Tell Charlie she best find some outfits for you and your dancers! I’ll send her the measurements” he answers. “Ok, send me the songs you want to perform” Idemand “I will see you all Thursday” he hangs up. “guys, we are going to LA Thursday, we have a performance on Saturday” I say a bit too excitedly. “so this is actually happening” Ethan says grinning from ear to ear. “looks like it” Ash wink at me. we all sit around the table discussing our new careers excitedly for the next hour, all our phones start making noises as we all get emails at the same time.

I go over it twice and then sign and send it back. “so we have full control over what I do, we can leave anytime and I have a base salary of $80,000 a month” I say not believing it. “we are all on the same money too, our contracts are identical apart from the job titles” Kade says “He has to be generous to us, we cannot be tied into an iron-clad contract in case Storm corp responsibilities stop us from working as we should at storm records” Ash states. “that makes sense” Charlie adds. “so it looks like we all have work to do” Brix says “check your work emails” he adds as we all look at him confused.

Your stylist will be arranging for you to have a makeover on Tuesday and to get some outfits for the upcoming events, Photoshoots and publicity meetings. you have a photoshoot Wednesday morning in new york and a hotel will be organised as your flight will take off from New York on Thursday. Your team have been informed of the work they must complete.
Attached is the setlist for the performance you must learn the songs for the recording session tomorrow. please pack a large suitcase as you will be in LA for a minimum of two weeks.
Please invite your friends and family to your performance, just let me know how many tickets you need.

