by Virginia Vice

After the events of that day, the things that happened as it unfolded, she was no longer a virgin. Her mother would not have appreciated her handing it out before the actual marriage, but given how desperately she needed him, perhaps the fact they were engaged had softened the blow, not to mention how she so wanted to be a grandmother... she didn't let it weigh on her mind too much. It was difficult for anything to weigh on her mind whenever they joined like that, and in time it felt like she was growing addicted to him, as though the Duke himself was a drug, a medication.

Possibly the only day for the next few months in which she hadn't bedded with him was the day of the funeral, which was a long day indeed, one that not only hadn't ended with sobriety but indeed, feeling unable to deal with her grief nor able to fall in bed with him to properly enjoy their copulation which would have undoubtedly been ever marked with the memory of her mother's funeral, she drunk herself to sickness.

Before the funeral, however, she finally replied to one of the many letters that Janet and Denise had sent her, mostly Denise though. The short-haired brunette, though she was treated quite kindly by Emma's fiance, had been rather prickly in response. Den, on the other hand, brought a much-needed giggle to her grieving friend as she bounced right up to the Duke and gave him a big hug along with a kiss on the cheek.

“Woah-hoah-hoah! Well then...” he tugged at his jacket of his suit, seemingly airing it out as he let out a breath. “Em, if things don't work out with us you realize I'm taking your friend here, right?” Emma had attempted to give him a cold look in response, but it was impossible to properly give with the grin she could scarcely suppress.

“Awwwww...” the blonde on the other hand seemed to take it as quite a compliment. “What a sweetie. I'm taken tho-ough.” She dragged the last word on merrily as she stuck out her left hand, the fingertips pointing slightly downwards, and she proudly showed off her wedding ring. She and Emma laughed as the Duke swung his arm, giving his fingers a snap as though to say 'darn, missed my chance'. Janet crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes. She didn't speak it out loud, but she suspected that his faithfulness was questionable at best.

When the grieving daughter got sick on the night after the funeral had ended, both girls were at her side, with Denise holding the poor girl's hair back.

In the months that followed, she found solace in their wedding bed in his mansion, their mansion. Not only that but though the bed was in the room that had been his but was now theirs, it was also a new bed, a fact she had made sure of before she had even properly moved out of her previous house and into his. With his reputation, she simply couldn't get it out of her head that he likely had, not one, but several women within those very sheets, on that very mattress. Of course, he had no issue with accepting her requirements.

“Oh baby, mmm-” he took her lips hungrily, lifting her up and spinning her in their hotel room, her wedding gown waving dazzlingly behind her. “Tonight, we're not stopping until I've filled you up.” He kissed her again. “Twice.”

“Mmm-hmm-hmm...” she kissed back, laughing through her nose as she did so. “However you like, Duke...”

  “Oh you little devil...”

“I don't think it'll matter where, though.” His head shot away from her so as to look at her, surprise as well as a grin on his features.

  “Buggery?”

“No! I mean, you don't have to finish inside if you don't want. It could be on me, in my mouth...”

“You know how I want to be a father, Em.”

“... you might be one regardless of where you fire off.” His eyes narrowed at her confusedly. Her cheeks alight with a firm blush, a sheepish grin on her lips as her eyes darted from his eyes, hungrily to his mouth, and back. The woman's eyebrows gave a couple suggestive bounces, and that when his gaze widened in realization.

  “Y'mean-?!”

“Mother Nature hasn't paid me a visit in a couple months.” The little mynx said it casually with a shrug in spite of its obviously quite heavy connotations.

“Wahooooo! Hahahaha!” Around and around he spun her, giggling away as she held onto him tightly. Not at all for security, but in absolute and unbridled elation at his enthusiastic response. “Three times! No less than three bloody times!” Thus she was flung to the King-sized bed, laughing and giggling as she bounced, peering up as he began to undo himself. She pushed herself to the bed's edge, turning sideways.

  “Unzip me.” Zzzzzzzzzzzzzip.

Zzzip. “I've got yours.” She cheekily giggled.

He'd never really initiated sex before in the midst of both parties giving such great hoots of laughter.

  They lived happily ever after.

The Dominate Duke & The Maid

  The New Maid Gets Trained

  By Virginia Vice

  CHAPTER ONE

Mrs. Rose Purple walked through the castle hurriedly with a lamp in her hand. It was already first light and she had to make sure the maids and the other servants were doing their jobs. She had only recently been made Housekeeper after Mrs. Cotton, the former Housekeeper retired due to old age. Now, Mrs. Rose Purple, at the age of forty-two, was the Housekeeper of the Graham residence.

The Graham residence was the castle in which the Duke, Harry Graham owned and resided. The castle had been in his family for over seven hundred years. It had been passed on from generation to generation. Duke Harry Graham’s grandfather, the late Duke Peter Graham, had told him stories about the castle before the old man passed away. Now, the castle was the property of the twenty-eight years old Duke Harry Graham.

