Ringer: A New Year's Romance: The Doyles, a Boston Irish Mafia Romance Page 17

by Sophie Austin

Two beautiful weeks of sunshine and, well, no cocktails for me. But beach time and all the exploring I can manage, even if we never leave that hotel room.

After that, a new chapter at the pet shelter with staff starting in the New Year. Jack will be joining Ronan and the other Doyles as their VP of Operations.

My thoughts go back to what Jack shared with me about what Murphy Doyle had said to him.

The weeks and months are long, but the years are short. Blink and they’re over.

The door swings open, and Molly bustles in.

“I don’t know what you told that poor man, Alix, but he looks like he’s about to faint. You have to get out there, so he doesn’t think you changed your mind.”

I’m already holding up the skirts of my dress and heading for the door.

  I won’t miss a single second.

Thank you so much for reading Ringer!

I’m so grateful to you for enjoying the Doyles!

Once you’ve read the whole series, sign up for my newsletter to receive a special bonus epilogue that gives you a look at all the Doyle boys, their wives, and where the families are few years later. But save it until you’ve enjoyed all the books!

And don’t worry: after the Doyles, there’s a new series headed your way for the bad boys Boston. Get Finn’s story, book one of the Carneys, in Rake.

I’d love to stay in touch! Sign up for my mailing list!

  Xoxo,

  Sophie
