Killer Spring Page 22

by Kay Bigelow

“I don’t really know.” She paused for a moment, then continued. “I want to be yours in every sense of the word, Leah. I want you to know me—everything about me—just as I want to know everything about you.”

“Jardain, I don’t want to own you. It would be like trying to tame a wildly beautiful panther. I have no need to subdue you.” Leah paused, and then said, “I will, however, insist on being able to top you now and again.”

Jardain grinned at Leah. “I think that can be arranged.”

It had become apparent that Leah needed to spend time getting to know the real Jardain. The only way to do that was to spend quality time with her, not just over the occasional dinner or cup of coffee. Spending quality time with Jardain in the sun and on the beach during the day, and making love with the beautiful Jardain at night was exactly, and all, she needed.
