A Time of Deceit: Revelation Page 7

by William Cushing

Dick. “Higby is the one known alien we have. He is our target. We should check on Feldman also. I know they said he is not a problem any longer. But is he alive? If he is, he would be an easier target to monitor. I got the impression that Feldman was an alien when the agents mentioned him.”

Bill. “Let’s meet in three days. Put your thinking caps on. Be creative in how to do things.”

  Dick. “I need a drink.”

  Tom. “Me too.”

Bill. “Inside the house. I need one too.”

After Winston, Mike and Jack left the conference room to return to their normal functions, the Deputy Director looked at his Chief of Staff and said. “Higby is getting sloppy. He needs to be talked to. Give Sara a call and tell her what has transpired. She may want to visit Higby. We spent too much time and effort getting him in the position he now has. He has to wise up.”

Chief of Staff. “Fine. But you know what the eventual outcome is going to be. Higby doesn’t change. That is why we have Luther there. To manage him and limit the damage.”

Deputy Director. “I still can’t figure out why the Leader gave Higby the opportunity to become a U. S. Congressman. The Leader must know something we do not know. What is on the schedule next?”

Chief of Staff. “Meeting with the Director. He wants an update on Higby also. He is as concerned as we are. He wants to know what Higby did with the girls.”

Deputy Director. ”Did you talk to Luther?”

Chief of Staff. “Yes. The girls are still alive. Higby has been using them as sex slaves.”

Deputy Director. “Still alive. Interesting. Maybe we can us that to our advantage.”

Chief of Staff. “Let’s go. We have to rush. Only 5 minutes before the Director’s meeting. We don’t want to keep him waiting.”

  Deputy Director. “We do not.”

SCENE 29: ELEMEMTALS AND FAIRIES ACT

The Elemental leader and Fairy Queen had formulated a simple plan. The Air Elementals would create enough turbulence to blow all the alien aircraft away from the locations they were observing. The fact that they were cloaked was not a problem to the Air Elementals. Even though cloaked, the aircraft still displaced air. The Air Elementals could easily discern the displacement and therefore the aircraft. The turbulence would have to be focused, sudden and severe enough to blow each craft a long distance. Far enough away so they would not be able to recover in time.

The Fairy Queen had already dispatched enough Fairies to the locations to accomplish their tasks. While remaining invisible, they were to sprinkle Fairy dust on the warriors at each location. The dust was specifically crafted to induce a rapid and deep sleep. The warriors would drop like flies into a deep sleep. They would be helpless.

The Earth Elementals would manage the Earth. They would open up the Earth at each location and create large craters that would take in the unconscious warriors. Then the craters would be filled in. The warriors would be gone. Trapped beneath tons of earth.

There should be no need for Fire or Water to intervene. But, they would be available to act if needed.

Timing was critical. The tasks have to be performed on cue. It was important that all warriors be gone before the displaced alien aircraft could make their way back to their appointed locations.

The plan was presented to the other underworld leaders. They were shocked at the power it showed. They had not know how powerful these spiritual creatures were. They were thankful that they were not enemies.

The part of the plan that the leaders did not like was that they were going to have to leave the safety of the palace and start their return trips. The Elementals and Fairies wanted the aliens to be concentrating on their attacks. If they were so involved it was unlikely that they would accidentally detect any of the Fairies or Elementals.

Finally, the underworld leaders all agreed and started preparations to leave.

The aliens were busy watching the large screens in their mission room. They were waiting for the underworld leaders to begin their journeys back. The aircraft monitoring the palace sent back a picture to one of the screens with activity at the Queen’s palace gate. The giant doors of the gate swung open and all the underworld leaders, including the Vampire Queen, and entourages marched out.

The atmosphere in the alien mission room became silent and tense. It was game on.

Leader. “Tell them that they have left the palace and are in route.” That was all the Leader could do. The rest was up to the warriors at each location. Now he could only monitor the activity from the images sent back by the aircraft.

The underworld leaders had timed their travels so that each separate group would be approaching the aliens’ attack sites at the same time. This just took a little bit of coordination. The groups were directed to either speed up or slow down their progress by Fairies who were with each group. They were to remain in synch for the plan to succeed.

As the groups approached the alien attack locations, the Fairies dispensed powder onto the alien warriors. The suddenness of the warriors dropping in their tracks surprised the Fairies. It seemed the aliens were very sensitive to the Fairy dust. Just before this, the Air Elements had created an enormous and powerful turbulence that they tightly focused at each aircraft. The force of the turbulence struck and enveloped each craft. The alien crafts tumbled end over end as they were sent miles away from their original locations. The alien crews were thrown about the crafts and battered by the equipment and walls which they struck. There was green blood everywhere. They were in shock.

After the Air Elementals acted, the Earth Elementals opened up the Earth, swallowed the unconscious warriors and covered the area with Earth so that any change in the appearance of the Earth was not discernible. It all happened in the time it took to blink.

