned against the bar, disinterested in the scene, and started debating on going home. My eyes starred at my reflection in the mirror behind the bar. Party-goers were dancing, drinking, and making out all around me.

  I hate Valentine’s Day, I thought.

  It was semi-true.

  I’d always been single.

I’d always been alone. It wasn’t exactly like you could take the guy you were semi dating on a high stakes robbery in Calabasas, California, or even to a Senator’s house somewhere in D.C. to retrieve a few classified files without explaining what you did for a living. Luckily, that part was behind me and I could simply say I tattooed for a living and ran a shop.

I looked away for a moment to my right and saw Mallory and Rina taking shots. With a sigh, I went back to staring at my reflection only to find myself eye to eye with Lucien.

He had materialized out of nowhere.

Blinking rapidly, I thought I was imagining it.

When I felt his hands go around my midriff, I knew then I wasn’t imagining it.

“Little Angel,” he whispered in my ear. “Come with me. Or I’ll be forced to blow your little co-worker's brains out right here and right now.”

  A shudder went through.

I turned to meet his eyes.

“Don’t you have a blond to be tending to,” I pushed against his chest.

He must have been ready because this time he didn’t budge an inch.

  “You sure seem worried.”

I wanted to punch the hell out of him and knock that shit-eating grin off his face.

“Me? I’m the worried one…you just threatened to kill someone in a club full of people.”

“I’ll do it,” he shrugged. “So come with me. I have something for you.”

My eyes darted down between us.

  “I’ve seen that before…wasn’t impressed.”

He threw back his head and a laugh escaped. When he sobered, my drank had arrived. He reached for it and quickly finished it. He was satisfied and I was annoyed.

  “Fine.”
>
He smirked and then took my head leading me through the crowd. Where ever it was that he was taking me, hopefully, it wouldn’t take too long and I could get back to the girls. I gave them a look and they had started making out with each other and hadn’t even noticed my departure.

Lucien was quiet as he pulled me outside through a side entrance, and towards his car.

  I stopped short.

  “Oh hell no!”

  Surprise clouded his face. “What?”

“I’m not going anywhere with you!”

I could see his eyes then, in the lights of the club. They had turned dark and sinister. Lucien had something for me alright, I just wasn’t sure I wanted to find out exactly what it was.

He sauntered over and gripped my arm. His fingers seemed to dig into my flesh like a rake cutting through a pile of leaves. “Get your ass in the car.”

I refused and without a second thought, he picked me up and tossed me over his shoulder. My fist began to beat into his muscled back. I was sure it felt like pebbles being thrown against the side of a mountain.

I began to holler and curse him out.

“Leave me the fuck alone! This is crazy. I hate you!”

He didn’t listen and finally, I was in the back seat of the vehicle.

We starred each other down, grizzly bear versus lioness.

I parted my lips to say something, but he shut the door in my face and promptly began to walk to the driver's side of the car. All I could do was sit in disbelief.

He pulled out of the parking lot and away from the club. I realized then that I had left my phone sitting with Miguel. I facepalmed myself, hard. First Miguel had tried to put the moves on me and now I was being kidnapped by Lucien, AGAIN!

  “Why are you doing this?”

“I told you I had something to show you,” he insisted.

“You could have texted me,” I said slowly.

“Yes, I could have but this was too good to wait,” he spoke again.

Climbing from the back and into the front seat of the car, I gave him a nasty look.

“Kidnapping me twice…I need a bodyguard,” I rolled my eyes and began to wrap the seat belt around me.

Lucien said nothing and only turned on the radio. Music drifted in and out of the speakers as some rapper and a familiar singer’s voice hit high notes. I settled back into my seat, vaguely aware of the traffic passing in the opposite direction.

Some Valentine’s Day, I thought sullenly.

“Why were you at the Safaryan’s the other night?” Lucien asked out of nowhere.

  “Is that your business?”

He huffed. “From now on, Little Angel, anything concerning you is my business.”

Rolling my eyes, I dragged my eyes over to him. He was watching me and a very serious look was twinkling in his eye. A calm came over the car, and the music seemed to be drowning out.

“It’s nothing for you to know,” I murmured.

  “Tell me…or so help me…”

“You’ll do what? So help you…you’ll do what exactly? You’ll kidnap me?”

He laughed. “I’ll pull this car over, Little Angel. And I’ll take you across my knees….pull that cute little number you’re wearing up and over that ass of yours…and I’ll spank you.”

  “You wouldn’t…”

We lock eyes, with oncoming traffic.

  “I would…”

I let out a growl of frustration.

“Fine, you nosey son of a bitch,” I threw my hands up in exasperation. “I found out some information regarding Nova’s siblings.”

  “And?”

“They’re my siblings too. Desmond and Yara and I share a father,” I looked over at him. “I guess I don’t have to worry about you threatening them. Their big sister is the Queen of the Bratva.”

He chuckled. “No, I wouldn’t touch those kids. But that piece of shit Albert…”

“You won’t touch, Albie,” I reminded him.

He muttered something under his breath. Rolling my eyes again, I turned to look out the window. I didn’t want to think about Albie. I didn’t want to think about my father.

