Tell Me No Secrets: Secret Baby Romance Collection Page 68

She looked immaculate, in a violet dress with a deep black jacket that ended just where her curves began. Her blonde hair fell back on her shoulders and she had a light touch of mascara, leading up to her beautiful eyes.

She stood defiantly, with her heels grasping her feet in ways I wanted my tongue to, and her calves curved all the way smoothly to the edge of her knees, where her violet seduction began. She was absolutely fucking gorgeous.

“Did you just say that out loud?” I asked her, trying to stay composed and in charge, which was my normal state of being, except for when she unraveled me like this.

  Valeria laughed.

“I did, Mr. Foster. You, on the other hand, look like a young boy at pre-school staring at his crush,” she said, walking towards my mahogany desk at the center of my office.

“Oh, please, do sit down, Valeria.”

I recomposed myself and pointed to the chair in front of my desk.

  Control yourself, motherfucker! Control!

“Well, it is really something else to have you at church, but at my desk? Wishes do come true, it seems,” I exuded coolly.

“Ha-ha. Well, Mr. Foster. You gave me a job offer and I couldn’t refuse. Perhaps along the way something might happen.”

She shifted easily in her chair.

“Aah, yes. The job. I just wanted an excuse to see you every day. You can’t blame an old man for that, can you?”

I winked, tapping at my desk with precision.

“I am never calling you old, Alexander. You move too agile for a man your age,” she whispered, biting her lower lip.

“It’s good to know I didn’t disappoint,” I hungrily growled, sitting on my desk and edging closer to her chair.

Valeria leaned closer to the desk too, with a blaze in her eyes and a pulse in her neck. She stood, then crawled onto my desk, slowly, like a tigress, ready to pounce and take her prey as she willed it.

My cock sprang up and it hurt just seeing her come at me with that burning hunger. I stood up and went closer to her face, edging in while she licked her lips.

She crawled slowly, and I closed my eyes as our lips met.

She tasted so beautiful and delicious, like cinnamon and sugar. I grabbed her by the face and caressed her ears and cheeks, as she played with my lips, urging them with her tongue to open and let her in to play.

I could only caress her so tenderly before I ravaged her right there and then.

I grabbed her by the ass and squeezed it. Her moan went right through her lips to my core and my dick wanted to plunge itself into her and get wet.

Just as I knew she wanted more, my office intercom went on.

“Sir? The investors are here to see you. Shall I let them in?”

Nancy could be such a cruel secretary.

“Give me five minutes to finish up with our new employee. She has a lot of paperwork to sign,” I gruffly answered.

  Nancy clicked off.

“New employee, huh? Already? What am I to do? Suck your dick and make you happy?” Valeria said, looking at me innocently as I helped her down off the desk and fixed her dress up for her.

“Make me happy, just that,” I trailed.

I fixed my own jacket and collar and walked Valeria to the door.

With a quick peck on my cheek, she smiled and whispered into my ear, “Fun days ahead, Alexander. Thank you for this.”

I opened the door to find Mr. Goodright waiting with his lawyers in the lounge. With the best professional smile that I could muster, I welcomed them into my office, then turned back to my secretary.

“Nancy, Valeria here is your new assistant. Show her the ropes and give her an understanding of how things are run here. I expect nothing less than professional from you, understood?”

With a look of understanding, Nancy nodded as I closed the door to deal with the wolves waiting inside.

After shutting the door, I took a second to assess the room. The three men inside had come with agendas of their own, and most probably wanted a slice of my tech company in the eventual reality of things.

I had grown accustomed to reading people fast, and I knew how this would end — with me rejecting their offer for a merger.

I spun around and snapped my fingers together, and to the visitor’s eyes it would have seemed an amazing command to automatically open the whisky cabinet that was tucked away behind a wall.

To Jonathan and myself, it was an improvised way to get Truman activated on a low-key function. Walking towards the fully stocked minibar, I smiled at Mr. Goodright and his lawyers, who had taken comfort in my seats.

“Gentlemen, I know it’s slightly early for a Monday morning, to be drinking whiskey. But what do you say to breaking some of those bullshit societal rules and relaxing a little?” I suggested, while taking my 1967 single malt liquor bottle out of its place in my cabinet and pouring it into three glasses.

They looked at each other. I could feel a mocking streak running through them, blended with fear.

It was just how I liked my enemies.

  Shaken, not stirred.

  Not yet, anyway.

“Mr. Foster, I believe we’ll have to take a rain check on that drink,” confirmed one of the lawyers.

He seemed straight out of college — smooth chin with a suit that appeared to be tailored and a sense of arrogance in his aura.

I stopped pouring the drinks and looked at them. They shifted uneasily in their seats, and I enjoyed the feeling of power I had over them in there, in my domain.

My stare had an effect on most people. Having a rich man of power stare you down almost always made the other party look away.

As they did, I used the chance to slip an earpiece into my left ear and put on my specially made glasses. The moment my skin made contact with the glasses, they came to life and Truman’s “Hello, Sir,” message appeared before my eyes on the lens.