Each of the underground leaders and their entourages then took shelter in different locations in the forest. The forest was dense enough to conceal them from any aircraft that might return. They knew the forest. It was their friend and would hide them completely.

The alien mission room became chaotic when the alien aircraft were forcibly blown away by the force of the Air Elementals. The aliens did not know why it happened. They just knew something had happened.

The aircraft were directed to return to their designated locations. A couple could not. The injuries to these crews made it impossible for them to return.

The aircraft that did return were not sure they had returned to the designated locations. There were no warriors. There were no underworld leaders and entourages. They checked the coordinates and confirmed that they were in the correct place. But, no warriors and no underground leaders.

That information was evident to those still observing the screens in the alien mission room. The warriors were gone. The underground leaders were gone.

The Leader, aware of this also, simply said “Report.”

Sara. “The warriors are gone. They have vanished. The underground leaders also.”

Leader. “I can see that. I want to know what happened. What happened to them?”

  Sara. “We don’t know.”

Just then, a fire alarm was ringing loudly in the office building. A guard came into the mission room and yelled “Fire, Fire. Leave the building immediately.”

The Leader and Sara looked at each and turned to leave. As they entered the hallway, it became obvious that the building was on fire. Large fast moving flames were everywhere. They began to run. They found a stairwell and started down. The stairway was crowded but orderly. As they reached the ground floor, they were quickly ushered out of the building.

As they moved away from the building, they could see the flames engulfing the entire building. Whomever was not outside by now did not stand a chance of surviving. The headquarters building was burning down.

The Leader thought. “How can this be happening?”

The Elemental leader had decided to send Fire Elementals to destroy the aliens’ office building. It was their seat of power in this Coun
try. The Elemental leader thought it only proper that it be destroyed.

He would tell the other underground leaders later.

The Air Elementals determined that the alien aircraft had all left the area and returned to their base.

It was now time for everyone to return to the palace. The next steps still had to be discussed and planned. They all knew the alien Leader would respond. It was just a matter of time.

  SCENE 30: A RESCUE

Higby’s days on Capitol Hill were brutally the same. Being the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee seemed to take up all of his time. His primary job was to hinder any progress the Chairman of the Committee could make in any investigations initiated by the Chairman.

Today he spent half his time being interviewed by the media so he could misdirect and lie to the public. He was good at his job. He was always amazed that no reporter ever questioned the truth of his statements. They either broadcasted or reported them without any contradictions.

With the aliens controlling the media, Higby still could not understand how the opposing party had managed to win the last Presidential election and control of both houses. With media control that should not have happened. The alien leadership did not seem to be concerned. Higby was not so complacent. He was concerned.

Tom and Dick had been staked out in an alley across from Higby’s residence all day. They had been at it for the last week or so and had Higby’s schedule down pat. They had been there for over a week and had not seen anybody else observing Higby’s movements or the residence. That concerned them. Why would the Feds not be knocking on Higby’s door in search of the missing Secret Service agent? They had given the Feds video showing that she had been at Higby’s residence the morning she went missing.

Higby was not an early riser. He and his driver left for Higby’s office around 10:00 am. His driver always returned to the residence around noon and left again at 2:00 pm. Usually, both the driver and Higby returned around 9:00 pm. Like clockwork, they left again around 2:00 am and returned around 4:00 am. Tom and Dick did not chance following them. They just wanted to be able to document his schedule. They wanted to know when they could break into the residence to take a look around.

They had decided that the best time would be in the afternoon after 2:00 pm. It would be a simple break in. Higby had no outside security cameras or alarms. That was a break. But it also concerned them. Why no visible or identifiable security?

Tom had decided that he needed to learn how to pick a lock for this job. He went onto YouTube and learned how. He purchased the picks he needed online and practiced until he knew how to pick a lock. It wasn’t that hard. He was pleased that he had developed a new skill. It would complement his new avocation of breaking and entering.

Dick tried to get Tom to the shooting range in order to teach him how to use a gun. But, Tom had decided that could wait. Developing lock picking skills seemed more important. Dick agreed and let the weapon training slide for now. Dick had decided to carry his two handguns all the time.

Today was the day for the break in. It was 2:00 pm and Higby’s driver had just left. He and Higby would not be returning for a number of hours. It gave them a good window of time to get into the house and look around.

They waited for another 30 minutes before getting out of their vehicle and making their way to Higby’s driveway. They didn’t hesitate and walked down the driveway to the house entrance that sided the driveway. Fortunately, the shrubbery obscured their presence from anyone walking by.

They waited quietly outside the door and listened for any activity. None was detected. Tom took out his picks and began to work on the door’s lock. It didn’t take long and Tom opened the door. They quietly stepped in and slowly closed the door. They were in. Beads of sweat ran down both their faces. They were scared. They had never done this before.