I didn’t want to think about how hot Lucien’s words had made me. That he would pull this car over and spank me.

  Total slut, I thought.

My hands grew a mind of their own. I found myself unbuckling the seatbelt before either of us knew what was going on and I was suddenly unzipping his pants.

  “Wha…”

  “Shhh,” I whispered.

“Goddamn, Simone I’m driving!” A hoarse excited whisper escaped his lips.

  “You can't come and drive?”

Those words lit a fire in him, as I pulled his thick and waiting cock out. He was warm in my hands and growing by the second. Lucien had played plenty of games with me. Kidnapped me. Threatened me. And yet, I still wanted him in my mouth, pulling pleasure from his body until he exploded.

The car swerved for just a second but I didn’t care. Easing my mouth down, I could still smell the soap he used to wash his body. Looking up one last time, I saw that he had set the cruise control and had his head resting against the headrest.

The second I liked the tip, a soft, “Fuck,” escaped from his mouth.

I began working his shit like a pro. I conjured up vibrations in the back of my throat and hummed on him like I was singing a lullaby. Before he could get used to that, I began to use both my hands to manipulate his girth. It was a wonder, I was never sore with him or hurting after our sexual encounters because he was thick and had a slight curve to it.

My sloppy, slippery slurping went on for what seemed like forever.

I had no idea that he would get so vocal and aggressive.

One of his hands came off the steering wheel and grabbed the back of my neck. He began to force himself down my throat as hard as possible before easing away.

  Spit was sliding everywhere.

I was gagging for my life.

“Little Angel!” He cried. “Take FUCKING ALL OF IT!”

He pushed me back down again…

I was still gagging for my life but this time, he flooded my mouth.

“Drink all of it Simone, or the next time it won’t be your throat but your pussy.”

I could feel him emptying into my waiting mouth on a shoulder. I did like a good girl and swallowed every last bit that he gave me. When it was done, I leaned up and licked the side of his face.

“You’re no longer fucking running this show,” I told him. “If you want me, you’ll have to do better than kidnapping me.”

He adjusted himself and put his hands back on the wheel. He cut me a look and he knew I was serious.

“You’ll have to earn me Vicious Wolf.” I slid back to my side of the car. “Now where are we going?”

  “It’s a surprise,” he grumbled.

Lucien was never one for the challenge. I’d probably scared the shit out of him by issuing that contest.

“Fine,” I replied and we drove on.

I had no idea where he was taking me but I settled back in.

  Waiting.

  Chapter 25- Lucien

We were here to pick up a very specific package. I hadn’t really planned to kidnap Simone again but here were. The red dress she had on down to the shoes, had me brick-hard inside of my pants.

When we pulled onto the farm owned by John Whitefeather, I watched as she set up. We’d driven forty-five minutes outside of Chicago to come to a farm.

“This where the Bratva bury their bodies?” She asked rather calmly and a sly smile appeared on my lips.

“There’s no way I could kill you after the head you just gave me.”

She glanced over shyly and then began to go into a fit of giggles. “My mom always told me my mouth would get me into too much trouble one day.”

“She had no idea,” I told her as I parked. “Stay here.”

I slipped out onto gravel that crunched beneath my feet. A figure loomed up ahead. Tall a
nd lean he slinked out and came to meet me. I’d texted him way before I’d grabbed up Simone so he’d been expecting me tonight anyway.

  “John,” I spoke.

  “Old friend,” he greeted me.

We shook hands and then asked me to follow him. Before I did, I waved Simone out of the car. John had started walking on ahead but stopped the moment Simone and her red dress came into view.

“And who is this beautiful creature?” He turned to me.

“I’m a friend. Simone,” she answered for herself and stuck out her hand. “And you are?”

“I’m in love,” John joked holding onto her hand for a little too long.

A scarlet streak ran up Simone’s face. I growled low in my voice. The fact that John had touched what was mine had my blood boiling. He grinned in my face and let go of her hand and sauntered on up ahead.

Simone glanced at me and rolled her eyes. “Really?”

  “Really, what?”

  “Growling?”

“He shouldn’t have fucking touched you,” I stated. “I’ll blow his fucking brains out. It was offensive.”

She gave a toss of her hair and started walking. My hand reached out and I dragged her back. Looking down the bridge of my nose at her, I realized her heels had put us closer in height than normal.

“Don’t play with other men’s lives in front of me, Simone. I mean it.”

  “Are you threatening me again?”

“I’m not threatening you. I’m threatening other men,” I gritted out. “No one can have what is mine.”

“Funny it's yours but when you had it…you tossed it away like it was nothing. Anyway, this isn’t the place for this discussion.”

“Fine, after we leave here, I’m taking back to the house and we’ll talk it over while I fuck your brains out,” I realized my fingers were still holding onto her arm pretty tightly.

She shrugged me off and began walking. I didn’t say anything else until we had reached the inside of the barn where John and a few of his cousins I recognized were standing around looking.

“Holy shit,” I heard Simone whisper under her breath. Turning to me, she cocked her head. “Are they yours?”

  “Not all of them.
