Bashed by the ocean waves, Lola curved her body and slipped her arms around Maxwell’s toned waist for support.
“Trust me. I won’t let you drown in this angry sea.” Chuckling in her ear, Maxwell brushed his nose along her elegant neck.
“I’d hope so. I’ve got dependents who need me to stay alive and to work to meet their needs.”
Another tide hit hard.
Maxwell’s fingers fastened around her hips, spreading flames through her inner thigh.
“At least not right now,” he teased. “Maybe after dinner I could let you get dragged out to sea.”
Lola pinned her head against his chest. “This isn’t funny, Maxwell.”
His tough tattooed arms held her firmly to his finely-chiselled body. Her knees quaked a little.
When the tide subsided, Lola peeked up at him because his body also vibrated against hers. She caught him grinning and his eyes sparkled with desire mingled with mischief.
Heat burned her cleavage.
“I can’t even swim, Maxwell,” she whispered.
“If you let me, I’ll show you how to swim.”
Swaying in his arms with their clothes stuck against their skin, she listened to his heart hammer against his chest wall. Nothing else mattered right now.

I’m Stella Eromonsere-Ajanaku, born and raised in the ancient City of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria in West Africa. My birth city has a monarchy that is over 6000years old. But I now live in London, UK with my husband, and our two grown-up children.
To be honest, nothing thrills me more than to write sizzling romance novels that have intriguing and captivating plots which boast compelling characters who have hearts and souls and jump off the pages.
The stories are dotted with unexpected twists and are set in fascinating Africa, enticing Europe and enchanting America & Canada.
