Wet for Christmas: A Rockstar Romance Page 16

by Ford, Mia

I kissed her swollen lips before moving down her neck. Aubrey arched her back as I took one nipple into my mouth, sucking lightly. I loved the sounds she made as she rocked her hot, wet pussy over me, her hands all over my body. When I had teased her to the point of begging, I reached down and moved her underwear aside, stroking her wet folds. Aubrey moaned as she rose and impaled herself down on my cock. We both moaned at the feeling and I’d never felt so complete in my life. I was going to be making love to this woman for the rest of my life and I gripped her hips as she rose up and back down. Her moans filled the room as she moved harder, bringing me in deeper as I bit down on my lip. I let her control it as long as I could handle it before turning her to her back and forcing her legs apart.

I fucked Aubrey hard as she rocked against me, both of us needing the release we’d been craving all night. Every time I touched her, I wanted her. Every kiss made me want to drag her into an empty room, slip her dress up and take her up against any wall I could find. I drove into her harder as she cried out, gripping me as she cried out. I followed, filling my wife as I jerked forward and moaned her name. “Mine,” I told her as she pulled me down for a kiss.

“Yours,” Aubrey promised as we slowed, resting against each other.

We rested together on the petals sprinkled on the bed, breathing in the sweet scent mixed with the sex in the room. When we could move, I asked her if she wanted to share some champagne while we soaked in the jetted tub in the bathroom. She nodded and undressed as I went in to start the water and bubbles, making me take another look at her garter belt before she took it off. Aubrey brought the bottle of champagne back with glasses and I popped it open, making her laugh as the popping noise filled the room. “You got the good stuff,” Aubrey noted as she looked at the label. I smiled as I poured us some and then set the bottle on the counter. “I might have to drink it all.”

“If it helps me to take advantage of you again, feel free.” I kissed her, and we clinked glasses before sipping the bubbly liquid. I urged her into the water and we moved our glasses to a safe place before wrapping her in my arms underneath the water. We talked about our future as we relaxed and having kids down the line. I remained tight lipped about the house as much as she tried to get it out of me, not wanting to ruin the surprise. We sat in there until the water grew cool, drying off before she walked back to the bed.

“I want you again.” Aubrey told me as she looked back. I walked forward, kissing her hungrily before we dropped back down to the bed.

  Chapter Twenty-Four

  Aubrey

Rather than leave for the honeymoon straight away, we spent the next day in town with the remaining guests. We enjoyed a long lunch and went to see some sights, splitting up into several cars to get from one place to the next. Everyone just got along so well, and I felt like I had a whole new family, even if some of them were farther than I liked. Cammie settled in right along with me and even got a few gifts as she relaxed, looking worn and pregnant. I loved spending time with them and taking pictures throughout the day as we laughed and talked.

I knew we were taking a private plane to a secret location tonight and couldn’t help but wonder where it was. It was bad enough I didn’t know what house I was going to be living in much less where we were going to get away for a week. All of my little kisses didn’t sway him into telling me and in fact, he laughed at me. Everyone laughed at me. We gave goodbye hugs and headed back to our room to get our luggage before taking a car to the airport. My flowers were gone, and David assured me that I would be seeing them again as he took one last look around.

Jacob took us to the airport with Vanessa, wanting to thank his friend for the favor. He was behind the entire trip, pulling strings to get is the best. He gave the pilot a quick hug and told him to take good care of us as he and David shared a big smile. I rolled my eyes and Vanessa giggled as the guys brought our luggage to the plane. We told them thank you and goodbye before boarding the small plane, getting settled beside each other as the engines came to life. “Get comfortable. We’ll be here a while.” David told me as he tucked me under his arm. “There’s a bed in back if you want to lay down and plenty of food.”

“Where are we going?” I asked, and he kissed my hair.

I dozed pressed against him and after we had some breakfast, in the bed where we made love again before dozing off. The only thing I thought about at home was Cammie, but we were going to stay in touch through this trip. She was close to giving birth and I didn’t want to miss a thing. David promised that we’d go home if anything happened.

I woke up in the bed and stretched as I glanced around. I looked at the clock to see that we were approaching twelve hours in the air and rose to look out of the window. I saw blue water and soft sand as I smiled, sitting in the chair as I tried to figure out where we were. I wasn’t any kind of world traveler. I heard David moving and looked over as he glanced at me. “How’s the view?” He asked as she mock glared at him.

“Are we close?” I asked as he looked at the clock. David nodded as he stretched slowly and came to join me.

“That’s it. We’re staying in one of those little houses on the water.” He pointed, and my mouth dropped open. “This is Fiji, baby. Jacob loved it and recommended it.”

