  I made myself presentable and sat there with a compact to touch up my makeup. The mascara had run down my eyes and my lipstick was smeared. I took a photo with my phone to remind me of this milestone in my life. I could look back at any time and feel that desire welling up inside of me.

  I stumbled to the sink where there was a girl looking at me out of the corner of her eye. It was Julia. “I believe these are yours.” She presented me with what was left of my panties and I quickly made them disappear into my purse. “Your secret is safe with me.” She smiled and I left the bathroom feeling like this weight had been lifted from my shoulders.

  There was no telling what was going to happen next. I was looking forward to finding out.
