  Add 2 tablespoons oil, milk, pecans and raisins, stir and pour this into Crockpot after you’ve greased it with cooking spray.

  Heat up a small pan over medium-high heat, add water, orange juice, orange peel, the rest of the oil and the rest of the sugar, stir, bring to a simmer, pour over the mix in the Crockpot, cover and cook on Low for 5 hours.

  Divide into dessert bowls and serve.

  Stuffed Apples

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Ingredients:

  4 apples, tops cut off and cored

  4 figs

  4 tablespoons coconut sugar

  1 teaspoon ginger powder

  ¼ cup pecans, chopped

  2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated

  ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ground

  ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

  1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1tablespoon coconut oil

  ½ cup water

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix figs with sugar, ginger, pecans, lemon zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, oil and lemon juice, whisk really well and stuff your apples with this mix.

  Put the water in your Crockpot, arrange apples, cover, cook on High for 2 hours, divide between dessert plates and serve.

  2/3 cup almond milk

  1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix swerve with almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, oil, eggs, chocolate chips and vanilla extract, whisk really well, pour this into your lined and greased Crockpot and cook on Low for 3 hours.

  Leave cake aside to cool down, slice and serve.

  4 pears, peeled and tops cut off and cored

  1 cinnamon stick

  1 inch ginger, grated

  Directions:

  Put the pears in your Crockpot, add cardamom pods, apple juice, maple syrup, cinnamon and ginger, cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.

  Divide into bowls and serve with the sauce drizzled on top.

  In your Crockpot, mix juice with passion fruits pulp and seeds, maple syrup, eggs, coconut, almond milk, almond flour and baking powder, whisk really well, cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.

  In your Crockpot, mix coconut milk with lemon zest, whisked egg yolks, cream, water, coconut sugar and blackberries, toss, cover and cook on High for 1 hour.

  Divide into bowls and serve cold.

  1 egg

  3 tablespoons coconut cream

  ½ cup coconut sugar

  ¼ cup pineapple juice

  4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  ½ cup carrots, grated

  1/3 cup pecans, toasted and chopped

  1/3 cup coconut flakes

  Cooking spray

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix flour with baking soda and powder, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir.

  In a second bowl, mix the egg with coconut cream, sugar, pineapple juice, oil, carrots, pecans and coconut flakes and stir well.

  Combine the two mixtures, stir very well everything, pour this into your Crockpot after you’ve greased it with cooking spray, cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.

  Leave the cake to cool down, then cut and serve it.

  4 ounces dried apricots, chopped

  1 cup almond flour

  3 teaspoons baking powder

  1 cup coconut sugar

  1 teaspoon ginger powder

  ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

  15 tablespoons ghee, melted

  3 tablespoons maple syrup

  4 eggs

  1 carrot, grated

  Directions:

  In a blender, mix flour with baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, salt and ginger and pulse a few times.

  Add ghee, maple syrup, eggs, dried cranberries, dried apricots and carrot, fold them into the batter and spread this into your Crockpot after you’ve greased it with a drizzle of avocado oil.

  Cover, cook on Low for 3 hours, leave aside to cool down, divide into bowls and serve.

  Leave the cake to cool down, slice and serve.
