  Was that a yes?

She ended our kiss and looked me square in the eye, “Let’s go get married.”

“I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss your bride.”

There had never been a bigger smile on mine and Julianna’s faces as we took in the justice of the peace’s words. She looked divine in an all-white lace dress that she bought once our wedding rings were purchased thanks to Amelia. My mouth dropped open at the sight of her when they walked back in the store.

I tugged Julianna closer to me and let go of her hands before I dipped her low and pressed a hard kiss against her lips. She was finally mine. Julianna was finally my wife. Once we were standing upright again, Cooper, Amelia, and Sofie joined us to congratulate us. Sofie squealed with excitement as I hugged her tight. Cooper hugged me, and I was so happy that he was there to celebrate this moment with me.

“I’m so proud of you, Finn. You picked a great girl,” Cooper whispered as we hugged.

I looked over at Julianna and smiled, “Yeah, I did.”

We finished everything we needed to finish at the courthouse and said our quick goodbyes to Cooper and his family because we were all going to be heading to the party. As I fished the keys to our rental car out of my pocket, Julianna interrupted by wrapping her arms around my neck and crashing our lips together for a long, deep kiss. When our lips parted, I grinned and lifted Julianna off the ground to spin her around.

“How does it feel to be a married woman, Mrs. McAllister?”

“It feels amazing!” She yelled out excitedly.

I laughed and set her down as her hands moved from my neck to my chest. Her hands fisted the fabric of my white button up dress shirt and she looked up at me.

“Now you tell me, Mr. McAllister. How does it feel to be a married man?”

Even better than the day I was drafted.

“It’s the best feeling in the world, wife.”

Her face lit up, “Call me that again.”

Oh, you like that, do you?

“My beautiful wife,” I chuckled and kissed her lips tenderly.

It felt amazing to kiss her every other time that we had kissed but ever since we got married, it was like everything changed for the better. She was my wife, she was Mrs. McAllister. I would protect her and be her husband, I would love her unconditionally. Most importantly, we would be the best parents to the children we would one day have.

“We should get to that party,” I leaned my forehead against hers.

I didn’t want to share her. I wanted to go back to my childhood bedroom and make love to her for the rest of the day.

“We can go if you do one favor for me tonight,” she smirked and grabbed my left hand.

“Consummate our marriage? Because I’m already planning on doing that.”

“Well, while we are consummating our marriage, I want you to do something for me.”

Now my interest has been piqued.

  “And what’s that?”

She pulled away from me a bit and brought my left hand up. My silver wedding band glinted in the sun as she pointed at my ring, “I want you to use this hand to caress my body, so I can feel your new piece of jewelry against my skin. I want this to remind me that you are mine for the rest of our lives.”

Her lips pressed against my ring and I nearly lost it.

  “Oh shit.”

Julianna let go of my hand and gripped my shirt once again, “Keep looking at me like that and we won’t be making it to the party.”

My gaze drifted up and down her body, man how badly did I want to finish what we started earlier in the shower, “What if I don’t want to go.”

She pressed against my chest and took a step away from me, “We need to go. Get in the car, I have a surprise for you. Hope you’re good at keeping your focus.”

  What the hell?

“What the fuck does that mean?” I questioned just as Julianna was closing the door to the passenger side after she took her seat.

No, seriously, what did it mean? I ran around the car as she stuck her tongue out at me and I got behind the wheel. After the car was started, I got into traffic and began to drive in the direction of Ashton and Violet’s house.

“Why were you asking about my focus?” I turned my attention to her.

Julianna pointed in the direction of the windshield, “Keep your eyes on the road and you’ll find out.”

I sighed and looked back at the road. Traffic wasn’t that bad for a Saturday but then again, my entire family lived on the outskirts of Atlanta. Julianna’s hand rested on my thigh and I didn’t think anything of it. When she wasn’t holding my hand, she had her hand on my thigh. She looked out the window just as her hand wandered up and covered my cock. My breath caught in my throat as she grabbed my cock and began to jack me off through my pants. I groaned as my mouth fell open.

“Focus on driving, baby,” Julianna’s soft voice wrapped around me as her hand picked up its pace and her grip tightened.

“Fuck,” I moaned, trying to keep my eyes open.

My cock was already getting rock hard. I never got my last release this morning, and now I just needed it all over again. Pulling up to a red light, Julianna’s hand lifted away from my cock and I was almost thankful because I didn’t want to cause an accident. Then her hand moved to the button of my dress slacks and I knew exactly what she wanted to do as she drew down the zipper.

I eagerly reached into my pants and released my cock for her. As the light changed to green, her hand closed around my cock and one of the hottest hand jobs I’d ever experienced began to take place. I moaned loudly as I drove, precum already starting to seep out the tip of my cock as I pulled into the driveway at Ashton’s house.

Julianna quickly unbuckled herself and my head fell back against the headrest. She kneeled on her seat and brought her lips to my ear.

“You want me to suck your cock, husband?” She whispered seductively.

“Yes, fucking suck it,” I groaned.