“Alright, then, gentlemen. Down to business.”

I changed my tone particularly for that instance, and we got to it.

As soon as I sat down, the boring meeting began. The two lawyers displayed to me facts and figures and paperwork that was just fine print and made zero sense. I skillfully tapped the frame on my right eye, and a text box appeared on my lens.

I started typing with my eyes a set of commands that would enable me to virtually escape this bashing. I was an astute businessman, but Mr. Goodright had no business acumen, and was a bore when it came to facts and crunching numbers.

  “Out_cam_live,” I typed.

Truman responded immediately with images of what was going on outside my office doors. Nancy and Valeria seemed to be having a spat, but I was sure it was nothing that would spin out of control.

Valeria was truly beautiful when incensed. I could not hear what the two ladies were talking about, although it seemed to agitate Valeria a lot.

Before I could type in the command to turn up the volume, she had walked away towards the bathroom.

Before it is imagined that I regularly spy on my employees, let me just point out the fact that I am one of the most successful tech moguls in the world. Keeping a tight leash on everyone while they were at work was of utmost importance to ensure that company secrets were not spilled.

Truman came in handy towards that goal, and we only monitored the activities of my employees through him while everyone was at work.

“…and so, the market rates are capped to over 12% with these new strategies after our merger is complete,” droned the young man to Mr. Goodright’s left.

They clearly wanted my opinion on the matter they had been going on about. I had not bothered to listen to them as I had read the file on their terms last night, and frankly I knew that they were only interested in my company for their profit. I was just going to blow them off.

Smiling, I replied, “It would be best if I brought all your findings to the board for review. My secretary shall be in touch with you shortly. However
, before then, I would advise treading with caution on such matters, Mark.”

I regarded Mr. Goodright as I spoke.

“Things like this get spun out of control very fast. Gossip spreads. Take some time off to think it through, okay? Make sure this is your best offer.”

When I had called him out, he jumped a little.

  I chuckled.

  He stood up.

“Well, Alexander. It was nice to have a sit down with you. It’s quite unfortunate to miss out on that drink, but I was not raised an alcoholic,” he added, with some spice.

Aah, so this was how he wanted it to flow.

  I could play, too.

“Ha-ha, but Mark. It’s good to remember our roots. They are the best part about ourselves… remember the roots that your family are embedded in? Does Sandra remember her roots as well?”

  Mark paled.

That hit the spot just as I had planned.

To put it plainly, I dabble in the business of making things happen. Mark had been an associate of mine from way back, and he had a distaste for honest work.

However, he had a flare for exotic women. In particular, a specific Puerto Rican named Sandra who could not get into the country legally, as her family had been on Interpol’s radar for suspected terrorism.

Mark came to me, and with a wave of my globally-interconnected wand, I made Sandra a free woman to come live in the States and be the wife to the man standing before me for the last ten years.

It was a harmless favor to pull off, as Sandra was not at fault for her extended relative’s suspected crimes – hell, she didn’t even know the guy. It had all worked out quite well.

But clearly Mark was uncomfortable with my reminder.

He knew that one call to Interpol would change things, and Sandra would once again be seen as an international menace rather than the boring housewife she truly was.

The blood drained from his cheeks, making him ashen.

“We shall have this conversation another time.”

He shuffled and adjusted his tie. He almost seemed to choke a bit.

  “Another time, Mark,” I promised.

Asshole is a touch more elegant of a word than what I was thinking just then, to describe him.

I stood up and walked the men towards my door, when I noticed a message displayed across my lens.

  “SECURITY BREACH!”

This was the first time something like this had ever happened at my place of business, and enacting the protocol was the first step towards action. But the lens on my right eye showed me something utterly different and unforthcoming.

Nancy had grabbed Valeria by the arm and was wiping her nose with the sleeve of her left arm. I was perplexed by this and turned the volume up after eyeing the command on my lens.

What the fuck was going on out there?

I didn’t know, but I needed to find out.

It seemed it was time to turn my attention away from Mark the Asshole and towards whatever it was that my latest flame and my secretary – and wannabe flame – were getting themselves into.

  Chapter Eleven - Valeria

As Alexander was entertaining the businessmen who had come to see him, I was dealing with another formidable force: his secretary, Nancy. The woman with the perfect red hair looked at me with a hint of envy in her eyes. Her glance was wary, and she continued eyeing me for a moment before taking a seat and resuming her duties.

I stood there awkwardly for a second before I cleared my throat.

“Nancy, right? So, what is my role as your assistant?” I asked calmly.

Having a kiss-ass little brother and a few emotionally sensitive friends made dealing with Nancy slightly easy. She was the kind of woman who seemed to have worked for Alexander for a long time and had clearly known him for years.

She was probably just being loyal. Getting on her good side seemed like the best thing to do at that moment.

“Yes, Valeria. You’ll regard me with some semblance of respect when you address me. It will be Miss Waters to you,” Nancy raptly spewed.

