  Author Notes - Auburn Tempest

  October 16, 2020

Thank you so much for reading A Sacred Grove.

And what more can I say but thank you again for the love Fiona is receiving. When I submitted the manuscript for A Gilded Cage to Michael, we knew we had something special. The dynamic of the Cumhaill family is honest and imperfect and I hoped the mayhem of their lives and unbreakable love would translate on the page and resonate with the readers.

  We got our wish.

At the time of me writing this, A Gilded Cage has been Amazon’s #1 New Release in Historical Fantasy Fiction for almost three consecutive weeks since it’s release. That’s all because of readers like you. The reviews are so positive and we couldn’t be more thrilled that readers love Fi and her family.

In truth, we love them too.

Michael and I have lots of laughs and adventures planned for future pages, so we hope you stick with Fi as she continues to find her footing in the druid world. With new friends, magical creatures, and ancient lore to keep her on her toes, Fiona has only begun to grasp her destiny.

The next installment of Chronicles of an Urban Druid, A Family Oath, is written, and being polished by Michael’s team. You can expect it out in the world on November 29th.

Wishing you all lives filled with a bit of magic.

  Hugs,

  Auburn Tempest

  It’s all about Family with a capital “F” ;-)

And a huge thank you for reading this story and to the back of the book and these Author Notes.

At the time of me writing these author notes, there are at eighty-one reviews (go 100! 1000! Hehehe), and the notes are uplifting and really helpful as decisions were made to figure out just how many books we would commit to.

Because of your early and ongoing support, we now have six books planned from three when we started.

  THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I believe you will enjoy what we have going on, how we intend to enrich Fi’s life with both joy and trouble, all wrapped up in the same package of fun.

Baby! (No, not really…exactly…no human babies involved in the making of this story, babies are both incredibly hard to audition, insure, and then you need twins. Wait. That’s if you are doing a TV show or movie…)

Seriously, she is NOT having a baby, and Auburn will likely call me up when she reads this part.

  Damn.

I think she is having to drive some distance for family at the moment. Let’s just all pretend this wasn’t mentioned, and she won’t be the wiser. Right?

  Right?

  Here’s hoping.

  Ad Aeternitatem,

  Michael Anderle