She looked around before she lowered herself down and immediately covered my cock with her mouth. I closed my eyes as she ran her lips and tongue over my cock. I slipped my hand down her body, pushing her panties aside, and pressed my middle finger around her clit. The sound of her moan vibrated against my cock as she increased the intensity of her sucking.

“Jules, oh yes. Just like that, baby.”

My free hand tangled in her loose curls and I eased her to go a little faster. I was ready to come at any moment and the fact that Julianna was already dripping onto my hand told me that I’d need to help her finish once I let go.

Julianna pulled away for a quick second as she pressed just her lips to the tip of my cock, “Finn, if you keep rubbing me like that, you’re gonna have to make me come before we go to the party.”

She was just validating what I already knew. But now I wanted to make her come with me. I grabbed onto the lever on the side of the driver’s seat and the seat immediately moved away from the steering wheel. She released my cock as she watched me recline the chair back. I tapped my lap with my hand and smirked.

“Get over here, we’re gonna consummate right now.”

Julianna practically flew from the passenger seat to my lap as she straddled me and pulled up her dress around her hips. I made sure her panties were out of the way before I thrusted into her so hard that we both moaned.

“Yes!” Julianna exclaimed as her head fell back.

“You like that, wife?” I grinned as I slammed into her again.

“Yes, fuck me harder, husband,” she moaned.

I grabbed her hips hard and continued to slam into her. Both of our orgasms were reaching to the top quickly, unsatisfied from our earlier interrupted sex.

“Oh, Finn, I’m gonna come!” Julianna called out.

“Ride me, baby. Take over,” I demanded.

Julianna put her hands onto the chair behind me and picked up the pace as she slammed herself down onto my cock. My hands moved to her as
s, my fingers digging into her flesh. My release was about to spill into her.

  “I love you, Julianna.”

“I’ll love you forever, Finn,” she responded quietly and kissed me deeply as our orgasms slammed into us at the same exact time.

With previous girlfriends, we never came at the same time. I was never satisfied by the time that they came that I had to just keep going until I came a few minutes later. It was never like that with Julianna. Unless I held onto my orgasm, I always came with her. She collapsed against me as the last of my cum shot into her. When I was finally spent, I hugged her tightly against me as we both caught our breaths. This was going to be our lives now, married and having sex until we were this sated.

“You made me the happiest man in the world today,” I quietly admitted.

“You made me the happiest woman in the world,” Julianna sat up slightly and smiled at me.

“Good birthday?” Julianna kissed my lips softly.

I nodded and smiled wide, “Best birthday.”

My phone rang with a text message and I reached into my pocket as best I could with Julianna straddling me and my cock still buried deep inside of her. It was a text from Cooper.

Cooper: You guys here yet? Everyone’s asking where you are.

“They’re looking for us. Time to head in,” I told Julianna with a small pout.

She giggled and kissed my lips before she opened the door to the driver’s seat and crawled off me. I stuffed my cock back into my boxers and redid my pants. I turned off the car and picked up Julianna’s clutch off the passenger seat before giving it to her. Getting out of the car, I closed the door and locked it up. Julianna took my hand in hers and laced our fingers together as I led her to the gate that opened into the backyard. Cooper was there to greet us and gave us a knowing wink of our big announcement.

My aunts and uncles immediately came over to tell me happy birthday and give us both congratulations on our engagement. I was too excited to make the announcement that we got married. It was going to be a big shock, but it was the best news I could ever give. Well, until we would announce the day that we would be expecting our own little McAllister.

I walked over to the buffet table and picked up a fork before tapping it against the glass of my champagne. Julianna joined me as the attention turned to us and I could see her stiffen with nerves. She was never one for public speaking, especially around those she didn’t know. I grabbed her hand and squeezed it gently.

“I’ll do all the talking,” I said quietly and gave her a soft kiss.

When I turned my attention to the crowd, I saw everyone take their seats at the large round tables that sat around the backyard. My mom, brothers, and their families all sat at the very front table. Cooper gave me a nod as to tell me he was there for me. Mom hadn’t spoken to me since she told me that she was leaving to help set up for the party. Julianna giggled next to me and I was unsure as to why, but I did love the sound of her giggle.

“Everybody, I just wanted to thank you all for coming out today to celebrate my birthday with me and my engagement with my beautiful Julianna,” I stopped as the crowd reacted to my word choice to describe my wife.

“But you are all here now to celebrate something even bigger than those two things.” Again, I had to pause for the crowd reaction.

“Julianna and I took a major step this morning. Just before we came to the party, we went to the courthouse and got married,” I looked down at Julianna who was nervously biting her lip, “She made me the happiest man in the world by saying I do.”

When I looked back at the crowd, everyone was talking excitedly amongst themselves, but my mother looked as though I just told her that I committed murder. Oh well, if she wasn’t happy for me that didn’t matter because I was the happiest I had ever been.

I raised my glass to propose a toast, “To my beautiful wife, Juliana Rose McAllister.”