Duke Harry Graham was a handsome young bachelor and he was the only child of his late parents. He had no close relatives and he was usually lonely. The members of his household knew that and they all wished the generous young Duke would find someone young, kind, attractive and of royal birth for his wife. Most of them did not speak directly with the Duke but they could tell he was nice and generous because they were better treated than other servants in the city were.

Usually, the servants in the city would have one evening off the whole week. That was not the case with the young Duke’s servants. He wanted his servants to feel a sense of pride and so, he always made sure they were better catered for than most other servants were. To this end, he made sure that they had a day off every week. Sometimes, their evenings were also free for them. This meant that they were able to go into town to have fun and do a few other things for themselves. This was highly unusual and some of the nobles were disgusted by it. They did not like the idea of giving these servants so much free time. They felt it was setting a bad precedent.

On the other hand, it endeared the young Duke to the lower class people. Many of them dreamed to work for him and be a part of his household. Unlike other servants who usually had to sleep inside lockers or tiny rooms, Duke Graham’s servants were a lot more comfortable with more space in their rooms. This made other servants envy them and if people below the middle class wanted to work, they would prefer to work in the Duke’ household. However, very few were ever fortunate to live that dream. The Duke’s household was fifty staff strong and needed no more addition.

That was the very topic that burdened Mrs. Rose’s mind. She needed to speak to the young Duke and she hoped that just like always, he would be in a good mood so she could get his consent on one more staff. She had control over the members of the household but Duke Graham had told her that he would only accommodate fifty servants. He did not need more. Therefore, she would have to request his permission to add even one more person to the staff, even though he would not even notice. She just did not want to start badly as Housekeeper. Otherwise, she would have ignored him and employed her little cousin immediately.

She wondered how Duke Graham would react when she would tell him this morning. She hoped he would be accommodating as he always was.

She finished making her rounds around the house, overseeing the servants. Som
e of them seemed to need a constant reminder for everything and it annoyed her. They all had a lot of work to do and she did not like them adding to her work by making her move around more frequently. She still had to balance the accounts. The way they were racking up expenses, she could understand why Duke Graham did not want any more maids. She could also understand if he cut out the holidays or limited them. If she had been the one paying all these bills, she would want maximum service for her money. Fortunately, the odds of Duke Graham cutting down on costs by firing servants were low. She knew he would also not reduce the time they had to themselves. Apart from being kind, he was rich and money was not in any way his problem. He had lots of lands and he had a lot of people working for him. His farms were doing so well that he had only recently invested proceeds in the mining industry. Coal was the business of the day and people who had a lot of money to throw around wanted to go into it. It was both a prestigious thing and a prosperous thing to do.

Duke Graham kept a large household so as to help a few commoners get their dream life and because it was fashionable. The number of servants a wealthy person had usually stood as a symbol of his wealth.

“Good morning, Mrs. Rose” the young Duke’s voice came through to her, startling her.

She was still trying to get used to being called “Mrs”. She was not married. She already had two children out of wedlock but she was not married. Still, it was the custom of the day to call the housekeeper by the title of “Mrs”.

“Yes, Your Grace!” she responded to her royal and benevolent employer with as decent a bow a genuflection as she could.

She noticed that her genuflection caused the Duke to smile. That was the desired effect. Now, she too smiled.

“What do you want now, Mrs. Rose?” Duke Harry Graham asked, smiling at her as h headed towards the dining room.

“Your grace, it is a small favor,” she responded.

“Then, it should be easy to grant,” he said to her.

His response made her smile. It would be easy for the blessed benevolent soul to grant her request.

“Your grace, it is about my little cousin. Her employer passed away a month ago and she is currently without a job. As you know, being a servant in a great household is the preferred occupation choice among poor commoners like myself. I was hoping to get her a job here. I need your permission to increase the staff by one more person, your grace,” Mrs. Rose said to her employer.

The Duke smiled. He understood that the poor folk preferred working in great households because of the job security that came with it. The mining jobs, for instance, were usually done on a contract basis and once the contract expired, the workers had their contracts terminated. The same thing applied to most of the other industrial jobs.

“You have my permission, Mrs. Rose. I would like to meet your cousin” he said to Mrs. Rose and watched as a beautiful smile broke out on her face again.

He could see she was relieved and happy. He liked seeing everyone in his household happy. It made him feel happy too.

He went into the dining room. His breakfast was ready and his butler was already on hand to serve him. This morning, he would have to hurry up with his meal. He had decided he would go check up on his farms and on his workers today. He also wanted to get to the mining company and see how business was going. He could request them to send someone to his castle but he did not want to do that. He felt like he needed to go out more often. So, he was going to go out and only come back to the castle in the evening.

“What is your little cousin’s name and how old is she?” the young Duke asked Mrs. Rose who stood close to the door of the dining room as she whispered instructions to a Housemaid.

“Your grace?” She asked. She did not hear what he said to her.

“Your cousin. How old is she? What is her name?” Duke Harry Graham asked her.

She smiled excitedly. It made her feel happy that the issue was still on his mind. He was a busy man who was always in his chambers. She did not think he would even remember after their first conversation.

