Daddy's Bite: Paranormal Age Play Page 12

by Jayda Marx

That thought skittered away when Izzy stirred in my arms. He blinked his eyes and squinted up at me. “Daddy?” he asked in a weak voice.

“Yes, little one, I’ve got you. Daddy’s here and you’re safe.”

“Safe?” he squinted harder before his eyes popped open. “The shifters! Jett! Is Jett okay?” He sat upright, but grabbed his forehead and fell back into my arms.

“Shh, it’s okay,” I soothed. “Try to relax. Jett is just fine. Here’s here with us.”

“Hey, buddy,” Jett chimed in from where he still stood behind me.

Izzy reached up to take his hand. “I’m so glad you’re okay.” Big tears rolled down my boy’s cheek when he said, “You saved me.” Izzy looked at me and said, “He really did. He protected me from those men.”

“I know, baby.” I combed my fingers through his hair on the non-injured side of his head. “He told me that you were very brave and fought too.”

“I’m sorry I couldn’t help more,” he told my friend.

“Hey, I’m just glad you’re okay,” Jett replied. “And you don’t have to worry about those men anymore; I held them off until your Daddy took care of business.”

Izzy turned his wide, watery eyes on me. “Does that mean…?”

“They’ll never bother you again,” I promised him, and he nodded his understanding before grabbing his face again.

  “My head hurts, Daddy.”

“I gave you something that should help soon,” Dr. Bentley announced, making Izzy jump. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you.” He sat next to my boy and offered his hand, which Izzy shook. “I’m Dr. Bentley. Your Daddy brought you to me so I could make sure you’re okay.”

  “Am I?”

“You’ll be good as new before you know it.”

Izzy chewed his lip for a moment before asking the doctor, “Do you have a sucker for me?” I laughed and patted Izzy’s thigh; if he was already asking for candy, he was going to be just fine.

“I’m sorry, but I don’t have any here,” Dr. Bentley replied.

“I’ll get you one later,” I promised my boy. “You still haven’t had your dinner yet.”

The doctor told us, “Before you eat, I suggest that both of you feed. You’ve each expended a lot of energy and your bodies need to recuperate. I have a spare bedroom if you’d like some privacy. It’d also be my honor to host you while your apartment is being renovated.” I appreciated the offer, seeing as our home was turned upside down. Izzy appeared confused, but I’d fill him in later. Right now he needed to relax.

“That’s very kind of you,” I replied with a bow of my head. “Thank you.”

“Hey Doc,” Jett butted in, “How about you and I give these two some space and go pick up dinner for everyone? It’s my treat.”

“That sounds lovely.” Dr. Bentley answered.

“And don’t worry, Iz; I’ll bring you back a giant lollipop.” Izzy giggled at Jett’s promise and my friend gave him a wink. The doctor cleaned up his supplies before he and Jett gave us a wave and left us alone.

“Come on, little one.” I carried Izzy into what I assumed was the doctor’s spare room and settled him on my lap in bed. “I am so proud of you, Izzy.”

He blinked his owlish eyes. “Why?”

I shook my head; he had no idea how wonderful he was. “Because you’re so kind and have such a big heart. Even when you’re afraid, you help your friends and try to do what’s right, even if that means putting yourself in danger. You’re so much braver than you know. I couldn’t be prouder, happier, or more blessed to have you in my life. I love you with everything I am.”

“Oh, Daddy.” His lip trembled as he smiled. “I love you too.”

“Now, if a certain somebody wants his lollipop, he has to follow doctor’s orders; you need to feed to get your strength up.”

“Yes, Daddy.” His cheeks flushed when he asked, “Can I do it like I did last time?”

I cupped his face in my hands, being careful not to touch his injury. “Izzy, you never have to be embarrassed to ask for that. It’s so beautiful and special when we share that together, and I love the feel of feeding you that way. Even if you don’t need to feed but want to latch on, I think that’s wonderful. Remember; we’re a perfect match. If you need something, I need it too.”

His eyes glistened as he whispered, “Thank you, Daddy.”

I removed my t-shirt (hiding the claw marks on the back from Izzy) and placed it on the bed next to me. He nestled his head in the crook of my elbow and lowered his face to my chest.

