Snatched Up By A Bad Boy Page 4

by Prenisha Aja

“You never want to hear what the fuck I have to say to you, but you need to find a babysitter for our son because I got shit I have to do tonight too.” She smacked her lips into the phone and I let out a flustered sigh.

No disrespect, but I swear this bitch got on my last nerve. It wasn’t that she had shit to do, she just wanted to be where I was. Kelia still hadn’t gotten over the fact that we were over. She would try her hardest to get a nigga to fuck with her, but I wasn’t feeling the type of shit that she was on. She had lost all the spark that she had, and it turned me off.

Kelia used to be that chick that I knew was going to go far. She could sing her ass off and she was also pretty as fuck, but somewhere down the line she lost her spark. She lost her drive and she lost herself. She let the lil’ fame get to her. I mean no, she wasn’t on no worldwide shit, but she used to be poppin’ in our city. We used to be on some Bonnie and Clyde type of shit but Kelia started wanting to party more than she worked. She would pop x-pills, drink hella liquor, and probably a whole bunch of other shit.

I was thankful she already had my son when she started doing that shit because I probably would have yanked her up by her neck. However, despite that shit, she was a good mother to my son, until she was ready to go out and pop her pussy.

“Whatever Kelia, I’ll be over there to pick him up after I leave the mall!”

I then hung up in her face and ran my hands down my face. “Damn, she bugging the fuck out of me.”

“Dog, I don’t know how you do it. Kelia’s ass would have been got slapped,” Grey stated, causing Luca to laugh and chime in.

“Yeah bro, I would have been put these motherfuckin’ paws on her.” Luca balled his fist up and playfully jabbed the air.

“Man, Kelia the type of bitch that would put my ass in jail if I laid a finger on her. That’s why I keep my distance from her ass,” I let them know.

She and I had got into an argument before shit hit off for me and I choked her ass out. When she woke up, her ass called the police on me. I had to catch ghost. I thanked God she didn’t go through with pressing charges, however, I knew her ass would.

“I don’t know how you do it. I’m going to pray for you big bro.” Luca patted me on the back, and I shook my head.

“Man, fuck y’all. Let’s go in this bitch and ball out,” I told them as I got out of my brand new 2019 Range Rover.

My baby was so fucking clean. I had it custom made, with the red seats on the inside, the red and black rims and my shit was shiny black, and I knew when I rode around my city everybody knew it was me. No lie, I loved my city, and I had refused to leave it. They watched out for me and in return, I took care of them.

“Hell yeah. I got to look A1 tonight. I know it’s going to be hella hoes up in that bitch.” Luca jumped out the car, rubbed his hands together and smiled widely, showing off his gold, diamond grill.

Luca was that friend that I felt would never in his life settle down. I didn’t see it in him. I knew for a fact Greyson would and so would I, but right now, none of these females piqued my interest. They all came off as thirsty and extra, and I hated that.

“Nigga you always worried about some hoes,” Grey added as he walked around from the passenger side of the car.

“Man, fuck you. You need to be worried about some hoes. Yo’ ass still stuck and will forever be stuck on Zella’s ass,” Luca shot back, which caused Greyson to have a sour ass look on his face.

See the thing with Greyson was that he wasn’t really into fucking with a whole bunch of bitches. He just didn’t find that shit exciting. Yeah, he would take one for the team, but he was more so the one person out of the three of us that didn’t give a fuck about some hoes. He had been with Zella for two years until they broke up just a few months ago.

She was on hating type shit because my nigga was always on the road with me. She swore that she didn’t trust Grey and that he was on some grimy shit but on God, I felt like it was her. I just never said nothing to my nigga because I chose to mind the business that pays my ass. Plus, I had my own problems because Kelia was a fucking handful. I just knew whenever I decided to settle, which on the cool would probably be soon—well, if found the right shawty—she would act a monkey’s ass and that’s when I was going to have to turn up on her ass and finally put her in her place.