“Mary, your grace. Her name is Mary Brandon. She is twenty years old, your grace,” Mrs. Rose said to her employer.

“Well, then, she isn’t so “little” now, is she?” The Duke said and smiled as he drank from his glass of wine.

  CHAPTER TWO

  AN UNOFFICIAL RELATIONSHIP

Later that evening, the Duke came back to his castle. His day had been a little bit on the rough side. There had been a little scuffle between his farmers and those of wealthy merchant. It had not taken much to resolve but it had required him meeting up with the merchant. He did not like these merchants much. They were too arrogant for his liking. They subtly disrespected royals and mistreated peasants at the slightest opportunity.

The merchants had become an integral part of the society and they generated a lot of revenue for the country and the crown. They knew their importance and they often exploited it. He could barely deal with the way they paraded themselves as some sort of royalty just because they had some money. However, he did not like the way a lot of them abused their workers. They seemed to be mean to the members of the lower class. They were like kids who had just been given power over other kids for the first time. A few of those merchants had been given titles by the queen and had become Noblemen. That did not sit well with some of the royals. Most of them felt it was a break from tradition. Duke Harry Graham was among this group. Some felt they were being usurped and that land that was meant to be for their grabbing was being given to Merchants simply because the Merchants were rich.

As soon as he entered his castle, the Duke tried to smile. He had realized that his unhappiness put pressure on his workers. So, he tried to avoid frowning at home so as not to put them on edge. He wondered if it was okay to show this much respect to his servants. Some of the Royal nobles tried to discourage him from it.

“Welcome, your grace” Duke Harry Graham received a chorus of warm greetings as he stepped out of his coach once he was inside the Castle gates.

The first person he noticed was a beautiful young Maid. He had never seen her before and he wondered if she was Mary Brandon, Mrs. Rose’s “little” cousin. She smiled at him even as she seemed shy. Her smile was beautiful and it immediately took his mind off the merchants. He could feel his heart pounding in his chest over this beautiful commoner. He was curious to know who she was. He had never met a commoner with such beauty.

However, he could not afford to seem overly interested in her. At least, not in the way he would be interested in a noble Lady of same looks and same virtues. It was not something so nice for a noble person to have a relationship, or to seem to have a relationship with a commoner. So, he was going to be calm.

Just then, he noticed Mrs. Rose for the first time. She seemed to be smiling mischievously at him and he wondered if she knew what was going through his mind.

“Welcome, your grace,” Mrs. Rose said to him.

She then introduced her “little” cousin to him. That was when the young Duke got the best news of the day. The beautiful Mary was going to be a chambermaid. His room was one of the three rooms allotted to her for care.

A few days had passed since she was employed and Mary was enjoying every bit of her work, especially when she had to work around the young Duke. She found him to be very attractive. He was so handsome that she always looked forward to a chance to look at him. She had never been around a nobleman who was this young and this rich at the same time. He had a lot over other nobles. He was young, he was handsome, he was rich, he was caring, he was generous and the poor people loved him. She was crushing on him from day one.

She found that every time she entered his room to clean it and wake him up, he would give her a charming smile, which she suspected was sexual. She was not sure though. She had dreams of being romantically involved with him but she was not sure what to do about it. She could feel his eyes heavily on her back once she turned it to him. Once she began feeling the weight of his gaz
e, her mind automatically began to feel the desired weight of his hands on her body even though he never even came near her.

One morning, she knocked on his door by 6:30 AM. She wanted to wake him up, as was her duty and clean his room as well. She had a key to his room, which she had to take from her cousin every morning. This morning, however, she did not have to get the key from Mrs. Rose. The housekeeper had requested permission to have a holiday and she had been granted four days leave. Mrs. Rose had given the key to Mary. Duke Graham had told her to wake him up by 6:30 AM. He wanted to write some letters before the sun was shining and smiling happily.

  “Your grace!” she called.

“Come in, sweet Mary,” he said to her.

She chuckled to herself and she felt her cheeks flush as she heard him call her “sweet”.

She let herself in and when she came in, he was sitting at the table in his room and writing letters. The windows were still shut. He was making use of candlelights even though he could use the paraffin oil lamp that was directly over the table he was using.

“Your grace! You are up” she said, smiling.

“Yes, I am. Leave the windows. Why don’t you come sit with me?” he said to her, smiling.

She felt herself moving towards him. There was not even a part of her that wanted to stop. She could feel the sexual tension in the air and she wondered if it was just her or if he felt it too. Her breath had increased and her heart beat hard against her chest. Sweat broke out on her forehead and on her chest despite the cool and powerful air from the ceiling fan and the layout of the Castle, which allowed for proper ventilation.

Duke Harry raised his head to look at her beautiful face and once again, he was smitten by her beauty. Even in her white printed clothes, cap and apron, she looked as beautiful as royalty. He felt like he had found something he had been searching for all along. He watched dreamily as she approached him, smiling all the time. Her lips looked so red, he just wanted to lock them in a kiss.
