Ingredients:
1 and ½ cups pumpkin puree
2/3 cup coconut sugar
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds, ground
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree with coconut milk, sugar, chia seeds, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and vanilla, whisk well, pour into 6 ramekins, place them all on a baking tray filled halfway with hot water, introduce in the oven at 325 degrees F and bake for 1 hour.
Serve the cream cold.