“It’s beautiful. Look at the water.” I murmured as we watched the land get closer. We dressed to get off the airplane and gathered our things as we returned to the seats and the windows there. Phil landed at a small airport and we got into a car that was taking us to our resort, and I couldn’t help but look at everything as David wrapped an arm around me. The all-inclusive resort we ended up at was spacious and beautiful, and I felt like crying as I got out of the car. I hugged David, thanking him for all of this as I breathed in the ocean air. I never dreamed that I’d have this life and this kind of love. We checked in and headed across the beach to the little houses on the water, walking over the bluest water I’d ever seen. I entered the small but cozy space, seeing a living area that offered a kitchenette and peace along with a door that led to the bedroom. Evening was starting to set in and he asked if I wanted to get some dinner and relax on the beach tonight. I smiled and nodded, and we showered in the bright bathroom before dressing in loose, summer clothes. We walked the raised path to the island, finding a little seafood place where we sat outside and ordered drinks and dinner.

We spent a week there and I relaxed since it seemed like my niece was happy in her safe, little home. We toured the island, snorkeled, made love, dozed and ate at every place we could in the days we were there. I loved it here and managed to get some reading in as I looked over the water, memorizing this feeling. David made me feel like a princess while we were here, and I fell in love with him even more.

We were in the plane headed home and I was looking through my pictures on my phone. David was dozing in the bed beside me and I smiled at him before I dropped the phone to the bed. I knew that I was going home to my new house when we landed and pressed close to his body as I held in a laugh. My phone rang as we landed at the airport and I looked at the screen. “Cam?” I asked as I heard her breathing on the other end.

“This baby waited for you, Aubrey. I have been in labor for a few hours and we’re going to the hospital soon. Can you meet us?’ She asked as I gasped, covering my mouth and telling David what was going on. Jacob was taking us back and he dropped us off at the hospital before taking our luggage home. I had a fleeting thought of the house that was waiting for me, but this was my niece. The house could wait.

We hurried into Kindred Hospital, asking where the labor and delivery unit was. When the volunteer told us, David pulled me to the elevator by the hand and I walked into his embrace as I closed my eyes. I was worried for my sister and niece but knew that everything would be fine. They were in a great place and everyone loved their doctor. David stroked my hair and I pulled him tighter, having a flash of being here having our baby. When the door dinged, he turned to lead me out and the nurse stepping inside gave h
im a wide stare. He’d pulled on a beanie before we came into the building, but those blue eyes gave him away. He kept moving and I looked at the signs on the wall to get us there faster.

Once we’d arrived, David only stepped in to say hi. He wasn’t going to be here for the birth and it was just myself and Brent’s mom along with the daddy. David kissed me and walked out as Cammie looked at me from the bed. “How was Fiji?”

“It figures everyone knew.” I smiled. “It was amazing. I have gifts and pictures, but this comes first.”

“I hope so.” Cammie panted as she closed her eyes. “This hurts.” Brent stepped up to her, stroking her shoulders as he leaned close to her. Cammie paused and turned to look at him as they both smiled. I gave his mom a curious look and she shrugged as another nurse walked into the room. She took a spot at the end of the bed and reached forward as Cammie grimaced.

“You’re just about ready to have a baby. That didn’t take long at all.” The pixie sized blonde woman grinned and walked to the phone to call someone.

“Oh my God.” Cammie breathed as she closed her eyes. “I need Mom, Aubrey. I can’t do this without her.”

“She’s here,” I assured her from her left side as Brent kissed her hair.

“I’ve got you, babe. Both of you.” I looked at him, loving him for loving my sister so much right now.

The doctor came in and it seemed like everything happened all at once. Cammie had gotten an epidural and I stood at one side while Brent took the other, flanked by his mom. The nurse and doctor encouraged Cammie to push and she alternated between breathing and crying out as I squeezed her hand. I wasn’t sure if it was an hour later or ten but suddenly the doctor smiled, and the sound of a shrill cry filled the room.

“Baby girl born at eleven thirty, September twenty first.” the woman announced as we all looked at the little body in her hands. The nurse wiped gently at her and Cammie reached for her daughter as they placed her on her chest. She started to cry, and Brent leaned forward to touch her tiny head softly, stunned into silence. I just stared at Aurora as she cried, her small arms stretching out.

I closed my eyes, seeing Mom’s smile and hearing her voice in the room. She was here. I opened them again to see Cammie smiling at her daughter and a tear slid down my cheek. The nurse took her away to do a few things and Brent kissed Cammie as he told her how much he loved her.

I left to tell everyone that Aurora was here, and David hugged me. We were giving the new family some time alone before visiting, most of which would be done tomorrow. It was past visiting hours, but we could go in and say hello before letting them get some rest.

I handed Aurora off to David, smiling as he cooed at her. She was a beautiful mix of her parents with soft dark hair and I was already madly in love. I kissed Cammie’s cheek before leaving, assuring her I’d be back in the morning. David led me to the entrance of the hospital and I glanced at a clock, seeing that it was close to midnight. “Are we going home?” I asked as he gazed down at me.

“Do you want to get a hotel room?” He asked me as I smiled.

“I want to stay with her, but she’s got this. We’ll see her tomorrow.” I took his hand. “Take me home, husband.”

He got a cab and leaned forward to give the man directions in a low voice. I smiled as he leaned back, kissing my hair. We drove towards Brent’s place and I watched as the car wound through the streets, seeing the dark water to the right of us. I grinned when the cab turned right into a long driveway as David pushed a button.