She pursed her lips and added, rather coldly, in my opinion, “Mr. Foster works long hours. He needs his coffee at a specific time with a specific temperature from three specific places for different days of the week. He loathes the coffee we make in here and prefers his with milk and no sugar.”

She glanced at me, as if to make sure I was listening, which I was, rapturously devouring all the information I could soak up about Alexander. Then her eyes returned to the computer monitor in front of her as she continued prattling off instructions.

“He takes lunch in his office daily unless Jonathan, his personal butler, says otherwise. Now, your job is never to speak to him unless I tell you to. You are never to talk to him directly concerning matters that are personal or work related, and you are never to enter his office without my say so. What Mr. Foster likes and wants are my jobs to figure out and fulfill, and you will only perform the tasks that I give you, with no questions asked. After all, I am the one who holds your paycheck.”

She spoke through this whole spiel without taking a breath. I stood there a bit surprised. When she was done, she was short of breath and a little flustered.

That was one thing I had totally not seen coming. Despite my very sheltered upbringing, I knew that there were crochety people out there in the world and the workplace in particular, but Nancy took the cake.

Maybe it was my first-day jitters, but the sharp and deadly words that fell out of her mouth seemed to come at me like a snake with an agenda. She made me realize this was personal.

“The toilet at the end of the hall requires cleaning. The cleaners have their day off on Monday on this floor. Kindly be a darling and move your ass,” she smiled sweetly, with her baby green eyes turning icy and her purple nails glimmering like knives on a winter’s night.

“Wait, what?” I asked in disbelief. “The toilet! Really, now?”

“Are you questioning my authority, Valeria?” she cooed ever so sweetly.

Her smile was getting creepier by the second, and the mischievous glint in her eye became more and more dangerous and deathly as the hand on the clock on the white illuminated walls ticked by.

  “No,” I replied flatly.

She smiled curtly, which I took as an accomplishment on my part.

There was only one way to stay on Andrew’s good side, and it involved letting him be; apparently the same was true for Nancy.

“Where are the supplies?” I asked, bored and out of steam.

I was totally not dressed for this task, and this mad woman had decided to ruin my day — and just when I was about to get some alone time with Alexander.

“You have half a brain, don't you?” she hissed at me. “In the bathroom cabinet, duh.”

I walked away before I uttered something I would regret. My lips were closed, but my heart and mind were yelling out insults by the split second at this woman who seemed to have been threatened by my presence. It was my first day and already I had rubbed a few shoulders roughly. Clearly, she was jealous.

“Alright then, Miss Waters. As you wish,” I confidently fired back.

Looking away from her, I strutted with all the grace I could muster. Step after step, I felt that my only consolation was that Alexander was around and I would talk to him. He did seem busy with those jerks in suits, though, I thought. Maybe on my lunch break I would get a chance to see him.

I turned a corner and found a door marked ‘bathroom’, and through there were the distinguishable gents’ and ladies’ doors. Through the ladies’ room, a private cubicle was elegantly displayed.

The walls were tiled in light green and had painted finishes on the edges. The tiles had immaculately carved pictures of flowers in vases and featured different signatures from celebrities.

The bowl of the toilet was spotless, and the lids lifted electronically.

  Damn, Alexander. The toilets too?

&n
bsp; I could not hide my amazement at this guy's extravagance.

I then remembered the green-eyed croc with the shameless envy. I stared at my dress and jacket and considered quitting. I had worn my best today; and not to clean a toilet.

But I didn’t want to quit. I didn’t want to let Nancy get her way, as it meant I would be out of Alexander’s sight and touch. And I certainly didn’t want that.

  Fuck it.

I didn’t have to clean the bathroom. It was already spotless. I realized I only had to stay in here long enough to make it seem as if I was doing so.

There was a honey-colored basket on the side with magazines, and I sat down on the toilet lid. I flipped through a few knitting patterns and was quite intrigued for a few minutes. One would be amazed at the things you can accomplish with a string of yarn.

All I could think of was how brazen I had become with my advances on Alexander. He was strong and attractive and there was no doubt about that, but he had also suggested his deep feelings last night when he took my innocence in the bathroom.

His hands were soft and firm while grabbing my pussy, and his lips were well moistened for my licking. That just got me fired up, and today was no exception to the burning ache I had in my pussy.

Grappling with the morality of my actions with Alexander was a knocking on my conscience that I knew I could not ignore forever. It was gnawing at the back of my mind and being seated on the toilet made my thoughts wander into the past 24 hours of my life and how drastically it had all changed for me.

I had feelings for Alexander; that was undoubted. I knew I had innate desires of the flesh that could only be sated by the man himself, but it was a sin and I knew how badly this would backlash at me if my parents ever got wind of what I had done.

My mother had a particular loathing for Alexander, and I never understood why. Sure, he could be cocky and hardheaded, but his heart was in a good place. She had her misgivings with rich men, and I was sure that was a story linked to her past in one way or another.

Questions upon questions waved through me as I thought of how charismatic Alexander had been with me. He obviously wanted to see more of me at work, but how he planned to do it, I didn’t know.
