“Sage, huh?” Carisa said, checking him out. “I dunno, cuz. He’s kinda hot.”

I was about fifty percent sure they were fucking with me, but I glared at her anyway. “Bikers are off limits. They’re my brothers now, and since you’re my cousin, that’s… that’s incestuous.”

“That’s not really how that works.” Carisa said, beaming a smile at Sage as he approached.

“Here, sugar, take this. You need to relax,” Shari said, handing me a beer.

“Where’s Tina and Dylan?” I asked, more than ready to get away from my hardheaded cousin.

She pointed to one of the furniture groupings. “Tina’s over there talking to Elenore. Dylan’s playing darts with a kid named Trent.”

I spotted Dylan, who appeared to be having the time of his life, and then headed in Tina’s direction. By the time I reached her, Rabbit appeared and was talking to Elenore. She said something, and he picked her up, carrying her away. I couldn’t tell whether or not Elenore enjoyed it, but since Tina didn’t interfere, I didn’t either.

“What’s all that about?” I asked gesturing after the couple.

“She’s crazy. They’re both crazy. I don’t know. But I don’t want to talk about them.” Her face brightened as she stood. “How’d it go? You all patched up now?”

“Patched in,” I corrected, pulling her against me for a kiss.

“Oh. Right. You all patched in?” she asked.

“Sure am.” I turned, so she could see that I was no longer sporting a prospect patch on my bottom rocker. “You’re lookin’ at an official Dead President.”

Her eyes lit up. “Impressive. Congratulations. By the way, I still can’t believe what you’re doing for Dylan. That was… that’s really incredible.”

My gaze cut to the dartboards where Dylan was throwing. “So is he.”

  Her eyes softened.

Squeezing her against me, I said, “So are you. You ready to talk about marriage yet?” I’d asked the question before, letting her know I was interested, but had no intention of rushing her.

She bit back a smile. “My divorce still isn’t final.”

  “Counting down the days, angel.”

Grabbing the sides of my cut, she grinned up at me. “Have I told you how hot you look in this thing?”

“I think you mean fuckin’ hot,” I corrected.

“Fuckin’ smokin’,” she said, one-upping me.

I loved her filthy mouth. “You know… there’re rooms upstairs,” I said, reaching around to give her ass a squeeze.

  Her eyebrows rose. “There are?”

“Fuckin’ rooms,” I clarified, my grin widening.

“Just what kind of club did you bring me to, Kaos?”

I shrugged. “What can I say? Bikers are a horny lot.”

“I see. You fit right in, don’t you?” Her eyes narrowed to slits.

Sensing a trap, I answered honestly. “Only horny for you, angel.”

Her smile held all kinds of approval. “Good answer.”

“So, what do you say? Wanna sneak upstairs and have some fun?”

  “What about Dylan?”

“Carisa’ll keep an eye on him. And nobody here would let anything bad happen to him. He’ll be fine,” I answered confidently.

  “I mean… I guess a quickie wouldn’t hurt.”

Wouldn’t hurt? It would be amazing. I was already moving us toward the stairs. “Nobody’ll even know we’re gone.” I squeezed her hand. “Come on. I hear club sex is the best, and I’ve been dying to get you here so we can try it.”

“Well, when you put it like that…”

She let me lead her up the stairs. Going straight to the spare bedrooms, I found the first unoccupied one and pushed the door open, gesturing her forward. “After you, my dear.”

“I had no idea bikers were such gentlemen,” she said, brushing past me.

God, she had a nice ass. Without taking my gaze from her body, I locked the door behind us and kicked off my boots. “Trust me, angel, nothing I want to do to you right now is gentlemanly.”

“Oh, really?” she said, yanking her shirt over her head. “Do tell. Or better yet, show me.”

And that’s exactly what I did, fully intending to keep showing her for the rest of our lives.