But I didn’t have to worry about that shit right now. I didn’t have my eyes on anything but the cash flow because none of these women seemed to be worth it.

“Damn, why is it so packed up in this bitch?” Grey complained as we entered the mall.

“Man, let’s get what we came up in here for and stay discreet about the shit. I at least want to get what I came in for before I have to deal with screaming fans and all,” I told them as we quickly ducked and dodged everyone and went into the stores we needed to.

“Fuck man, we done yet?” Luca was now the one bitching as I tried on a pair of these bad ass Jordan’s.

“Nigga, you can go to the car.” I looked up at him and he flicked me off and went back to texting on his phone.

As I adjusted my feet inside of the shoe, I saw a bad ass female walk by. I damn near wanted to run up out of there and get her number, but I had to first pay for my shit.

“Aye yo Luca, you see her right there?” I pointed to the chick with the long extensions that were blonde on the ends.

She was fine as fuck and her titties bounced and so did her ass. Her peanut butter skin had me wanting to see if it was just as smooth as it looked. She was fine, no lie.

“Yeah, what’s up?” A smirk appeared on his face because he already knew what I wanted.

“Yeah, go stall her ass until I pay for this shit,” I told him, and of course he shot to his feet and ran up out of the store to do so.

While he did that, I stacked up the four pair of shoes that I decided to get and walked over to the cashier.

“Can I get you anything else Saw?” the chick in the Footlocker uniform asked as she licked her lips, squinted her eyes and bit down on her long lime green nail.

“Nah, but shit, do you need glasses? Are you hungry? You squinting and shit and biting on your nails like you hungry,” I kidded with her, which caused her to roll her eyes, scan my shit and tell me the cost of it all.

“Damn, a nigga can’t get no discount?” I joked, because she and I both knew I had more than enough to pay for the shit.

“Nah, you need a job or some? Since you need a discount,” she quickly responded as she rolled her neck and batted those long, wing-like eyelashes she had on her face. Them bitches were so long that they were bound to fly right up out this bitch.

“Now you and I both know that ain’t the case, but here.” I pulled out more than enough and handed it to her and grabbed my shit once she was done bagging it up.

With Grey right behind me, we looked from our left to our right trying to find Luca. Where the fuck his ass at? I wondered. Finally, I walked up on him in the food court and he was still talking to ol’ girl that I told him to go after. To my surprise, she wasn’t giving him neck roll or attitude. She was actually smiling and laughing at whatever he was saying.

Hell, knowing Luca, his ass had probably tried to shoot his shot, but little did he know I was about to block his shit as if I was Kobe Bryant.

“Nah, she good.” I barged in between the two of them.

“Excuse me,” she sassed as she folded her arms and looked at me with her lip curled up.

“My bad ma, but it’s time for my friend to go.” I chuckled and Luca did the same.

“Man, you lucky I’m funny and shit, or else she would have been and walked up out of here. Right Brynlee?” Luca teased, adding extra emphasis on her name.

She giggled and then I gave Luca the evil eye and he smirked. He and Grey then grabbed my bags as I stood in front of Brynlee and observed her.

“So, can I get a little of your time?” I asked her, putting my charm on while licking my lips.

  “I mean, I think I li
ke your friend better.” She tilted her head to the side and if I wasn’t a cool ass nigga, my mouth would probably have hit the floor.

Rubbing my beard, I sat down in the silver metal chair and looked out into the crowd of people.

“Damn, so you’re telling me that you are passing up a chance with me. Me?” I pointed at myself and she let out a chuckle.

“You think because your homeboys carried your bags away like some little servants that it makes you more than them? I mean, who the fuck is you anyway?” she asked me, and now I was fucking applauding.

Like, did she seriously not know who I was? That shit kind of bruised a nigga’s ego and made me feel like I needed to go harder. Like, how was it that she was in my city and didn’t know who I was?

“You really don’t know who I am?” I asked her, standing back up and towering over her.

