*Dracula sneered.* "You realize, Van Helsing, that should you enact violence towards me, it would cause an interdimensional incident?"
“Oh, I know but that law doesn’t apply to my daughter, does it honey?”
“No it doesn't, Daddy.”
From the shadows emerged the girl from the basement.
Betty, still struggling with herself uttered, "You cannot be serious."
In the light, Betty could see her face more clearly. One half beautiful like an angel, the other half dead and rotting. She lunged at Dracula, throwing him down on the ground. Gabriella tried to intervene on her lover’s behalf but was knocked across the room. This allowed Dracula to get the upper hand, pinning her. Betty looked at IAN, surprised how calm he looked while his daughter was in such peril.
Dracula aimed for the woman’s neck when out of the shadows jumped a giant wolf that immediately bit down on Dracula’s arm. This gave the girl a chance to overpower Dracula and render him unconscious.
Ian smiled, triumphantly. “Good work, kids.”
“Thank you Daddy!” said the young woman excitedly, while the wolf just growled pleasurably. IAN stood up and looked at Betty.
“Are you okay?”
Betty looked at her shaking hand and clenched it into a fist. "It seems like you have to ask that question of me a lot. But am I okay? Mostly."
IAN put his hand on her cheek and gave it a soft pinch before walking over to his children.
Betty rubbed her cheek as she took a seat at the dining table and poured a rather large glass of something that looked like wine as IAN leaned over Dracula’s prone body.
“Did he hurt you?”
“No daddy....but he is kind of cute.”
“Sweetheart, unlike your other boyfriends, I don't have the luxury to kill him. So ease up.”
“What shall we do with him, daddy?”
“You and your brother need to take him below and show him what prison is really like. Once you get him comfortable, I will come and we will have a little chat about the whispers in the cell walls.”
The girl leaned over and kissed IAN on the cheek before summoning the wolf to bite down and drag Dracula across the floor and into the shadows. “Love you, daddy.” The girl said as she too disappeared into the darkness.
The wolf came back and wandered over to Betty, begging for whatever was in her glass, while keeping its eyes on Gabriella.
“Hey! Go help your sister.”
Right then, Gabriella began to regain consciousness. “What's going on?” Schreck walked to the hall holding his severed right arm, followed by a beautiful blonde.
“Dinner is served.” He intoned, pushing the girl forward.