I didn’t need to ask what house it was. I recognized it as the car stopped and David stepped out, pulling me by the hand. It was my favorite of all of them. The stone exterior was a natural combination of grays and two stories with a big front yard and formidable entrance. It had five bedrooms and was just over twenty-five hundred square feet without including the basement. “I had a feeling it was this house.” I told him as we watched the cab leave. He closed the gate and led the way to the front door, unlocking it before swinging it open.

The house was older than the others but well built. It featured a large foyer that dropped into a sunken living room that offered a stunning view during the day. There was a big, open kitchen that was joined to a formal dining room. I looked over the furniture that was scattered around the room, warm brown leather couches with throw blankets draped over various parts of them. There were some dark wood coffee tables and I smiled as I looked around, noting the pictures on the mantel. “Cammie helped with the pictures.” David told me before I kissed him. We walked through the kitchen and dining room that offered a large oak table with another view and I looked forward to cooking with Cammie here as Aurora toddled around when she was older.

He led me down the hallway to the bottom three rooms, which stood empty. He told me we could decide together what to do with them before taking me up the sturdy stone steps, making me smile. I remembered seeing this house and talking about the view from every window as well as the back yard and deck. We weren’t on the water, but it wasn’t far away, and we saw it from almost every window of the house. David led us past the smaller room and then into the master as I gasped. His bed was here, placed against the wall that faced the windows. It was simply decorated like his old room but the fireplace in the corner offered so much charm to this gorgeous room. “You can have an office of your own and maybe have a small desk here,” he motioned to a nook near the window and I nodded with a smile. Two salt lamps lit the room with their soft amber glow and there were flowers by the bed.

“I love it.” I told him as I turned to face him, moving in for a kiss. My ring sparkled in the dim light as I threaded my hands through his hair, feeling like I had everything I’d ever wanted.

  Almost everything.

He took me to bed, undressing me before we made love in our new home. I cried out, filling the room with my moans as David claimed me, making my body and soul his. He moved harder, murmuring my name before he hunched over me, filling me. We kissed as we settled beside each other, staring at each other in the light from the side of the bed. This was much bigger than the condo and it would take some getting used to, but I loved it.

I woke up early to watch the sun rise, surprised that I didn’t sleep in longer. I walked downstairs and looked around again, smiling at the family pictures on the mantel from when I was young as well as some of David’s family and a wedding picture that caught me off guard. It was of the two of us during our first kiss as man and wife and the love oozed from the frame as I felt heat rush over me. I walked into the kitchen and discovered that everything was new and modern, making some coffee to drink at the smaller table by the window. I’d write a lot here, create a lot of pieces with this view and the fresh air blowing through the windows.

I heard footsteps and smiled as David strolled into the kitchen, dressed only in lounge pants. He grinned at me before getting coffee and kissing me tenderly. “Morning.”

“Hi,” I greeted him as he sat down and glanced outside. “Thank you again for everything.”

‘When do you want to head to the hospital?” He asked as I glanced at my phone. It was just past nine and I’d called Cammie, hearing the joy in her voice as she soothed Aurora. She told me to come anytime and I knew that a few other people would be stopping in as well.

“Let’s have some breakfast and get ready?” I asked as he nodded. I noticed that the fridge and pantries were stocked for me and he sipped his coffee with a smile. We relaxed over the meal, showering and dressing in jeans and Henleys to go visit our friends.

I watched as we drove through the gate and into the wide road, feeling joy bubble up inside of me. I looked back to see our view and touched David’s cheek gently before taking his hand. We made it to the hospital in half an hour, parking and walking to the gift shop to bring Aurora a little bear and Cammie some flowers. I led the way into the room to see my sister cradling her baby on her bare skin as Brent watched them. It was so sweet, and I paused to take it in, seeing how natural of a mother
that Cammie already was. I noticed a shimmer on her hand and gasped as she glanced up at me. “When did you get that?” I asked, darting forward to look at the vintage engagement ring that sparkled on her finger.

“He asked me before Aurora was born last night and we made it official after everyone left.” Cammie told me as I remembered the way they looked at each other. “I would have said something, but it was such a great moment with the baby coming and everything. I needed to let it soak in myself.”

“Congratulations.” I whispered as I hugged Brent first, then my sister as I was careful to avoid hurting the baby. She was happy and looking blankly around the room as Cammie stroked her back.

“Yeah. Congrats on everything.” David said behind me, clapping Brent on the back and kissing Cammie’s cheek. We sat down as she fed Aurora slowly, letting the bonding take place between them. Brent burped her and then wrapped her up in a soft pink blanket before handing her to me. I smiled and accepted the tiny bundle, holding her securely in my arms as I stared at my niece. She was beautiful, so much of my sister and even my mom. She was also like Brent and she looked up at me with blue eyes that shouldn’t see me so well.

I felt David settle his arm over my shoulder as he gazed down at us, unable to look away from her. “Will her eyes change color?” I asked softly, afraid to break the silence of the room.

“Maybe.” Brent replied, and I looked up to see him holding Cammie’s hand as he sat beside her. “She’s so beautiful just like her mom.” His voice was filled with reverence and my sister smiled.