She had to be about 5’6 because she came right to my nose. I actually liked that shit because it was like short females always tried to fuck with me. I’m not saying I turned them down but when we would fuck, that shit would be kind of difficult.

“No, I don’t, and I don’t care to know. Now if you are done here, I need to go finish finding me something to wear,” she sassed, tilting her weight more so to the right, which caused her ass cheek to poke out more.

Shorty was thick for real. I knew for sure she had to be from here because all our women were on the thick side and plus, she didn’t have an accent, like she was from elsewhere.

“You can go when you give me your number,” I told her, and she let out a loud laugh while she looked up at the ceiling of the mall.

“Get it from your friend.” She smirked and walked away.

Feeling kind of played, I just couldn’t let her walk away from me like that, so I did a light jog and ran up behind her.

“So, you really about to pass me up and fuck with my nigga?” I asked her.

“Sawyer! Saw, I know motherfuckin’ well you didn’t pass on getting my son because you wanted to be in the mall splurging on some hoe,” Kelia shouted out across the way causing everybody’s head to whip towards me.

“Fuck,” I expressed as I ran my hands down my face and watched as Kelia made her way over to me, right along with the rest of the screaming ladies.

Turning around to apologize to Brynlee, I realized that she was now gone. Even though I still wanted to go chase after her, I knew that I needed to quickly sign some autographs, take a few pictures, then ring my baby mama’s neck. I couldn’t believe her ass ratted me out in the mall like this, when she knew when I did shit like this, I loved to remain lowkey and not bring attention to myself.

However, her loud ass had done that and only proved what I was telling my niggas about her earlier. She was a lost cause and I knew there was no chance in hell that we would ever be more than a mother and a father to my child.

Exhaling, I pulled my phone out to let Luca and Grey know what was going on and to come in and help me get up out this bitch because I knew that with the way everyone was running over to me, within five minutes the paparazzi would be raiding the place and I would be here all night catering to my die heart fans.

I stood in the middle of the club with my team beside me, and so were a few of the workers that worked for the club. I looked at my hard work and smiled because I had busted my ass to get this far. Soon I would be opening up my very own club. I had been saving up for years and my time was coming.

I would no longer have to book at one of the hottest clubs because my club would be the hottest club.

“Alright guys, you know tonight is a big event. Ballers will be in the building which means money for all of us.” I smiled brightly as I rubbed my fingers together.

They all looked so eager and I knew they were; I was. I had been running my business for a few years now. What started as me being a promoter for clubs and trying to sell out sections so that I could get my cut, turned into me wanting to start my own business.

I was basically an event planner/coordinator. People called me to host their events and decorate. After doing it so much and so well, the word hit the streets hard. I knew tonight was going to be a movie and I couldn’t wait because even though I would be hosting and making sure everything was right, I was going to enjoy myself as well.

Also, I had to make sure that Brynlee had a good night tonight. I wanted her to get sloppy drunk and forget about her problems with Troy, who, might I add, I never thought he was good for her.

It was just something about him that never set right with me. I remember when she first started dated him and he was just creepy as fuck. I also hated how she moved to New York. Yes, she wanted to get away from what she grew up around but damn, New York?

“Do you want me to go upstairs and make sure all the sections are ready to go?” Sam asked, pulling me out of my thoughts.

Sam was my favorite out of all of my workers. Why? Because he worked hard. He was about his money. I loved Sam and we would even hang out outside of work and no, it wasn’t like that. Sam was gay and would sometimes dress better than me but when he was at work, he toned it down because he knew that in this fucked up world everyone didn’t show acceptance. He didn’t give a fuck what others thought, but he knew to show others the same respect he would want someone to show him.

“Yes, please. Make sure that Sawyer’s section is big enough. If you have to combine two, then do that. You know his ass brings a damn army with him,” I told him.