“whoa, that got intense fast” I say. “I think this is going to be so much fun” Charlie says excitedly “and guys, we have just graduated” she laughs “well it looks like we all need to get going, we have lots to do before we leave on Wednesday,” Ash says “why don't we just go tomorrow night, after we finish at the studio, then Tuesday me and Charlie can go shopping and get makeovers in new york” I suggest “good idea” Charlie says. “ok, ill organise a hotel with Marie” Kade says. “ill organise our day Tuesday” Charlie Adds. “I’ll start getting your name out there on the internet” Brix adds “I’ll help you go through your setlist” Ethan says “I will get started on organising your meet and greets and television performances” Ash says. “wait, are you all happy to do all of this?” I ask “babydoll, this is so much better than going to school and going on life and death missions” Brix smiles and the others nod in agreement. I smile “ok, let’s do this” I chuckle. We all go off and get to work.
Chapter Fourteen
“Kass, new piercings were not part of the makeover,” Charlie says sternly. “well, Icould get a tattoo instead” Isuggest jokingly “oh god no, get the piercing,” she says defeatedly. I chuckle and drag her into the tattoo parlour when we get to the counter I explain what I want to the piercer. “so a vertical labret” the heavily tattooed guy says “if that's what its called then yes”. Ireply “go sit in the chair” he points to a spare chair in front of a mirror in the back of the large room. “will you be able to sing with a swollen lip” Charlie says worriedly “don’t panic, it will be fine” I chuckle. “ok so I'm going to put some numbing cream on your lip” the guy says. a Few minutes later I am sat with a huge needle through my lip. He grabs the bar I chose and swaps put it in as he removed the needle. “done” he says as he puts some healing cream on my lip. I spin in the chair and look at my new appearance my long hair has now got a grey balayage and has been styled with soft curls that frame my face. I Have a spray tan that is giving me a gorgeous glow and my makeup has been done dark and sexy. My new piercing has two gems one that sits on top of my bottom lip and the other that sits underneath my lip giving me a cool chick vibe. “what do you think” I ask Charlie as we walk to the counter to pay. “it looks so good on you, I'm actually shocked” she says and I Chuckle. “so what’s next?” I ask. “we have to go clothes shopping and then we have our nail appointment. she says. “cool, lead the way oh magical stylist” Itease. and we both giggle.
we finally get back to the hotel at five-thirty pm and we have a million shopping bags. “I’m so hungry” Charlie moans. “let’s get to the suite and order room service,” I say. “ok cool” she replies. We get into the elevator and the trolley boy brings the rest of our bags and we take up the whole lift. “Did we buy too much?” I ask and charlie rolls her eyes “not at all, you need a new outfit every event so now you are covered” she says. The elevator lets us out on our floor and Iswipe the card to the penthouse suite. Iput the bags I'm holding on the floor by the door and lay down on the sofa. “did you two buy the whole of New york?” Ethan says as he watches the trolley boy unload all of our bags. “No, she needs it all, plus some of it is mine,” Charlie says defensively. “Angel, where the hell are you going to put all that stuff, your huge closet is already full!” Ash snaps “erm, maybe I'll convert the attic,” I say. I sit up and Brix whistles when he sees my new look. “whoa, watch out LA” he chuckles. “did you pierce your lip” Kade accuses “yeah, I did, so what?” Isnap back “I think you look so cool, a true badass” Charlie says having my back. Ash stalks towards me and grips my chin as he leans down to place a feather-light kiss on the corner of my mouth. “I think you look amazing, Angel” he whispers in my ear and Ismile. “Dude, your shopping bags fill the entire entrance, where are we going to put all this crap” Brix states. “it only looks so bad because of the bags, we bought new suitcases to put it all in, it will be fine” Charlie retorts. “Seven suitcase, who needs seven suitcases full of stuff for a trip to LA, and no doubt you will buy more there,” Ash says “don't forget the suitcases they come here with that makes what thirteen suitcases between you” Kade adds I shrug and Charlie laughs. “what is funny” Ethan asks. “well I May have also ordered stuff to be delivered to us in LA for Kassi” she states “how much stuff” I ask. “I'm not sure exactly” She shrugs. “oh my god, you two need therapy” Ethan states. I smile sweetly at him “but Ihave to stay up to date with all the fashion trends, and anyway why does it matter?” I ask “well for one is there going to be room for us on the plane after loading your crap” Brix asks “of course if not you can fly commercial” charlie teases and Brix throws a cushion at her. “Now, now it will all be fine, lets just order some room service and me and charlie will start packing up all the stuff we bought” Isuggest. “ok, sounds like a plan” Charlie says and the boys grumble as they all sit on the sofa, watching us tear through packaging and repack all of the stuff into the shopping bags. “look at them, they are like wild animals, tearing apart their prey” Ethan says “we can hear you” Ireply in a sing-song voice and Charlie chuckles. when the food arrives half an hour later me and charlie are halfway through sorting our shopping and we move it all to the side of the room so it’s not in anyone's way. I flinch as my lip in sensitive when I forget about it and hit it with my fork. “you ok, babydoll” Brix asks grinning at me “yeah, it's a bit sensitive, it will be fine tomorrow,” Ireply. “what made you want a lip peircing anyway” Ethan asks. “just felt like it” Ishrug. “so you just got a bar put through your lip on a whim” Kade looks mortified. “yeah, Ican always take it out if I Don't want it anymore” Ireply. “whats it too you anyway?” I ask getting irritated by Kades sour attitude. “nothing, I Just thought you were more sensible than that” Kade shrugs. “whatever Kade, its just a peircing, stop acting like a miserable old man” I snap. “fuck you Kassi” he storms into his bedroom “what the fuck did I do?” I ask angrily “nothing babe, he's probably just having a bad day” Ash replies. “yeah well, he can go back to the compound and have his bad fucking day” I snap. I walk to the kitchen and throw my plate in the sink, I get back to packing to try and get rid of the rage inside of me. an hour later and I am almost done, thankfully, Ash has sat on the floor next to me for the last ten minutes but has been wise enough not to talk to me. “go and hang out with the others, I’m fine” I say with more venom than I intended. “no, Iwant to be with you” he says. “fine” Isnap. I finish packing the things I'm taking and leave out the items Ineed for the shoot tomorrow. “done, I’m going to bed now” I say as Istand, Ash nods and Istorm to our room and slam the door. I walk into the en-suite and turn on the shower, I Make quick work of stripping out of my clothes and tying my hair in a top knot so it doesn't get wet. Istep under the stream of steaming water and instantly feel my muscles start to relax, Imust stay in the shower for a good twenty minutes and when I notice my hands going extra wrinkly I Get out. I wrap my huge fluffy towel around me and go in the bedroom, Ash isn’t here so Iput on the little mermaid, my go-to film when I'm emotional and start drying myself. once Iam moisturised and in my pyjama shorts and tank, I sink into the bed and snuggle under the covers and watch the rest of my film. Ash walks into the room just as Ursula is taking
Ariel's voice, I shush him and point to the TV, he quietly chuckles and strips into his boxers and joins me in bed. Ash hands me a soda and some chocolate and I Take it. Isit up properly, still glued to the tv and start to eat the chocolate, that Inow realise is caramel as I never looked. once I finish the chocolate and down half of the soda, I snuggle into Ash and rest my head on his chest, still glued to the movie. throughout the movie, Ash runs his fingers through my hair and down my back, I Feel the anger from earlier fade and disappear as he does. “you want the little mermaid two on now” Ash asks as the film finishes. “no I’m tired now” I yawn. “do you feel better?” he asks and I nod yawning again. “ok, Angel, go to sleep,” he chuckles. I snuggle further into him and drift off to sleep.
Chapter Fifteen.
“you killed it,” Charlie says as I step off the stage, “you think so?” I ask dragging a towel over my face. “yeah, you were amazing! now we need to get you in your changing room and get you ready to mingle” she says practically dragging me through the backstage area. Within fifteen minutes charlie has got me rehydrated, changed, makeup redone and hair styled. no wonder she hired professionals to do my hair and makeup, I would never have been able to do what they have done in such a short space of time.