Izzy hummed as he slowly brushed his lips over my nipple. His soft skin made mine pebble and contract. He opened his mouth and bit down gently, creating a small opening in my flesh before he latched on.

My boy sighed happily as he suckled, taking my essence inside himself. I didn’t know that level of intimacy was possible between two people until I met Israel. I wanted to share everything with him; my life, my body, my heart...to spend my eternity meeting his needs and putting a smile on his handsome face. I wanted to give my all to be the best master, vampire, and Daddy I could be, just to be worthy of my mate.

I smiled at the look of pure bliss on Izzy’s face; his eyes were closed peacefully, and a gentle smile tugged at his lips even though they were wrapped around my nipple. When he’d had his fill, I would feed from him as well, deepening and strengthening our bond, which would only ever grow more perfect over time.

But until then, I was happy to hold him and give him what he; what we both needed. I wrapped my arm around his waist and patted his diapered bottom, singing him a lullaby as he nursed.

  Epilogue

  Two Weeks Later

Many things changed after the shifter attack in our kitchen. For one, the city became more peaceful. Sure, there was still crime; it was a big city, and that was unlikely to ever go away fully, but the people no longer had to fear paranormal attacks. Relations between vampires and humans improved tenfold after the news spread that vampires were responsible for eradicating the coyote shifter threat.

I was visited by Rider, the pack leader of a group of mountain lion shifters that lived in the nearby forest. At first, I was worried I would be reprimanded for my actions against his kind, but I was surprised when he thanked me for removing the blemish from the good shifter name. He also apologized for the coyotes’ actions, but there was nothing he could have done. When a paranormal creature went rogue, they turned their back on rules and principles, and their actions were out of everyone’s hands.

I was also contacted by the chief of police, who thanked our coven for our help in bringing peace and justice to the city streets. They even had a ceremony and we were awarded a special honor for our efforts. I was a little disappointed that I’d no longer be working with the police department, but also relieved; I never wanted to partake in anything that could put Izzy in danger.

And speaking of honors, I bestowed the coven’s highest honor, The Seal of Valor, to Jett for his role in protecting Israel and myself. He gained the utmost respect from the entire coven. I also gave him a new job as my personal assistant. I didn’t actually need an assistant, but it was my way of thanking him by giving him a cushy job and responsibilities. Basically, all it meant was that he got to hang out with Izzy and me more.

The two of them had grown incredibly close over the past couple of weeks. Izzy referred to Jett as his best friend (besides me), and Jett adored my boy. I loved watching them play together, though I didn’t miss the hint of sadness and longing it caused in Jett’s eyes. I hoped he found his mate and boy soon; and what a lucky boy he would be.

Izzy and I both had also become friends with Mandy, her boyfriend Jack, and her brother Ross. We’d all had dinner together on a couple of occasions and had a great time. Mandy thought Izzy was the ‘cutest thing ever’, and I obviously agreed.

And now I was currently sitting in a chair in Ross’s shop, with my boy at my side watching Ross’s every move closely as he penned a tattoo
on my flesh. At first, I wasn’t sure if a tattoo would even work on me, considering my instant healing abilities.

But leave it to Fate to design creatures who could pick and choose if they wanted to heal. I spoke aloud my desire to have a design on my skin, and it wasn’t causing any issues. A vampire’s body is a magnificent thing.

“All done,” Ross announced as he ran a damp cloth over my chest.

“How does it look, little one?” I asked Izzy before I even admired it for myself. His opinion was the most important to me.

“Oh Daddy, it’s so beautiful!” he gushed. “I love, love, love it.”

I laughed and pecked his lips. “Well, I love, love, love you.” Izzy took my hand when I stood up, and we walked over to a full length mirror together. Now scripted on my chest was the word, “Israel.”

It was placed over my heart in honor of the man who would always hold it, and above the nipple Izzy preferred to latch onto. It had become part of our nighttime routine, whether he needed to feed or not. After his bath and a story, I would sing to him while he suckled. It deepened our bond and helped us connect in a special way, while reminding us what was important.

Israel was everything important to me. He’d filled my life with joy, purpose, and soul-deep contentment. I was beyond blessed to be able to share that joy with him every day for the rest of time. Our life together would be full of happiness, playtime...and lots of cookies.
