Nicholas resides in the secluded Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, with his best friend, Tiger, and the lovely spirit of his forever soulmate, the enchanting and unforgettable, Erica. Determined to make something of himself and to make his kids proud, he chases his pipe dream of becoming a successful author and actor. He pursues these unattainable passions, notwithstanding the overabundance of monsters who would kill to see him fail and fade away (much like his final and lethal ex-wife, Heather, who proved to be a sinister and sadistic ruse). As this cruel world continues to do everything in its power to see Nicholas defeated and forsaken, he carries on through the endless storms, praying that the day will finally come where God will allow him to have his due.
He has tried several times, over the years, to break into the ministry, but the Christian church always found it more entertaining to condemn, censure, and crucify him. Nicholas is a very spiritual person, and has a real heart for children, animals, and the homeless. One would think that the Christian community would have honored and rewarded such a benevolent heart, but sadly, the Christian church is not Christian (as he has learned time and time again).