Sawyer’s event was my biggest one to date. I knew that doing this event for him was really going to have my name popping in the streets. I knew it would bring me more money. And looking around, I felt like I did a great job.

“Alright y’all, let’s clean the tables and unstack the chairs and then we can break until tonight. Make sure y’all are on time, with your shirts on and black slacks,” I reminded them, and they all nodded their heads and then scattered.

I stayed standing in the middle of the floor, checking everything off of my to-do list, until my name was called and the deep-toned voice it came from caused my body to stiffen.

“Merci, let me talk to you in my office for a second,” the club owner, aka my ex Nix, ordered of me.

“Nix, what do you want?” I turned to face him and rolled my eyes to the back of my head. Hoping that he would take the hint that he was the last person I wanted all up in my face right now.

“What do you mean, what do I want? I asked for you to come to my office really quick.” He stood tall and firm, with his hands positioned in front of him, clasped together.

He stood like a boss. Everything about his energy let you know that he ran shit and what he said usually goes. The last thing I wanted to do was be closed off in a small space with him. Which was why when I booked club Charm, I sent my assistant to do it. It was like Nix had supernatural powers. He could make the stiffest bitch cave in and give him exactly what he wanted, pussy.

“And we can’t talk about it out here?” I turned around and looked at all of the open tables and chairs, where we could sit and talk about whatever it was that he wanted to discuss with me.

“Nah,” he dryly responded then turned and walked off.

Huffing, I gripped the clipboard close to my chest and reluctantly followed behind him. As I made my way to his office, Sam side-eyed me because he knew all about the relationship I once had with Nix.

When I talked to Nix, I was just starting the promoting shit. I was younger, dumber and just wanted to be on. So, when Nix’s fine, milk chocolate, muscular ass first walked over to me in the club, hitting me with a smile that made my pussy jump, I knew right then that I wanted him.

At the time, I didn’t know him. All I knew was that he was fine. He wanted me and shit, I wanted him, but the moment we made things “official” I began to get all these crazy ass stares. Bitches who once smiled in my face whenever I came to the club, were now those same bitches who wore a mug on their face anytime they saw me.
<
br />   Then one night, a bitch named Apryl walked up to me, charging me up about her man. When I tell you, that night I whooped that bitch’s ass and slapped the fuck out of him. I never promoted at this club again and honestly, I wouldn’t be here had it not been for it being the hottest, most luxurious club.

“You know that you and I are not on good terms,” I reminded him, and he chuckled as he stopped, opened the door to his office and allowed me to go first.

“I’m very aware of what is going on but that’s only because you have been trying your hardest to avoid me.”

“Still am,” I mumbled underneath my breath as I made my way over to the black leather chair that he had sitting in front of his smooth, midnight black desk.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah.” He smirked, running his hands over his beard, giving me that same look that used to make me jump in his arms, wrap my legs around his waist, and rain kisses upon him.

“Why are you acting like you don’t miss me?” He came and sat down in front of me.

“Because I don’t. Please don’t tell me this is why you called into your office.” I stood to my feet.

“Yes, you do!” He stood up too and made his way around the desk. He was now standing right in front of me.

His cologne caused my eyes to sit lower, my body to relax and my panties to become moist. He was still wearing the cologne that I had picked out for him. One that I had loved so much, that when I would leave him, I would spray a little on my shirt just so I could smell him even when he wasn’t around.

I know, crazy, but that’s how in love with him I was. However, Nix was a playboy. He had too many bitches on his team and I was not competing with any of those hoes for a spot.

“Nix, if you did not call me in here to discuss business, then I would like to go.” I looked up into his eyes. He had these pretty ass, honey-colored eyes that always got lighter during the summer time when the sunlight hit them and darker in the winter.

Chuckling and shaking his head, Nix pulled me in closer and whispered in my ear. “You might as well stop fighting it. You know that you want it to be me and you again. You keep trying to play me. I’m not the same person,” he finished, and the serious look he wore upon his face had me wondering.