The house was quiet. They were in the kitchen area. Beyond that was a great room with a large screen television and an array of soft chairs that faced it. The window curtains were closed so little or no sunlight penetrated. Otherwise the great room was empty. No tables. No plants. Nothing else.

They walked down a hallway that had three doors. They opened the first two doors to find bedrooms. Each had a bed, a dresser, a closet and a side table next to the bed. The beds were made and looked like they had not been used in a while. Dick, running his finger along the dust on headboard produced a clear line. Tom opened the closet and found it empty. Not even a hanger. He then opened the dresser draws and they were also empty. It was obvious that no one used these rooms. The third at the end of the hallway was a bathroom. The sink counter and the top of the commode was as dusty as the headboards in the bedrooms. Tom opened the vanity over the sink. Empty.

So, where did Higby and his driver live when at home?

Dick. “We are running out of places to look.”

Tom. “Yeah. There must be another level. It has to be down. The building is a one story ranch. Has to be another door someplace. Let’s look.”

Dick. “I’ll go back to the bedrooms. Maybe there is a door in one of the closets.”

Tom. “I’ll go back to the great-room and kitchen.”

Dick pounded on the closet walls. He pounded on the bedroom walls. Nothing.

Tom did the same in the great room and kitchen. Nothing. Out of frustration he decided to open the refrigerator door. It was empty. He then opened the freezer door. It was empty. But, the entire refrigerator moved backwards and revealed a well lighted stairway leading down to another level.

Tom, calling quietly to Dick, “I found it.”

Dick, quickly walking into the kitchen and looking warily at the stairway, “James Bond stuff. I’m even more scared than before.”

Tom. “You stay here just in case. I’ll go down and take a look. Give me your flashlight. I may need it.”

  Dick. “Be careful.”

Tom descended and found another door at the base of the stairway. There was no lock so Tom slowly opened it. He peeked in and then quietly stepped into a lighted large room that had a large metal table with four chairs in the center of the room. Under the table was a large drainage grate. On one side of the room were two large metallic pieces of furniture that looked like beds but were surrounded by moveable railings on all sides. The room had five closed doors. On the wall next to the stairway door was a large freezer and a number of cabinets.

He went to the freezer and opened it. He gagged. Human arms and legs were neatly arranged on separate shelves. He pulled out a small camera and took a photo. He closed the freezer door, turned around and took photos of the entire room.

He then decided to go to the rooms. He opened the door farthest from the stairway and found a utility room. One of the stranger things was an incinerator that was large enough to incinerate a person. After looking into the freezer he could surmise what it was used for. He took photos.

The next room was a bathroom with everything a fancy bathroom might have. He took a photo.

As he opened the next door, he gasped. It was a cold room. A meat locker. Human bodies hung from hooks. On one side of the room was a work counter and sink. On the wall, above the counter, were a variety of strange looking devices, knives and chainsaws. He took pictures.

Tom didn’t want to open another door. He just wanted to get out of the place as quickly as possible. What he saw was more than a human could comprehend. But he forced himself to open the next door. Again he gasped. Sitting in a corner of the room was a naked female chained to the wall. She cringed when she saw him and did not utter a word. He approached her and calmly said. “I am here to help.” She simply nodded.

Tom went to work on the lock that attached the chain to her ankle. He was successful. He reach out for her hand which he took. He raised her up and slowly walked her out of the room to the stairs. She pointed to the other door as they approached the stairs. She wanted Tom to go to the other room.

Tom. “Dick, come down here slowly. I have something for yo
u to bring upstairs.”

Dick, slowly walked down the stairs and stopped dead at the bottom, “Found something.”

Tom. “There may be more. Bring her upstairs. I’ll be up in a few minutes. It is time to get out of here.”

  Dick. “Right you are.”

Tom then went to the last door and opened it. Another naked female chained to the wall. He spoke to her softly. “I am here to help you. Let me unlock that chain. I have released the other woman. We have to get you out of here quickly. Understand?”

  She nodded in response.

Tom went to work on the lock and had her released in short order. He took her hand and led her to the stairway and up to the kitchen.

Dick and the other woman were waiting. No one saying a word.

Dick, breaking the silence. “Time to go.”

  Tom. “Not yet.”

Tom walked to the great room and ripped the curtains off the windows. He then wrapped each of the women in one of the curtains.

  “Now we must go.”

Tom walked to the kitchen freezer and closed the door. The refrigerator slide back into position.

No one said a word as the men led the women down the driveway and across the street to their vehicle. They put the women into the rear of the car and drove off.

They had driven into Virginia before they stopped to talk. The women had not said a word. They just sat there looking out the windows.

Tom. “What do we do now?”

Dick. “We have to get them to a safe place. D.C. is not a safe place. The only safe place we have is Bill’s. It is a long seven hour drive but it is our best alternative.”

Tom. “OK. Let’s stop at a Walmart on the way. I want to get these ladies some clothes to wear and some food for all of us.”

  Dick. “Right.”
