  Delicious Egg Scramble

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Ingredients:

  12 eggs

  14 ounces sausages, sliced

  1 cup coconut milk

  16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

  A pinch of salt and black pepper

  1 teaspoon basil, dried

  1 teaspoon oregano, dried

  Cooking spray

  Directions:

  Grease your Crockpot with cooking spray and spread sausages on the bottom.

  Crack eggs, add milk, basil, oregano, salt and pepper, whisk a bit, sprinkle cheddar all over, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

  Divide egg scramble on plates and serve.

  Ingredients:

  10 ounces cream of celery

  12 ounces asparagus, chopped

  2 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and sliced

  1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Grease your Crockpot with the oil.

  Add cream of celery and cheese to the pot and stir.

  Add asparagus and eggs, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

  Divide between plates and serve for breakfast.

  Ingredients:

  2 pounds asparagus spears, cut into medium pieces

  1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  A drizzle of olive oil

  A pinch of salt and black pepper

  2 cups coconut milk

  1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  5 eggs, whisked

  Directions:

  Grease your Crockpot with the oil and spread asparagus and mushrooms on the bottom.

  In a bowl, mix the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, whisk, pour into the pot, toss everything, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

  Divide between plates and serve right away for breakfast.

  Italian Eggs

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Ingredients:

  1 and ½ tablespoon olive oil

  1 yellow onion, chopped

  3 garlic cloves, minced

  27 ounces canned tomatoes, crushed

  1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  2 tablespoons tomato paste

  1 teaspoon basil, dried

  1 teaspoon oregano, dried

  ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

  A pinch of salt and black pepper

  4 eggs

  ¼ cup parsley, chopped

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add garlic and onion, stir, cook for 2-3 minutes and transfer everything to your Crockpot.

  Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili flakes, oregano, basil, salt and pepper, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

  Make 4 well in this mix, crack an egg in each, cover and cook on High for 20 minutes more.

  Sprinkle parsley all over, divide everything between plates and serve for breakfast.

  1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  2 leeks, chopped

  10 ounces canned tomatoes, chopped

  Directions:

  In your Crockpot, mix bacon with sausages, carrots, tomato puree, paprika, leeks, tomatoes, water, salt and pepper, toss, cover and cook on High for 3 hours.

  1/3 cup dill, chopped

  2 tablespoons onion flakes

  6 eggs

  12 ounces coconut milk

  Cooking spray

  Directions:

  Grease your Crockpot with cooking spray.

  In a bowl, mix chicken with feta, spinach, dill, onion flakes, salt and pepper and stir well.

  In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with salt, pepper and milk and whisk well.

  Add this to chicken mix, toss everything, transfer to your Crockpot, cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

  1 pound chorizo, chopped

  1 yellow onion, chopped

  1 sweet red pepper, chopped

  2 jalapenos, chopped

  1 cup coconut milk

  ½ cup Mexican cheese, shredded

  A pinch of salt and white pepper

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan over medium-high heat, add chorizo, jalapenos, red pepper and onion, stir, cook for 7 minutes and transfer to your Crockpot after you’ve greased it with cooking spray.

  In a bowl, mix the eggs with salt, pepper and milk, whisk well and pour over chorizo mix.

  Sprinkle cheese, cover pot and cook on Low for 4 hours.

  Ingredients:

  4 eggs, whisked

  4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped

  For the sauce:

  1 cup almond milk

  ½ cup cashews, soaked, drained

  ¼ cup green onions, chopped

  1 teaspoon garlic powder

  Salt and black pepper to the taste

  1 tablespoon lemon juice

  Directions:

  In your blender, mix cashews with milk, garlic powder, lemon juice, green onions, salt and pepper, blend really well and leave aside for now.

  Drizzle the oil in your Crockpot, add eggs, salt and pepper, whisk, cover and cook on Low for 3 hours.

  Add salmon, toss a bit, cover, cook on Low for 40 minutes more and divide between plates.

  Drizzle green onions sauce all over and serve for breakfast.