Everyone took a drink with me and soon we were swarmed with people again. Ashton cracked a joke about how we just couldn’t wait to have sex and not have to worry about mom. He didn’t know yet about what happened this morning. But now wasn’t the time to talk about it. Cooper came up and said that we pulled it off and we talked about mom’s reaction. That was when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

“Look at you Finn McAllister, all settled down,” Celeste’s voice said from beside me. Her southern drawl was unmistakable.

I looked over at her in surprise. I wasn’t really expecting her to be invited, let alone come. We had stayed in loose contact throughout college, but I hadn’t seen her or really spoken to her since I left for Minnesota. She wore her signature jean short shorts and solid black tank top with a floral cover up and cowboy boots. She moved here from Texas shortly after our freshman year began and for as long as I could remember, she always wore her cowboy boots.

Celeste threw her arms around my neck as she pulled me into a hug. I gave her a hug back, we did have a lot of shared history together and at one point we were close. Letting her go, I brought Julianna over to meet Celeste. The plan was to not let on just how well I knew her. Julianna tended to get self-conscious very easily no matter how beautiful I told her she was.

“Julianna, this is my friend from when I was growing up, Celeste Moore. Celeste, this is my Julianna.”

Celeste laughed and gave her signature large white, bright smile to Julianna, “Oh Finn, don’t be so polite. Just because I haven’t seen you since you graduated from college and moved up to Minneapolis doesn’t mean that we didn’t date during all of high school.”

Well that cat was out of the bag. Julianna gave a small smile, but it was like I could read her mind. She was beginning to think poorly of herself in conjunction to Celeste. Celeste started to remind me of the time that I had to take family sciences for some random credit and how I wanted to drop out after the first week because I was the only male in that class. The memory made me laugh because every girl eyed me just a little too much. Julianna softly told me that she would be right back and disappeared into the crowd.

Celeste told me that she was seeing one of my soccer buddies from high school who was now a dentist in the city. It was good for her to find someone like him. She found her person and I found mine, it was better that we didn’t stay together. After a while I realized that Julianna had never returned from wherever she went. I said my goodbye to Celeste and went in search of Julianna. Figuring she would be with my siblings at the table, I came up empty handed when Violet was there with Amelia and one of my cousins.

“Hey, have you guys seen Julianna? She told me she would be right back but that was a while ago.”

Violet looked over at me as she bounced Esme in her lap, “I think I saw her go into the house about ten minutes ago.”

“Okay, thanks,” I said and turned to head into the house.

I stepped into the kitchen which was empty, and the living room was as well. The bathroom door was closed so I took a chance to see if she was in there.

I quietly knocked on the door, “Julianna, baby. Are you in there?”

A soft sniffle came from the other side of the door, “Yeah, honey. I’ll be right out.”

She was trying to act as though nothing was wrong and it broke my heart.

“I know what you’re doing in there.”

“I’m just freshening up after what happened in the car.” I could hear in her voice that she wasn’t doing that at all.

“Jules, please. I can hear it in your voice. Let me in.”

I heard her shoes on the tile floor of the bathroom and the door opened slightly as she tried to give me a smile, but her gray eyes were giving her away, “I’m fine, Finn.”

Moving closer to her, I ran the back of my fingers along her cheek, “Please don’t lie to me. We’re married now.”

Her eyes closed, and I knew I could finally get into the bathroom with her. We needed to talk about whatever was bothering her. I carefully pushed the door open and came into the bathroom before closing the door a
nd locking it tight. When I turned around to face Julianna, I put an arm around her waist and pulled her close.

“Will you tell me what’s wrong now? It’s just you and me.”

Her voice sounded almost too soft, “Why did you choose me?”

What? Why wouldn’t I choose her?

“Because you’re smart, beautiful, and loving. You put others before yourself, even though that gets on my nerves sometimes. Because of the way that you look at me, with all the love in the world. You push me to be better, you support me no matter what. Your sassy mouth with its comebacks is a nice refreshing experience,” I teased her as I narrowed my eyes jokingly.

The reward of Julianna’s giggle made me smile as her eyes locked with mine. I knew I had her right then, but I found myself continuing.

“But most importantly, I chose you because you make me a better man. I’ve never wanted to tell someone that I loved them a million times in one day. I’ve never wanted to kiss someone as much as I want to kiss you. I’ve never wanted to physically show someone how much I love them as much as I want to spend every second that I can doing that with you. My world was turned on its head the day that I met you and I will forever be grateful for that night.”

Her arms wrapped around my torso as she nuzzled her face into my chest. She took a deep breath and I knew she was trying to relax herself. It was something she had told me shortly after our first encounter with Michael, apparently my cologne comforted her. That was why she fell asleep so easily on my shoulder, because she felt relaxed and safe.

“Why are you asking me that though?” I asked as my hand ran through her hair.

“Because, look at me…” She started as she took a small step away from me and held out her arms.

She was feeling insecure. That was the only time she ever questioned why me and her would be together.

“I am looking at you. I’m looking at the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my whole life. I’m looking at the woman that I love more than anything in the world. I’m looking at my wife.”

I watched as she pursed her lips, her hand moving slightly as she pinched her arm. What in the world was she doing that for?
